    Bites and Sights Melbourne CBD
A great tour. Tristian presented a great tour of the Melbourne CBD. There was an in-depth knowledge of the early history and architecture of the area. He adapted the tour to suit our requirements. We would highly recommend this tour

Being a tourist in your city is highly underrated!
What a great tour! Our guide Tristan was incredibly knowledgeable and shared some really interesting Melbourne history. With the majority of our group being from Melbourne, we were curious how familiar we'd already be with the bars and city's history. I can confidently say we were all pleasantly surprised having learnt something new and left with a top notch list of places to check out around Melbourne. I love that the tour also involved a visit to an Indigenous owned venue.

Looking for hidden bars and quirky Melbourne history? This is the tour for you!
What a fabulous experience! We were treated to so many secret gems and quirky Melbourne history tidbits. Tristan was so knowledgeable on both the Melbourne history and the bar scene and being a local it was wonderful to be able to walk away with a list of hidden bars I didn't know existed in my own backyard!

    Interesting & Fun
We were lucky to have Tristan as a guide for this fun & interesting tour. He was knowledgeable & introduced us to some historic characters we were not familiar with. We enjoyed the Gin distillery, The Containers bar & the mystery & experience of the Berlin Bar. Finished off in China Town, perfectly timed for a early dinner. Highly recommend this tour & our guide Tristan

    Great afternoon
We hadn't been to these neighborhoods before and had an awesome afternoon learning more about Fitzroy and Collingwood . Our Guide Tristan was informative and it was obvious he loved the area, it's culture, art and music scene (and some pretty nifty short cuts ; ) It was so cool to be shown around by a local and getting inside tips on things that were going on like the cool markets with local artists work and great local souvenirs while getting to know about the area's past, present and future. A great way to get planning your next visit to the area. Get into it!

    Great way to experience Melbourne
Would totally recommend this tour to anyone. A fun way to learn about the city and it's history while visiting incredible bars which you wouldn't have even noticed were there if they weren't pointed out.

Cold War bar and a brothel
Great guide, so knowledgeable. Even found me a Cold War bar as it was part of my history studies. But then he also took me to a bar that was previously a brothel!

Fantistic tour with Nick. Group meeting place was easy to fiind in Southern Cross Station and then a short tram ride to Collingwood to taste the beers. The stops chosen by Nick were iinteresting and he added a lot of local color to the tour. Also was very knowledgable about the local beer scene and make some excellent recommendations for beer styles at each stop.

I was in Melbourne on business (aka on my own), so I thought what better way to see the city than with a few locals over a few drinks. Flo was my host and Tamara was shadowing... both were amazing. I learned not only a lot about Australian beer but a lot about Melbourne in general. I don’t think I had a question they couldn’t answer. It was actually just me on the tour, which I thought might be a bit awkward at first but they quickly put my worries to rest. It honestly just felt like going out for drinks with some friends. Anyone considering this should just pull the trigger and go for it... you get to see the sides of Melbourne that the locals love, which are the best parts of any city.

Our guides' goal with every tour is to give our guests an experience like they are going out with friends and exploring the city. Flo and Tamara achieved that and they will both be delighted with your very kind review.

Guide was great. Some locations we only got one beer instead of a tasting paddle. Some trams in the area aren't wheelchair accessible, such as Smith Street. Molly Rose is a great spot!

Hello Troy, We appreciate your feedback. We rely on our travellers’ feedback as it’s a firsthand insight into what is happening on our trips. This allows us to review our trips and make improvements, as well as recognise the positive, like the great job your guides did. Thank you for bringing this to our attention about some of the trams that we take our travellers are necessarily accessible for all travellers along with only receiving a beer instead of a paddled, it is through feedback like this that we are able to review and make any changes. Thank you again.

this was a great tour - our guide Flo was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local craft beer scene. Even though it was only 2 of us on the tour he made us feel at ease and ensured we had a fantastic experience. The venues visited were amazing ; the staff very helpful and spent time telling us about the brewing processes . Great value for money and a good way to see the culture and crafts of the Melbourne backstreets. highly recommended

What a fantastic experience with our tour guide Flo, who is really passionate and informative. You could tell he loved what he was doing and he had strong personal connections with all the bar staff. Thanks so much Flo.

Even though I live in the local area I had never been to these small bars/breweries and they all had great vibes and even better craft beer. If you're looking for something a bit different and authentic, this is the perfect tour. Actually it doesn't even feel like a traditional tour - it's just a super fun night out that I would highly recommend whether you're a Melbourne local or visitor.
