          Perth has much to offer
Perth is the capital city of Australia's western third. The sunny city has much to offer, The Swan Valley lies at Perth's back door, Caversham is the foundation of the State's burgeoning wine industry. The Pinnacles are amazing, I first went there many years ago and they continue to astound. The State is a major agricultural producer, try some local produce when you're on your trip. The famous seafood is fresh from the ocean, remember to try some.

          Stargazing at the Pinnacles
In 58 years living in WA I had never set foot in the Pinnacles. The usual way to catch the Coach was from Hotels in the Perth CBD. We took advantage of the free parking at the Burswood Casino and caught the Coach from there. The Casino operates 24/7 so we also knew that we could have a snack and a drink when we were returned to the Casino some time around midnight. The tour to the Pinnacles went via the Yanchep National Park. The driver and guide kept the passengers informed of the history of Perth, the wildlife contained within the Park and the Pinnacles. The Pinnacles visit was in two parts: the Coach arrived at the Pinnacles at 4pm. We were given a hour or so to walk around the site, with or without the driver and guide, before returning to the Coach to make a short drive to Jurien for a prearranged dinner at the Restaurant. Once darkness fell we returned to the Pinnacles for the stargazing part of the Tour. Once again we were kept informed about the constellations and stars that were visible by the driver and guide. As it turned out, the Guide was a qualified Astronomer. During the trip back to Perth we were kept entertained by the Tour staff and each group were dropped off at their respective hotels. It was an enjoyable Tour.

Peak Your Experiences on This Pinnacles Tour
What a special and unique trip. The Pinnacles are fascinating to walk among and drive around. The sandboarding is a fun experience. My favorite was the Caversham Wildlife Park, where each animal exhibit had a guide there to describe the animal's characteristics and habits. We even got to hold or touch some of them. They are doing such a remarkable job rescuing these animals too. Of course, the wine tasting was fun too.

Wonderful Half Day Swan Valley Tour
Had a great half day trip to Swan Valley. Chief Explorer, Peter, was a great guy. He explained every buildings and key tourist points from the time he picked us up from the hotel. He was accommodating and didn’t rush us throughout the half day tour. He also bought chocolates and grapes to share with the rest of the group. Highly recommend the tour especially chief explorer Peter! Keep it up!

Wonderful half day out - every minute was packed!
We were promptly picked up from our hotel by our guide Peter. Peter was funny, kindly and full of stories for our whole tour. We made 7 stops during our tour (way more than expected). Coffee, chocolates, cheese, honey and wine - all were included. Highly recommended! Thoroughly enjoyable!

          A fab day out!
We had a fabulous tour from Go to Whoa! Carola was our Tour Guide ( Chief Explorer) and very knowledgeable of the whole area. I myself am local but had a Canadian friend visiting so this was for her experience also of which she loved. She didnt part-take in the sand-boarding but I did! May not of been very graceful (I'm no spring chicken) but I can tick it off my bucket list. Not that it was actually on it, but you know....when in Rome.....! :) I communicated With Katie when making the booking and she organised a package deal which included the tour and accommodation w breakfast. It was all very easy and it felt like dealing with family. Definitely recommend this tour company. T

          Great fun!!
Took this perthfect package as it has a good balance of fun activities, nature, good food and australian wildlife. Sandboarding was so much fun we went in the late morning thus no other tour buses were around yet. Lobster shack was wonderful, we didn’t have to wait long for the food. Martin shared insightful knowledge abt the Pinnacles and took us to good spots for phototaking. A stroll in the National Park in the evening to see the koalas and kangaroos was a great closing ceremony. Thanks Martin! We had a blast!

First day in Perth- perfect way to shake off the jet lag!
If you are in two minds wether to book this trip don’t be! It’s the perfect taster to everything the areas surrounding Perth have to offer. The day kicks off with a trip to caversham wildlife park-you’ll meet all kinds of native Australian critters! Including Koalas and hand feeding kangaroos! Then it’s onto chocolate tasting (delicious!) and after that a fantastic vineyard lunch followed by sand boarding on the dunes a quick trip to the beach and onto the main event the stunning pinnacles which are out of this world. The whole trip was held together by Peter our guide who is a true credit to the company and really made the day!

