Join us on our Classic Melbourne City Bike Tour with the added boost of E bikes, it is a 4 hour relaxing bicycle ride around Melbourne. This is a great ride for everyone being 95% off roads on safe bike paths and parks. You get a great orientation of Melbourne and surrounding suburbs and discover key landmarks that make this one of the worlds most liveable cities year after year.

Lastly, we appreciated Blue Tongue's emphasis on safety - they had another guide bring up the rear to make sure the group stayed together.

We loved riding along the Yarra River, through the Stadiums, into hip local neighborhoods, and finally through ChinaTown and city alleyways. The tour guide was a great story teller. Just the right amount of history with a great sense of humor. The lunch spot in Fitzroy was special. Very cool neighborhood, very cool cafe, very cool rooftop with views. Highly recommend this tour!

Freddy took us around to some of Melbourne's highlights, from the cricket grounds to Chinatown, and detailed their history with plenty of humor. We stopped at a delicious Italian restaurant on Brunswick street for lunch and a beer (entrees there were about $15 per person). Overall, it was an excellent way to get to know the city!

Freddy was very knowledgeable and cheerful leader. It was a weekend and there was street protest so the city roads were crowded but Fredi did a good job guiding us around.
I highly recommend to use electric bike for the tour. The quality of bike was nice and easy to control.

The day was windy and a bit rainy but Freddy made it an excellent bike tour. He was engaging, funny, and full of interesting historical information about the area. We enjoyed it so much we almost forgot about the weather. Highly recommend taking a tour with Freddy and stopping in Naked for Satan for some rigatoni and a pint.

Fantastic tour and wonderful company.
We came off a ship that was unable to dock because of fog. From my first text, our tour managers were flexible and pushed us back an hour to make sure we got the full experience.
The tour route is terrific, even as we navigated city street bike lanes. We did get a bit stretched out at times, but Matt never left anyone behind.
Matt knows his Melbourne facts and gave us tons of info and background on the city.
I'm taking one star off because the e-bikes were really jumpy and one of our party had brakes that were "metal on metal" and too soft. We're all e-bike owners and riders, so this isn't a case of user inexperience.
Lunch in Fitzroy was fantastic.
Overall, a great tour!

This tour was a great way to see a lot of Melbourne in relative ease with the e bike. Our guide, Freddy, did a great job filling in both sites and history of this great City. Most of your was on designated bike paths with some city riding. Pedestrians were more of an issue than cars. Highly recommend

The E-bike tour was great, as was Freddie. He was very knowledgeable in the history of the city that he loves. The bikes were easy to use and made the experience very comfortable. We would certainly highly recommend this tour, to see places you might not normally visit. Our lunch stop was very nice too. Great value for money.

This tour was fun and informative and we’ve already recommended it to people we’ve met on our travels heading to Melbourne! Freddie was focused on each one of us on the tour. He made sure he connected with each of us. He was humorous, informative and made sure each one of us was safe and having fun!

My parents thoroughly enjoyed the tour as it included a variety of sights and tourist attractions. Freddy regularly stopped to explain things, which was educational and informative. He also had a great sense of humour and made my parents laugh a lot. Given the traffic in Melbourne, the selected route seemed safe as well. Freddy sounds like the best guide anyone could imagine.

Our 4 hour tour took us through the streets of Melbourne visiting the most renown places including all the sporting attractions. The trip was absolutely awesome and Freddie was both friendly and entertaining. We were a group of 10 from Perth, Sweden and Kenya, so made for interesting conversation. We stopped for lunch at a rooftop cafe. I would recommend this trip to anyone wanting to see the highlights of Melbourne by bike.

Loved this tour. One of my holiday highlights. Covered a lot in the 4 hour tour. James the guide was very knowledgeable and engaged. The weather was outstanding which definitely helped. Great way to see the city.
