I experienced the worst customer service ever. I booked and paid for two people to have a private spa. Unfortunately I ended up going on my own, I was told that it was policy that as a single person I couldn't use the private spa. Very confused at this stance I asked to speak with someone. That is when the stropiest, rudest young woman crossed my path. The distribe she delivered including her swearing was nothing short of atrocious! I was left shaken by the experience. I will never visit again. What was supposed to a quiet relaxing soak at the end of the day, turned into a confronting and unpleasant interaction. AVOID THIS SPA AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely amazing views, beautiful pools, great people. We enjoyed a relaxing massage, then I returned the next day for a facial. Great experience. I love the pools.

We had a Romantic Double Dipper (Pavilion & Sky View Private Pool). The whole experience was amazing and extremely relaxing from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our fruit juice was delicious. Maybe the Changing Rooms could do with a little refurbishment, but this is only a minor point, and overall we couldn’t recommend it more!

Everything was fine, front desk’s staffs were great and friendly. Until the Indian lady at the cafe who just has a slight attitude. Redeemed my drink vouchers that came with my tickets. She doesn’t handle me the drinks, which is fine. But she put them on the top counter and expect me to reach, when she had them so far away from the out side. I am super tall or have model’s large arms. She did it with the first drink and I said I can’t reach, thought she would at least try harder as push the second drinks as close as possible. And the answer is no. Totally a mood killer

Staff were amazing. We had a good relaxing time despite it was too crowded. Good facilities. Plenty of parking. Recommended

Our visit here was the highlight of any relaxation activity we did on our trip. After many days of touring and exploring, we spent the morning at the spas. The selection of pools was wonderful. The facility is very clean, quiet, relaxing. The staff are very friendly and professional. I added on a massage option that was excellent as well. Very experienced therapist and a perfect way to add to any relaxation from the hot spools. We did have lunch in the cafe and it was very nice as well.

The pavilion pools were wonderful and incredibly relaxing. We went just before sunset and it was magical - I definitely recommend visiting at that time. The only downside is the price. At very close to $100 for two people and a locker, it's just too expensive for me to wholeheartedly recommend.

Great experience and felt amazing after our time there. We booked the couple package with a grazing platter. It was fantastic from start to finish. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

A lovely relaxing place with a variety of pools to experience. Surreal to be lounging in an outdoor pool with such an amazing view. We were able to get some drinks for poolside to help us cool down, rather that than the cold plunge shower! The changing facilities were ok but it would have been nice to have had some volcanic cleansing products to use in the showers.

Everything was fantastic from the facility to the staff. Loved the pools and received an amazing scrub and massage. If I lived here, I would visit weekly!!

I was told it was adult only soaking pools as part of the spa treatments, there were as many children and babies as there were adults. Reception was rude, super difficult website to navigate for booking spa treatments, loud music blaring outside.

Great facilities especially private spas. Clean and tidy. Great staff and wasn’t overly busy, was a quiet relaxing atmosphere.

The adults only mineral pools have a spectacular view. Great for just relaxing and soaking. Changing facilities were clean and accommodating.

We had an amazing time enjoying hot mineral water outside on the lake shore. The historical part of the building and how it all started, was also quite interesting. The fresh juices are a nice way to refresh yourself laying on the relax zone beds :)

The views were nice as it was very private. But the experience was not great. The pool was disgusting. There is no way that anyone cleans that between guests. It looked nice to start with but once we got in it stirred up the water and then there was stray hairs and dead skin floating everywhere. There is a difference between loose minerals and dead skin cells. It grossed me out so so bad. I got a UTI from this experience. And this is supposed to be a serene and quiet private bath experience. But there were kids screaming and running up and down the hallway and children in the baths on either side of us. It was far from quiet. We paid $70 to escape our kids for this private spa. Only to listen to other people's kids screaming and bath in the most filthy thing I've ever seen. I wouldn't waste my money coming back and I wouldn't recommend this sky view bath to anyone.
