About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- dhfpereira0 contributionsVery difficult to use!!The booking proccess should be easier. A lot of the attractions you'll have to pay an additional cost to use. It doesnt worth it.Written 25 September 2022
- simonerE5495MO0 contributionsHorrible Experience And A Big Waste Of MoneyHorrible, terrible experience. Absolute scammers. Their website glitched and gave me the wrong pass, they would not refund me (even at a discounted rate when I requested it). Half the vendors on the list do not respond, so I cannot book what I wanted to book- and it's costing me MORE money than just booking individually. I am so, so disappointed by this company. I was looking forward to the experiences, and I wanted to work with them to fix the issues, but to no avail. I do not recommend them. I wish I had never bought with them.Written 21 September 2022
- dianny20150 contributionsWe had a ball. so many laughs and spinsBrilliant Fun with brilliant driver. Perfect day on the water. We had a great bunch of people on our ride, the spins were wicked fun. The driver was the BEST bloke!Written 15 March 2022
- BoardingPass5487350 contributionsGreat idea-terrible execution and possible scamI just tried to book Healesville Sanctuary with my Flexipass and after hours on the phone was told that my number doesn’t exist and I therefore can’t book unless I pay. This on top of Philip Island Nature Parks suddenly excluded even though this was included when I bought my Flexipass. What a bunch of scammers. Never again!!Written 10 February 2021
- 14tams0 contributionsFlexipass wasn’t as clear but overall good for two sitesThe iVenture was an effective way to explore attractions in Sydney. When we went pick up our 3 attraction pass, they charged an additional $5A for the Big Bus Hop on/Hop off. Not sure if that was clear when I booked it, but you don’t think you need to pay more if you pay in advance. Either way it worked because we went to WildLife and Bondi Beach. The next day we used for Sydney Opera House tour. Overall I would do it again.Written 3 January 2020
- 6Elaine0 contributionsGreatBargain we got 4in one and did hop on hop off bus Great day Becarful of the bus it's a good 4 hrs doing red and blue line.Written 24 December 2019
- Amz-travel-uk0 contributionsMust have for people visiting sydneyWe bought unlimited pass for 300 dollars per person as we were in Sydney for 10 days. It was extremely cost effective - saved us loads of bucks. We did all the activities on the pass except for bondi beach and some local crime / haunted House tours. Very easy to use and not much can go wrong with this pass. A few notes: 1.For majority of the attractions children upto 3 for free, except for one attraction where we paid for my nephew. 2.this pass does not take you up the Sydney Harbour bridge. 3. You have to take your own ride to go to the jenolan caves. Rest, good luck!!!Written 20 December 2019
- SD3198a0 contributions1 star for not giving complete informationFor people those who are looking forward to buy an venture card: Venture has 3, 5 or 7 attraction pass options. On there website they say you can do whatever activities you want with the venture card which means if you get a 3 attraction pass you should be able to do any three activities. However, in reality if you want to do Scuba diving, jet ski or want to go on a Whale cruise you will need to pay extra $50-55 for each activity. Only activities free after buying a venture card are the one which does not cost much or people don't wanna to do that activity such as Snorkel, sunset kayak, bus rides cruises and more. It is not a scam just a well planned marketing strategy. I'll highly recommend you guy to do your research on it as well.Written 28 November 2019
- amysI905IQ0 contributionsGreat option for sight seeingReally great option for a city like Sydney. We saw a lot! Only tip is to be sure to redeem your voucher for an iVenture card prior to redeeming access to any of the locations. Super easy via main Wharfs.Written 23 November 2019
- Michael D0 contributionsSCAMMERSSCAMMERS, RUN!!! A bit more in detail: We were on holiday in the gold Coast and they have booths around the place, we walked past a few times and said to each other "those prices are really low" at one point we seen one for iFly and I pointed it out to my parter, the person at the booth noticed this and reeled us in. After a lengthy discussion we found out the prices were only available if you met certain criteria (location, age, income, etc). They showed us info on iFly and offered us $20 passes, usually $200,only catch was attending a seminar. We paid $40 for the two of us and they set up the seminar for a few days time. The seminar was obviously a sale pitch, we said no(although they almost smooth talked us into it) got our "prize" as they called it and left. When we went back to book iFly the person at the booth (a different person this time) told us they do not offer iFly and don't know where we got our information, at which point I simple pointed the sign we were all standing next to that had the iFly deal plastered on it, we were then met with "oh that is a completely different deal, that's not what you guys get". They then handed us a book and said these are the things you guys can choose from. Everything in the book was either crossed out and "no longer available" or was only valid through extra conditions. Of course they have a no refund policy too. I'm sure they will have deal that do suit some people but please be very cautious of these people and especially the wyndham time share they try to rope you into. Do your research and do not let them scam you out of your hard earned cash.Written 13 November 2019
- Bundybear20 contributionsDisappointedVery disappointed with the iventure card Sydney. Does not save time or money. Did not get what I asked for. Had hop on hop off bus. Told I had 2 days to use. NO only 24 hours had to pay a $5 each upgrade so we could go to Bondi. Only used ticket for about an hour on first day. Feel really ripped off. You still have to line up to get tickets at some of the venues. The only one we went straight through was the zoo. You would save more by using vouchers in pamphlets and concession cards. Opal card is the best for travelling around on buses trains and ferries and so cheap. My advice is look around check out the pamphlets at tourist venues and if you have one use your concession card. Also buying the cards with a selection on it limits you to those attractions. By leaving yourself open you can change your mind.Written 20 October 2019
- elc606z0 contributionsTerrible customer service on the phoneRecommend all of you to check carefully on all terms and conditions on your purchase. Just made a simple phone call to try to confirm my cards conditions today and it make me so regret that i spent money on iventure cards. The lady on the phone was so rude and accusing me didnt read things good enough so called her wasting her time, i thought thats her job to answer questions from her customers. No staff number given as she refused and when i said i want to complain she cut the call. This will be the first and only time i purchase their product.Written 15 October 2019
- James B0 contributionsFun day for the kidsKids had a great time on the ziplines and climbing the trees. Ziplining over crocodiles a real highlight.Written 12 October 2019
- buzimum0 contributionsGreat experiencesWe bought a 7 day unlimited pass for 2 adults and 2 kids. Some attractions probably wouldn't go back to but used them as on the card. Well worth it for the ease of use. No having to purchase at each site, great to be able to jump the queue as often seen as pre booked ticket.Written 27 August 2019
- DTrainTravels0 contributionsBe Very Careful And Do Research FirstI was going to write a scathing review as the offerings they advertise may not be available or their website not up to date. We bought the Tasmania card as 3 items on it we were visiting and provided good value. Turned up at Port Arthur Historic Site and the card was no longer accepted meaning the value of the purchase was really questioned. I would email or contact your chosen attractions to check if still received and if there are any other conditions. In the end it worked out okay but a lot of extra phone work was required and it did save some $$$ but caused some grief as well.Written 15 July 2019
