        Disreputable Tour Operator
Do not use this tour company. The driver was a no show. A call to the number to see what was going on was answered then dropped. Follow up calls got a voicemail saying it was outside of business hours only then to least the business hours during which time we were calling. They suggested reaching out via email and social media but also no response. After waiting for an hour we gave up. DO NOT USE. Disreputable company

Very great and happy experience. The trip includes the thing that you must visit in vicinity of Phillip island. Our guide and driver Josh is very nice.

Really good trip, with lots of different parts to the trip. Relaxed, helpful driver/guide. Long day but worth it for amazing views across the Jamie's on valley and 3 sisters

One day trip from Sydney to the Blue mountains with Irene.....lol Alice
We had a fantastic time and we were able to see and do a lot for very little expense. What really made the tour A+ was Irene aka "Alice" from your biggest fans Steven and David from USA.... Thanks again for a wonderful day!

        Great experience and good value
All the stops were amazing. JAMES our driver was so knowledgeable and his anecdotes were amusing and relevant. I would recommend that people purchase the penguin plus as us with the standard tickets seated on the main stands did not see many penguins there. A very worthwhile trip all round.

        Great Blue Mountain tour.
My friend and I had a great day out on the Blue mountain tour. Booking was straight forward and easy to navigate. Details of the itinerary were very accurate. Day began with an early morning pick up at a pre arranged hotel. We were picked up by a very bubbly tour guide/driver called Irene. She was very informative and quite witty. During the tour she shared with the group some very interesting details. First stop was Sydney Zoo. We were treated to some excellent didgeridoo skills by one of the zoo's guides. We had a break for lunch in Leura, the onto Katoomba for pictures of the breathtaking Three Sisters spectacle, along with stunning views across the valley. Return to Sydney was via a ferry trip from the Olympic Park to Circular Quay. ( at your own expense ). All in all a great day out.

No Koala Encounter, couldn't ride train or cable car to rainforest floor due to wait times. Expensive tour to see mtns.
A total waste. Company doesn't allow enough time at stops if crowds are there, and they will be, to do the things promised

4 day Ayers Rock and Red Center - Would highly recommend
Went on the 4 day Ayars Rock and Red Center Premium Camping tour. Great trip! Would highly recommend. Had Scott as a guide, he did excellent! Had a thorough knowledge, was very efficient, nice and funny. Would definitely recommend him as a guide. We saw many beautiful places and learned a lot. Tried both sleeping in tents and in swags, both were very nice. Would definitely recommend trying the swags as this included the most beautiful starry sky. Dinner was very good. Camping place were nice, with nice facilities. Only downside was that breakfast and lunch was the same everyday. Could be improved by including variations.

Another great experience, the people with this company try and give you the best experience possible.
The Phillip Island tour is a don’t miss experience. On the way you will stop and get to experience Australian wildlife, you can experience great fish and chips on Phillip Island (try the flake), and of course you get to see the penguins. Along the way be on the watch for Wallabies hanging out in the fields. At the penguin parade there is no photography allowed, but before the parade you might be able to spot a few.

        Not a great experience
The trip got off to an awkward start, as we boarded the bus and numerous rows were filled with single travelers so my wife and I had to ask people to move so we could sit together (im contrast to Go West who makessure couples and families sit together). Once we got going, our driver didn’t say much (or even tell us his name) and we could barely hear anything through the speakers. He had zero enthusiasm. Also, their buses seat 39 when most of the other companies have smaller buses seating 24 for a more private tour. We saw all the stops at Phillips Island but only spent about 10 minutes at the Nobbies, which easily should he a 30 minute-1 hour stop. We instead spent too much time at a beach with a closed kiosk and nothing to do when the itinerary said this stop was only time permitting (we clearly didn’t have time). The best part of the tour was the private ranger tour of the penguins, which this company had nothing to do with. I’d stay away from this company and choose Go West instead.

        Blue Mountain Deluxe Tour
We had a fabulous day. Our driver was Irene. She presented great information and made the trip extremely enjoyable. We visited the Sydney Zoo and got to feed kangaroos and have our picture taken with koala bears. We went to Echo Point lookout and saw the Three Sisters and other amazing scenery. We had lunch on our own and then got to enjoy Scenic World and ride the world’s steepest train. We ended by catching a ferry back to Circular Quay. I would highly recommend this tour.

As first time visitors to Victoria and Australia it's probably worth putting this review in the context of relative scale. Australia is huge!
So even a relatively short day trip from Melbourne like this one involves a lot of driving. A LOT of driving.
The company are open and transparent about this from the outset.
This being said , sight seeing Australia provide a comfortable air conditioned coach and excellent driver / guide in Josh who went out of his way to make this a very enjoyable experience.
The surg and shipwreck coasts are beautiful.
To fit everything in the stops can seem almost rushed even on a 12 hour round trip. There's no getting round it.
At Apollo bay if anyone is vegan we'd recommend the friendly and delicious" The Bakery" despite its signature scallop pie! Lots of vegan choice.
Swerve George's, little vegan choice and frankly rude staff which is very unusual in Australia where service is generally very friendly and efficient.
Thank you ssat, very good value for money , punctual and a really great guide. Lovely day.

The whole tour was a smooth and comfortable journey, started early at 7.10am at our pick up point and ending roughly around 8.30pm when we were dropped off. Our driver/tour guide Cameron was very informative throughout the journey, as he explained the history of locations that was easy to grasp and understand. Kudos to his driving skills too, navigating through the twisty bends with relative ease and at quick yet reasonable speeds whilst keeping passengers safe.

