      A culturally enriching Māori experience
I wasn’t sure what to expect from this experience, but it greatly exceeded all our hopes. This is not for the faint hearted as you are welcomed by the fearsome Māori warriors upon arrival. Once you survive the greeting it becomes evident this is an incredibly talented family. It’s an immersive experience whereby you take part in games, sports, foods and finally get to practice the Haka yourself. Not quite as easy as it looks :) There’s a great mix of culture, fun and plenty of laughs. The final performance of the Haka up close and personal delivers the intimidation as seen on the rugby field. It is awesome to watch live. Dinner in the dining hall is delivered in multiple courses of foods cooked the traditional way, and it’s excessive so don’t eat for 24 hours prior! This is a family clearly very proud of their culture and what they do here. The Chiefs daughter is a serious talent, and we couldn’t have been more impressed by how professional and enjoyable the evening was. This experience is worth travelling to Rotorua on its own for. Thanks to everyone for a fantastic night and experience 🙏🏻

This is a must do if you are in Auckland!
My husband and I went on the private tour from Auckland of the Te Pa Tu Cultural Experience. It was absolutely incredible! The experience was educational, enlightening and so enjoyable. The food was also amazing - so good and so much of it! If you want to learn about the Māori people and culture, this is the place to do it for sure. Our driver and guide, Karthik, was also incredible. This is a very long day - about 11 hours, and he kept us entertained and enlightened with so much history, culture, details of plants, geology, just about everything you could ever want to know about the area. We really loved our time with Karthik and highly recommend him to anyone coming to the area!

Māori culture option for Auckland visitor
Visiting Māori culture center was important to me so I was happy to have the option to private transfer from Auckland to Rotorua, back to Auckland. Karthik was a great guide to have with me. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. This cultural experience includes dance performance and educational info. Other attendees shared that they preferred this experience because it was more interactive versus other options they had attended. Thank you for hosting me.

      Lifesavers!
We booked a last minute trip to New Zealand and when we went to book tickets for Hobbiton, we couldnt find anything! I emailed this company, they replied immediately, helped me navigate the purchase and were able to secure spots for my family. From there everything was super smooth. Pick up on time to the minute, knowledgeable guide and amazing transport bus. Highly recommend!

      Bucket list experience
The trip is a bucket list experience. From the breathtaking views of the Coromandel coast to the once in a life time experience of Hot water beach, every moment of this trip is packed with unforgettable scenery and experiences. Martyn's sincere love for and finessed knowledge of the area as well as attentive care for his passangers were the cherry on top of already unforgettable trip. Well organized truly small group trip.

North Island NZ holiday. Ticking items off my bucket list
I cannot rave enough about this tour. The experience is out of this world. Our guides were George & Rebekah (I don’t think I spelt that right) They both were friendly, engaging, knowledgable and most importantly made us feel very safe. Floating in the dark, with glow worms above our heads and George singing, was mesmerising. Yes, the water was cold.

      2 Full, Fun Days
Wonderful! Our guide, Mary, was so helpful, and cheerfully shared her deep knowledge of the area and the People. The Maori Cultural Experience was awe inspiring, the Hell's Gate Mud Baths and geothermal pools were a unique experience. Saw the Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Pools: hard to believe they are actually on this planet.Would definitely recommend: 5/5.

      Great day all round
Our tour guide, Ama, was engaging and had a focus on the customer. She gave us a great all round experience and added some great Māori history and stories which helped whittle away the long drive to Wiatomo.

      Superb day
ExperienceKart were first class. Karthik, our guide, was excellent. He was very engaging and kept us entertained for the entire trip to the Bay of Islands with interesting information about places we passed , Maori history and recent events. As we were the only pick up on this tour, Karthik went out of his way with stops at Whangarei Town so we could see the quirky Hundertwasser public toilets, which have to be seen to be believed, not a straight line in sight! We also stopped at Whangarei Falls, totally amazing. We had time to get to the bottom for some fantastic photos. On arrival at Bay of Islands Karthik organised our tickets for our boat trip and escorted us to our vessel, Dolphin Seeker. Our Bay of Islands cruise was 4 hours we stopped at Russell, the first capital of New Zealand and then onward cruising past many of the islands within the Bay. The captain kept us entertained with stories stopping at the plaque which commemorates Captain Cook's landing. Onward to the Hole in the Rock for some amazing photo's. We also stopped on one of the islands for food and a walk, there was kayaking, snorkelling etc activities available. On our arrival back at dock Karthik was waiting to drive us back to Auckland. Again, the drive back was full of interesting information, great banter and conversation. ExpericeKart and Karthik are an exceptional tour company who go the extra mile for their clients. This was an amazing day made more so by ExperienceKart and Karthik, thank you for a memorable day.

      Amazing Day Trip
My boyfriend and I took this day trip with Experience Kart to the Waitomo Glowworm and Ruakuri Twin Cave. We have been driving all around the North Island and wanted to give my boyfriend a break from driving. The pickup and drop off from our hotel in central Auckland was smooth and the drive to the cave was relaxing in the van. Our driver and tour guide, Karthik, gave a great tour with fun little tidbits of New Zealand. The glowworm cave itself was amazing, but the addition of the Ruakuri Cave made the drive worth it. I would recommend this tour company to anybody who wants to see the cool sights of New Zealand, but is weary about driving all the time.

such a beautiful experience! It was stunning to see the lanterns nestled amongst the treetops and such a clever way to celebrate the forest. Being able to walk on swing bridges suspended at a height was surreal and magical. I especially enjoyed the numerous moving tiny lights, made me feel like I was in a fairy wonderland. Very clever and lovely idea. I only wish there was a hot chocolate and smores truck at the end of it, this would really have completed it for me! Although we had to wait in a queue for some time (school holidays) , I felt once we started the actual experience, the time we were given to do the walk was sufficient and I didn't feel rushed at all.

Karthik our guide with ExperienceKart was amazing. From start to finish we had the very best day. Karthik met us as discussed and off we went on our adventure to the Bay of Islands. However, this wasn't just a Bay of Islands trip, Karthik went out of his way to ensure we saw so much more. We stopped at Whangarei Town to see the very oddly shaped Hundertwasser toilets! Yep not a straight line in sight! If that wasn't enough there's a train the runs along the centre of the main road through town! Luckily for us it showed up whilst we were there. Then onwards to the Whangarei Falls... absolutely amazing. Not if this was scheduled but we had time and Karthik made it his mission to show us as much as he could. It was thoroughly first class. Onward to our vessel the Dolphin Seeker which took us out into the blue Pacific Ocean up close to the Hole in the Rock, rock. The water was quite choppy but so worth the effort if the marvellous captain to get us there. We stopped off for a meal on one of the islands and then back to dock. Karthik was there to pick us up for the drive back to Auckland. A totally amazing day. Thank you to Karthik and all at ExperienceKart for an unforgettable trip. Absolutely first class!

THe Tour Company is on time. The guide was friendly without being pushy.
The Bay of Islands is 31/2 hours from Auckland, so it is quite a long time in the vehicle. The boat tour was astonishing, the views are amazing and I got COMPLETELY soaked through while sitting on the outside up top.
