Unfortunately it was very unorganised and resulted in Alison making quite loud comments about people's weight when assigning seats. Seemed redundant to make assumptions about weight when we were asked to provide it during the time of booking, and reminded about the weight limit when signing the waiver. I would recommend being more tactful when having to reorganise seating and continuing to place people based on your assumptions instead of then asking a group who we thought was the heaviest.

From registration, to safety briefing to mounting the camels and moving off onto the beach, the tour was excellent. Alison and her staff are very invested in their customers and the camels. We're an older couple and thought the ride was excellent

Cancelled by operators three hours before scheduled time. Rang to say insurance had not come through. Interesting i had read the same problem had occurred previously in other feedback

We had booked this tour 1 month in advance for our last night in Broome. This tour operator called us 1 hour before the tour to inform us that they needed to cancel due to their insurance not going through. Ontop of this they would not assist with the refunding our the tour. Very poorly managed and a disappointment

Very relaxing, wondeful staff who cared for the camels and travellers alike. The staff were very helpful and keen to take photos for everyone.

We did the presunset tour and 30 mins was more than enough. A must do, a great and memorable experience. The staff took amazing photos.

The owner of the company was “over it’ overdon, sloppy unwelcoming , you can see they cared for the camels 🐪 but you can tell she has done the hard yards & is just done she needs a break. Time away, holiday. Camels were well looked after, looked healthy,and well managed, the young interns, just need to give more information on the camels 🐪 and how they came to be in OZ & how they live here & why. The young ones were great, helpful, intelligence, interactive, willing, wield eyes looking to the future, as they should, the owner was tired, not willing to tell the camels story, or any information on how or why they came to this country 🤷🏽‍♀️she seemed ‘over it’ . All the young(er) workers we met so full of life & ready, willing to experience life, what’s comes next, it was an amazing experience & loved the view! The sunset camel ride was amazing, do it. It is uncomfortable, hot, smelly But talk to the interns they are great full of information about there experiences of the area,listen to them , they have something say, listen 👂 take it all in.

The ride was interesting. The camels were well behaved and the handlers had good control of them.The view of Cable beach was very scenic.

The staff were very helpful and attentive, advising which camels liked to be patted while waiting for the start of the ride and which ones didn't. They also took many pictures of me with my phone and made for a memorable experience.

Broome Camel Safaris did a great job. The Tour was well organised, with the camel guides all very accomodating for pictures etc. Also, as someone who isn't a fan of animal rides for welfare reasons, I was very impressed with the care and origin of the camels. Overall, recommended!

I finally had my camel ride. The mounting was not rushed. I was very lucky to ride on my own thus being able to caress a young camel along the way. The guides were informative along the way. It was a calming experience as we traversed the Broome beach.Thank you for the pearl earrings I wore them every day on our holidays.

We are a family of 5 that recently did the sunset camel ride. We loved our experience and would definitely recommend. The staff who ran the tour were so lovely and accommodating always checking to see if we were comfortable and offering to take our pictures. Thank you x

We did the 30min camel ride on cable beach. The camels are well trained & friendly as are the guides leading the camels. Guides willing took photos for you during tthe ride. Would highly recommend for any ages as long as you can swing your leg over the humps. There is a weight limit which is to be filled in at time of booking.