A few stops were made before reaching our ultimate goal, such as the Koala bear viewing, some stops for picture taking, lunch at Appollo Bay town and a quick tour at a National Park. The highlight of the day, The 12 Apostles, was breathtaking. We were given 45 minutes here and another 50 minutes at the Loch Ard Gorge. Do note, wind was very strong here. Pls bring your windbreakers/thick jackets.

All in all, a highly recommended tour no thx to the professionalism of our driver and tour guide Cameron!

The whole day was very busy, certainly a lot of driving, but the sceneries were truly breath-taking and well worth the effort. On a large bus with over 30 guests who are from many different countries, Luke made everybody feel at ease with his self-deprecating chatter about Australia, Melbourne and himself. We learned a lot about the local history and culture, especially how Melbourne was developed and how the great ocean road was built. We took the helicopter ride at the 12 apostles. Even in an overcast day, the ride was spectacular and looking down at the cliffs and 12 apostles from the sky was awe-inspiring.
In his friendly and funny way, Luke made sure people were punctual most of the time and everybody on the bus had a wonderful time. Luke left such an impression on my young son Terry that he's been bugging me about going back to Melbourne for our next holiday just to talk to Luke!

The weather was extremely hot on 27 Dec 2022, everyone didn't spent too much time out side at Loch Ard Gorge and the 12 Apostles. But we had a fantastic time with this day tour. The driver/tour guide was very nice and friendly. The overall experience was very good. Great value for money.

That was an absolutely amazing experience from start to end. The views, the nature, the wildlife we got to see were unbelievable and way beyond my expectations, thanks to our highly koalafied guide Todd, who went above and beyond to find us the perfect spots for photos, sceneries, and animals, and with a great sense of humour all the time.

I highly recommend Sightseeing Tours Australia if you want to go on a day trip!

This was the best tour I have ever taken. Spectacular views along the drive and great places that the bus stopped at. We had enough time at every stop and everyone at the bus was very keen to get back in time. We started the day with morning tea and it was a nice time to get to know the other passenger. Our guide Luke, was the best guide ever. He made sure everyone on the bus felt welcome and he made us feel like a group. He had tons of information about the things we saw on the way, I really appreciated that. He was also very happy and it felt like he was having just as much fun as we did. The other stops was very nice, with beaches, koalas, pretty birds, and amazing views. Lunch stop was long enough and Apollo bay had a few options, so everybody could get what they wanted for lunch. I liked that we stopped at different places to loook at the amazing rock stacks and I think that Loch Ard Gorge was just as breathtaking as the 12 Apostles. It was a great day and I would do it again and I would make sure I had Luke as my guide. He was just the best. He played a lot of great Australian music and I am happy to say that he even played ABBA for us Swedes, we got the whole bus to sing along and I even got my favourite AC/DC song played for me, Thunderstruck. Overall a fabolous day with a lot of laughter on the bus. I can highly recommend this daytrip, and make sure you go with Luke!

The tour provides such a comfortable long riding experience, epic scenaries, and interesting hiden stories and events of individual villages you are passing on the way. My husband came to Great Ocean Road tour twice in the past, and learned new things from the guide about Great Ocean Road and those villages along the road.
We got a guide called Josh, he was such a friendly and professional guide.
The tour got delayed at 12 Apostles helicopters. Even though we booked it in advance and arrived on time, the team at 12 Apolstle was too busy to process me and a couple of more tourist from Sightseeing Tour or SST. Josh apologied us and also asked us to understand the situation. It was so impressive that he respected our time and trusted the team, 12 Apolstle rather than rushing or blame them. More importantly, Josh successfully transferrd other tourists to the next destination and picked us (who tried the helicopter) on time for the next scenary.
I believe SST trained all guides at Josh's level. He demonstrated the accountability, trust based tram work, problem solving, and customer focused service. I personally think Great Ocean Road trips are all the same. If you want to have exceptional experience, it should depend on who you are going with and I believe I've given enough reasons to choose SST. Have fun with your trips in Melbourne wtih SST 😊

The fact that we got to do so many activities and was also able to see the surrounding areas including the life style of the people in the area, I felt like we got more than what was offered in this tour.

Our tour guide was Luke. He knew the places well hence we learnt quite a bit about the tour and beyond. He was also funny, attentive and made us feel like we have known each other for a long time :)

I strongly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the magnificent Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles!

What an amazing experience. At the start of the tour I was a bit confused as to how to spot the bus at the pick-up point. But upon arrival at the pickup location, the bus came right on time and the tour guide got off the bus and called out the tour providers name (ours was Sightseeing tours). Additionally the tour provider’s name is written on the bus so it won’t be difficult for one to spot the bus.
The journey started and the tour guide was warm and friendly. He kept giving us information throughout the journey. One elderly lady in our group couldn’t spot any koalas so the tour guide personally took her to the spot and helped her spot some koalas. I found that gesture so kind. Tour guide was caring and helpful to everyone on the bus.
The bus was very comfortable and the journey was quite enjoyable and smooth.
As for the scenery, IT WAS OUT OF THE WORLD!
No complaints at all, worth every penny. Really enjoyed a lot.

A great way to experience the Great Ocean Road and see the 12 Apostles when you are limited for time but Sightseeing Tours was disappointing.

The bus driver was efficient in his driving but not much else. Not very engaging and when he did speak we couldn’t hear him.

After providing feedback he spoke to louder on one occasion but then reverted back to speaking softly. He didn’t bother to check in again to see if the people at the back could hear or not.

Each time we stopped he stayed in his seat until everyone got off and didn’t speak to anyone.

The stops and ultimately the 12 apostles are a must see but a long day on a bus that could have been more enjoyable by maybe some upbeat music and a driver that wanted to be there.
