I usually keep all my reviews positive, and try to keep my negative ones private between myself and the business, but when that fails to work, I will share my thoughts with others that might benefit from my experience and avoid dealing with these guys as this business is run by an arrogant owner who will do anything but apologise when at fault.
We had an experience booked in for a birthday at 6:45pm, paid in full beforehand. They called 3 hours prior to say the weather was bad and they would rebook it for another day. We asked to wait out the weather as the forecast said it would clear up before 5pm. They informed us they will have to cancel anyways and we were welcome to rebook it for another day.
We didn't want to rebook it as we had bought a lot of meat and drinks that we couldn't do anything with at this point. We asked for a refund as we wouldn't come back.
The owner came up with multiple excuses as to why he shouldn't give us a refund, saying it was our fault and the cancellation happened on our end, not theirs. Because we definitely felt like throwing out over $100 worth of meat.
We ended up disputing the charges through our bank and got our money back by force as the owner stopped responding to us and told us to take the matter to VCAT if we wanted, as he wasn't willing to refund us.
A great shame for a business to lack so much in customer service, and judging by other reviews I'm not the first person nor will I be the last, I'm sure of it, seeing as the owner responds to negative reviews by deflecting blame.

The people at the aqua donut facility are fabulous. They rescued us multiple times and never acted as if we were incompetent at driving. We would 110% go back for more.
