Great day spent on the water!
My sister and I were searching for an opportunity to snorkel in the Batemans Bay region and found the perfect tour. Dave, our guide, really made this day special. He made sure everyone was safe in their kayaks and he guided us to this beautiful beach where we had our morning tea and a little snack. We also had the opportunity to snorkel in that sheltered area which was everything we‘ve hoped for and we even got to see some rays. All in all we would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is up for a fun-filled adventurous day. Thank you guys so much!

      Relaxing, easy kayaking
Kayaking on the river at Mossy Point was awesome. All equipment included as well as a ‘wet bag’ for keys and phone. Staff great and very helpful.

      Great Kayak Adventure
Superb trip with a really awesome guide. We (5 of us plus guide across 3 expedition kayaks) kayaked for 3 days down the Clyde river, camping on the way with all gear on the Kayaks. Our guide Garran was brilliant - knowledgeable, an excellent cook and just great to be with - in many ways the guide can make or break a trip and he made it. The scenery was wonderful, sea eagles, forest to the water, fish etc and the paddling was an adventure without being overwhelming. The supplied gear was good quality (most of it is sea to summit) and the organisation of the trip before and during was great. Highly recommend the company and the experience.

Beauty, amazement and oysters… oh my!
What a beautiful way to see the Clyde river and to learn about oysters farming. What amazing creatures…! Our tour guide Michael was a wealth of knowledge and a calm leader throughout the tour. The weather was also perfect!

      Wonderful
We walked from Malony’s beach to Pretty beach over three days and had the most wonderful experience thanks to our guide Tom and organiser Jaxon. It was tough going at times and we rallied together and embraced the challenge and were grateful for this special opportunity and support of one another. The scenery was stunning, the conversations great and our guides were always attentive and shared their knowledge and experience.

      Local vibes, unforgettable experience!
Absolutely amazing experience and would definitely go again! Our guides were so friendly and knowledgeable, they made the entire experience really fun and educational. I'm a fairly active adult and I found the kayaking relatively easy but challenging enough to make it fun. The beach we kayaked to felt secluded which made the experience really special, something I definitely couldn't have done on my own. And the morning tea - wow, what a spread! The best part of all - we saw dolphins! Heaps of them just in front of our kayaks!! Region X is very well-run and professional and had a special local vibe to it, which made it stand out against other tour companies I've been part of.

Lovely paddle with Oyster X Factor
Great day out on the Clyde River. Learned so much about those delicious oysters - will appreciate every mouthful so much more. Not over exerted in the paddle - could have done with a little more exercise haha. Jackson was a knowledgeable, helpful and caring guide. Thanks.

      Perfect Activity for Experience Levels
We had an amazing experience with this kayaking hire company! My family and I spent a beautiful morning on the water, hiring 3 single kayaks for an hour. We were thrilled to find out they were dog-friendly, so we brought our furry friend along for the adventure, which made it even more special. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable, from the easy rental process to the stunning surroundings. We had a fantastic time exploring the sandbanks and weaving through the mangroves. It was such a peaceful and memorable way to enjoy our holiday. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly, and even pet-friendly activity. We’ll definitely be back!

Oysters from the end of a paddle.
Emily and Mark ran a very professional and enjoyable kayak tour. Where else can you enjoy oysters off the end of your paddle? Mark was very knowledgeable about the oyster business and gave us a comprehensive safety demonstration before we embarked. The participants ranged from accomplished to what end of the paddle do I use? highly recommended!

Book it, this is the place to go!
We hired a canoe with a very impatient 6yo, and Josh was just perfect. We saw stingray and an eagle ray, played on a little beach, checked out the mangroves... They genuinely want you to have a good time. He even gave us advice on where to snorkel in unideal conditions with a little kid. We will be back to do a tour when our daughter is older and will highly recommend to everyone, families, couples, solo it's just ideal.

      Fun and exciting
Our trip out to Tollgates was fabulous! Weather was slightly windy but that just made it more exciting. We had a snorkle out there. Great guide, great boats, excellent morning tea! An all round terrific experience.

I did this walk with my wife and eight others that we regularly walk with together. The walk was first class, with spectacular scenery, good accommodation and meals, and great support from our two guides. The lead guide Eva was extremely helpful and very well informed on the things we saw along the way. The support guide Mich was also very helpful, particularly during our kayaking experience. I would recommend doing this walk with Region X for anyone interested in a three day guided walk on the NSW South Coast.

We had the pleasure of walking the three day Murramarang coastal walk with Region X. Our knowledgeable and friendly guides Eva and Gabe looked after us in every way possible. We were well led, well fed and given numerous stories and interesting information about this beautiful part of the world.

The first day was the longest and had at the end of it excellent beachfront accommodation at South Durras. The second and third day had us walking shorter distances but the day-time hours were still filled with numerous memorable moments made all the more special by the fact that they were experienced with such a great small group of people. There was also a short kayak across tranquil Durras Lake on the second day.

I celebrated my birthday on this walk and the experience was all I could have wanted and more on such a day. I highly recommend you make the journey with Region X. Great coastal locations experienced with great people.

Absolutely stunning coastal walk. Our 2 guides Eva and Lily managed the group beautifully with the right balance of local & environmental knowledge and allowing our group to find our own pace. Organisation and timing was seamless, including a high quality massage therapist for a few of the walkers on the afternoon of day 2.
With all the meals and organisation taken care of, all we had to do was turn up and enjoy this incredible

Amazing trip. Spectacular scenery, excellent food, lovely and knowledgeable guides. Couldn’t recommend it more highly, in fact... think I might do it again.
We saw whales, dolphins, wonderful sunrises, regenerating forest and a varied but mainly empty coastline. Thank you for putting this trip together.

This 3 day "Murramarang" walk is along beautiful deserted beaches and shaded native forests. It is a newly opened up coastal trail, the design of which concentrates on pleasurable walking, rather than the most direct route. Our tour guides Eva and Mish were excellent, informative and great company. All the practicalities, meals, transport and accommodation were seemly organised by Region X. Highly recommended.

This walk was an excellently organised trip with lots of highlights. This walk rates highly on my list of previous walks in Australia and overseas,. Josh and Garran were caring and attentive and were ready to change plans if required. Their knowledge of the area was top shelf, and lastly the food on the whole trip was fabulous! The massage was great also. I will be back, thanks to Josh and Garran.

Everything from start to finish was top notch. We began with a flight of stairs, that almost finished me :) but we continued on and it was definitely worth the effort. I am in my 70s, not in the greatest physical condition but Josh and Ava made sure I stayed safe helping me where needed. The views were absolutely stunning, something I will be sharing with friends back home on Cape Cod, USA. The accommodations were great and all meals prepared for us. Although the terrain was challenging, I felt safe and well cared for. I would definitely recommend this trip to others, and don't let some aches and pains get in your way. Also, be prepared, there are plenty of ups and downs on this trek. The whole thing was a life experience and it made me proud of my own accomplishment. Thank you Josh and Ava.

This experience was outstanding in every way. The setting is an unspoilt coastal national park which our guides thoughtfully brought to life by identifying and explaining unique plants, birds, geology and history. There is a degree of physical challenge that makes the wonderful food feel like it’s earned. But it’s paced so well that I felt rejuvenated after the 3 days. Eva and Dave were awesome guides.
