          Highly Recommended from Melbourne!
The Great Ocean Road tour was an amazing full-day tour from Melbourne! I highly recommend taking this tour to learn the historical aspect of the area and if you want to get out of Melbourne for a day! Highly recommend! My tour guide was Shane, who was amazing and knowledgeable about the area! Keep up the great work!

Penguins, Koalas, and a whole lot of wildlife
We went on the Philip Island Penguin tour (with stops at the Brighton Beach Bathing Houses and the Moonlit Sanctuary). My mum and I had an absolutely enjoyable experience with Lucy and Katie (I hope this is how Katie's name is spelled!). Lucy exuded passion and enthusiasm, very eagerly sharing with us factoids about the wildlife we saw around us throughout the day, and about the history of Australia's Aboriginal peoples. We saw koalas, we saw wombats, we saw wallabies, owls, dingoes, kangaroos, and we saw penguins! And we learnt lots, with thanks to Lucy's background in wildlife and conservation. Katie was also incredibly cheery as well, and helped to look after us. Could not recommend Go West Tours enough to everyone should you be looking for a company to do day tours with. This is our second day tour with Go West and we've had a fantastic experience both times around. All in all, highly recommend. If a million stars were possible, we'd give a million stars. P.S. Happy Birthday Lucy!

          Good
Enjoyed our day trip to the Brighton Beach Boxes for photos, Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park to feed the kangaroos and for lunch and ended with seeing the adorable Penguin Parade at Philip Island with lively Lucy and her assistant Kathie. Highly recommended.

The Best Tour of The Great Ocean Road with the Best Guide Jools!
Jools was an amazing guide for the full day tour of the Great Ocean Road. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She put in the effort to ensure we saw koalas. This tour is worth the value, you see a lot of different sights, it is a full day of sightseeing activities. I would highly recommend this tour!

Fun and Educational; but bring travel sickness meds
We had Chris N as our guide/driver and he was absolutely fantastic. He has a great sense of humour, a good playlist of music, and he was incredibly knowledgable and generous in his sharing. We also made a number of unscheduled stops (to see kangaroos, to watch the sunset) whenever he saw something he thought we might like, and where he was able to stop. More than just enjoying myself, I also learned a lot from this tour about the history behind the Great Ocean Road, and the sights around them, and I can't wait to share them with my students/friends. One small note: The Great Ocean Road is incredibly bumpy. My mum and I do not usually have motion sickness, but the bumps here were quite hard hitting. Depending on how big your minibus is, this might also hit you harder than others. This is through no fault of Chris, but just some friendly advice to folks doing this tour to bring some motion sickness medication and ziplock bags/plastic bags with you just in case.

Chris H was the bomb. The wildlife refuge was astounding. So many up close Ausi animals. So much engaging energy and fun info for the kids and adults. Great tips and stops along the way.

I had an excellent day at Wilson's Promontory thanks to our tour guide Jon. We walked from squeaky beach to tidal river, hiked up Mount Bishop with magnificent view of the promontory from multiple angle. Jon gave clear explanation about the history of the place and was very helpful; Jon even brought us to see many kangaroos, emus and wallaby in the wild as an extra!!

Excellent tour with amazing views of the ocean from Squeaky Sand Beach (it really does squeak!) Beautiful walk over to Tidal River, treck through a rain forest full of birds, and close-up encounters with kangaroos and wombats. Our tour guide, Eva was so delightful and extremely knowledgeable about the fauna and animals in the area.

Pick up from Melbourne CBD was convenient and smooth, I always dread driving on a bank holiday but also taking buses with people - this turned out really well.

Drive down was great and Cloe gave us plenty of tidbits about Australia, Melbourne and the Prom, all accompanied by a great playlist.

We stopped in Meeniyan and we chose a great little place called Trulli Pantry - more on a separate review for them.

Mount Bishop - a good walk but the views at the top are amazing and Cloe takes great pictures.

Squeaky Beach - it really does squeak, and we really didn't want to leave the sand behind!

Wildlife walk was a bit of a miss but thats just the way it is with WILDLIFE, they don't keep to a schedule. Still, we did come across a few Roos and Emus!

All in all, very worth the money and the trip.

Recommended for people who can go hiking without assistance. Our guide/driver Jon is very enthusiastic. The views are amazing in the Wilson prom. The drive is a bit long but the hiking is rewarding. Also, our group spotted quite a few wild animals. Other people on the tour are all very nice too.

Went to the Wilson’s prom tour and had the luxury of 3 tour guides as 2 guides were being trained on the route it was a great trip with great spots hidden gem in Victoria for sure. I’ve been on a few Go West tours and I’d say Red is by far the best tour guide I’ve had full of knowledge a real legend of the game great fun but his jokes are questionable haha
