My oh my! We had such a wonderful time with Suzee yesterday visiting the Wairarapa region. The day could not have been better. It all started with a call before the day to get a feel for what we wanted to do. We knew we were in the best of hands from the outset. On the day, Suzee picked us up from our preferred location on time and with the most welcoming smile and hello. She attended to the needs of everyone in our group and nothing was too much effort. Her knowledge of the region is extensive and her commentary was well timed, interesting and informative. Her recommendations for lunch gave us a range of options and the one we chose was outstanding, the perfect fit for us. We finished the day visiting cheese and chocolate artisans, and their produce was amazing (so, naturally we over indulged - who could blame us). I would definitely recommend Suzee and uTours for an awesome day out and about. We will definitely book another tour when next we visit Welly :).

This full day private tour of the city was fantastic. Suzee picked us up in a nice van at the cruise ship dock took us completely around the city. of a hill for fantastic views of the coastline. Stopped for coffee at a cute coffee house and tried my first meat pie and later lunch on Cuba St. (Not included) Suzee was very knowledgeable with the history of the city and its sites. Highly recommend. A nice way to see what Wellington has to offer. And no worries about getting back to ship on time.

We were on a 4-week holiday in New Zealand and Australia. We spent four weeks touring New Zealand and Australia and one of the highlights (by far!) was touring Wellington with Suzee from uTours. Suzee responded to my tour inquiry almost immediately, and expressed genuine curiosity about what we were interested in to be sure to tailor our time in the city specifically to our desires. All her pre-tour communication was clear and helpful and heartfelt – I felt as if I knew her before we even arrived in Wellington. She was there, right on time, waiting for us when we disembarked our cruise ship; she is so warm and genuine, it felt like being picked up by a friend. Suzee was determined to show us a good time. And she did! It was a spectacular day all around. We saw so much of the city and its surrounds, learned quite a bit about New Zealand’s history and life in Wellington, took countless pictures and laughed a LOT! Suzee even went halvies on lunch with me so I could try two entrees – that’s commitment. It’s clear that Suzee loves her hometown, and enjoys showing it off to others. When I think back on our travels, our day in Wellington with Suzee is one of my most cherished memories from the trip. Can’t say enough good things. We spent an entire day with Suzee and loved every minute! Wellington is a beautiful city and we felt that Suzee showed us places that very few tours would see. There were so many amazing areas that we drove through. The tour was geared towards our interest. I was traveling with my daughter and son in law. Suzee took us to a couple of art galleries, the Botanical Gardens, churches , Parliament Grounds, and more beautiful views than I can count. Besides all of the above we laughed and had fun the entire day. I can't say enough good things about Suzee and uTours!

We had an amazing day out of the city with Suzee. She has incredible knowledge of the areas around Wellington and the city, and is just plain fun to be with! We saw great Wairepa scenery, Greytown for lunch and chocolate, Martinsborough wineries, the rainforest/park where Rivendell scenes in LOTR were filmed, and more. We learned a lot and came away with great pictures. It was a wonderful time and we highly recommend Suzee and her company UTours.

Had a fabulous day with Suzy seeing the sights of Wellington. She is a fountain of knowledge about the history, architecture, culture, and natural sites throughout the city. Highlights were driving the winding roads from the city center, past the beaches and up to the fabulous views from Mt. Victoria. We learned so much about New Zealand today and had tons of fun chatting with Suzy. The day flew by! We would love to come back to Wellington to see more of the region with Suzy! We were totally "blown away by Wellington" with UTours and our guide Suzy!

Suzee and Jo were excellent guides during our two full days in Wellington. Careful attention to detail with their guests’ best interests in mind at all times. Fun sense of humor while also being very informative. These were two great days! In Wellington we saw some of the central city sights such as the Botanical Gardens, the Cable Car, Houses of Parliament, Old St. Paul’s Church, Te Papa Museum. But we also did a lovely drive outside the city along the very scenic coastline and had lunch at a nice spot, Chocolate Fish. The next day we went to the Wairarapa Valley for an excellent wine tasting session in Martinborough, followed by lunch. And made a stop in quaint Greytown, popped in at an excellent chocolate shop where they make their own, and stopped in Featherston as well. Really enjoyable experience with these two lovely ladies! Highly recommended.

This is a must do tour! We were fortunate enough to organize our tour ahead of time with Suzee and felt like we were family before arriving. She went out of her way to make sure that the van would accommodate us all and adapted our tour due to my mom's mobility issue. We started our day St. Paul's Church and the surrounding government buildings. The architecture was breathtaking. We also were able to make a stop at the Wellington Botanical Gardens and the Begonia House. Suzee had also recommended that we have lunch at the Chocolate Fish. Not only was the food the best of the best but we had an amazing scenic view. After lunch we headed back toward town and we were able to get in a little shopping and find some souvenirs & chocolate (my mom's sweet tooth). Suzee was so friendly, knowledgeable and personable. She was my life line before and after we left Wellington and helped make our trip so much more memorable. Suzee was the best tour guide we had on our entire trip and we truly made a new friend. We miss New Zealand already and hope that our paths cross again. Until then, we will keep in touch. We highly recommend UTours as the premier tour company to book with while in Windy Wellington!!! Suzee was great with communication before and during the tour. She is a wealth of information. We didn't miss an inch of Wellington. Went to Weta Cave, Breaker Beach, cable car, wind turbines, and had a great seafood & chips lunch.

You would have a hard time finding a better guide than Suzee to show you around the Wellington NZ area. She knows lots of local viewpoints and eating place you won’t get to see with the larger tour groups. We were often the only ones at the greatest sightseeing spots and had a delicious lunch at a local restaurant without the crowds. Suzee was funny and hnows a lot about the area history, fauna and wildlife. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

Suzee was absolutely one of the best and friendliest tour guides we have ever had. She took us to places where we did not even see one of the tourist we saw the most beautiful views, and had lunch at a fabulous local place. It truly is like spending a day with a friend who moved out of town that was showing you aroundshe felt more like someone I have known for years instead of someone I just met this morning. I could not recommend Suzee and Utours any higher. We had the greatest time as a family and this was a highlight of our trip.