          Awesome Experience
Sue and Lorraine was great and was the main factor of the trip to go so well and organised. Sue is a knowledge box and didn't let us get bore at any point of time. The places were picturesque and well maintained. I'd definitely suggest people to go with this tour company and if you've Sue or Lorraine as your guide then it'll be a hell of a trip.. Good Luck guys..

Our tour guide Sue was lovely! Travelling alone I hate the idea of feeling lonely on a tour but Sue made you feel like you were travelling with a friend! She has so much info on anything so if you want to know anything ask away!!
Penguin island was lovely seeing the tiny penguins up close, (I saw them at the end of the pier in Melbourne) but this gives you the chance without the huge crowds and scared penguin.
Next stop the wildlife park - this was lovely to get up close to all the Aussie wildlife especially Kangaroos and the Koalas. Would definitely recommend if you want to see real Australian animals while your in Perth. Last stop is to the chocolate factory and winery, free chocolate and wine what more could you want to end your day?!

Definitely take a day out of your trip to go on this tour you won’t regret it

Thank you again Sue for a great day!

This is our first visit to Perth and our family joined a total of 4 Exploretours to Swan Valley, Penguin Island, Caversham Wildlife Park, Rottnest Island (only transportation arrangement, we visited the island on our own), Margaret River, Pinnacles, Yanchep National Park and Lobster.

From the enquiry stage Katie has been very helpful and provide timely response. All the arrangement is very good from airport pick up, choice of hotel and most impressive is Adam is there to pick up emergency calls in the evening.

We indeed enjoyed our tours so much especially with Sue as our guide to Penguin Island and Margaret River. Sue is very nice, passionate, energetic and informative.

We are back home and already missed our trip. No doubt we will definitely recommend Explore Tours to our friends and relatives if they plan to go to Perth!

Visit to the Penguin island was great - the kids loved it. The views, the experience in the Penguin research centre on the island, the beaches, and especially the cruise to see the sea lions and the dolphins... There's no promise you will see dolphins, but they are indeed there and love to swim with the boats.
Caversham Wildlife park is very good - meeting the koalas, photo with wombats, feeding the kangaroos ... Again - your kids will love it, and so will you!
The sweet finish - chocolate factory, tastings and chocolate liquor... what can go wrong there?!
Logistics - pickup on time, comfortable bus, good guide, lunch - nothing special, as expected.
        Overall - highly recommended.

I was very pleased and impressed with our tour guide. She was well informed of the area and knew loads about the wildlife. Her commentary during transport really made the trip for me. She was very efficient and helped me feel involved in the group as I was a solo traveller.

This is well worth the money as its a full day out visiting multiple places. Its great for animal lovers as I seen penguins, wild dolphin, wild sea lions, koala, wombats and many many more. Plenty of food and drink opportunities.

Would encourage anybody to take part in this trip.

Found this tour in the 'Hello Perth' book that we picked up at the airport. They were in our hotel too. There is a discount voucher in the book for this company too, 10%, a decent saving.

Our tour guides were Sue and Jazzy. They could not be faulted. Friendly, informed, prompt and kept the group moving without being bossy! Quite an art.

Penguin Island was really good, in spite of the fact that we had rain. We saw so much, penguins (obviously), pelicans, various Terns, Sea Lions, Dolphins. Fantastic. We had a really nice lunch too, included.

Caversham Wildlife Park was, for me, the highlight of the day. Fed Kangaroos and Wallabys, got to see close up Koalas and Wombats and so many different animals native to Australia. We got a great guide there too, called Jack. Just brilliant.

To top off the day we visited a chocolate factory. No pressure to buy anything at all but so much free chocolate. Hahaha, yum.

So if you see this tour then go! It's well recommended.
