After paying for this experience we downloaded the app as asked which then said we needed gems to complete the experience? This was not outlined that there would be further costs after purchasing the initial tour. We tried many things to get past this and in the end just gave up. Trying to navigate your site to get someone to talk to about this was a nightmare and same in the end just gave up. Really disappointed

We picked this for something different than our usual date night - we were also trying to avoid the pub for a change! It was an amazing way to learn some history, see different locations and get our steps in all in one!

Super fun! I like how you can go at your own pace and the history behind the locations. The story of the vampire was also interesting and kept us entertained.
