      Phillip Island - Great Tour!
The Phillip Island Tour, led by tour guide Fiona, was amazing. It starts off with a trip to the Koala Sanctuary and ends with the Penguin Parade. Throughout the trip, Fiona was full of cheer, knowledge, and helpful hints. Would definitely recommend the Penguin Plus ticket as you get much more up close and personal with the penguins!

Great experience with Kiwi tour and Autopia!
It was such a great day and experience for me. Although the price was a bit higher than expected, but it totally worth it!! Our tour was with Autopia company with Kiwi's tour! The tour leader was so nice and inspiring, he was telling the stories using some pictures make it more interested! He was so energetic and explains so nice , there was no recorded sounds to play to explain, the bus was really good, not a lot of people, the bus seats were comfortable compared to usuall buses!

      Great Ocean Road Experience
Chris, aka Kiwi, showed very extensive knowledge of the history of the Great Ocean Road and its surrounds. I can only imagine how hard it is to be a tour guide while driving at the same time, while barely having any breaks himself. We tip off our hats to him for such a great experience. Highly recommended!

Great trip - first day tour in Melbourne since Covid started. Of course, there are changes, like having to check in via the QR code provided, showing my vaccination status, masks required and there's a hand sanitiser on board.

Our guide, Lizzie, arrived with her trusty steed, Priscilla, on time. The check in process was smooth and then we were on our way. We made it to all the places mentioned in the itinerary, in a timely manner, with just enough commentary and brilliant selection of music. Lizzie was very helpful - she gave clear instructions, great tips, made sure everyone was comfortable, helped take photos and even went the extra mile to ensure we saw some kangaroos, despite the heat. We also had enough time for everything we wanted to do.

When we were at Mackenzie Falls, Lizzie advised that either we go to the bottom of the falls via a set of 260 steps and then maybe one of the lookouts around the trail or go to the Mackenzie Falls lookout, which was a longer distance but with generally flat terrain. I would say that if you're fit enough to climb the stairs without much rest and do not spend a lot of time at the falls, especially if it is crowded, it is possible to make it for both the falls and the lookout. Otherwise, most people would only be able to make it for either the falls or the lookout. I prefer the lookout, though, as it was a weekend when I went and there were many people at the falls.

We got back a little earlier than expected and Lizzie made sure the routing was such that everyone got dropped off at their convenience. Once again, thanks to Lizzie and Priscilla for making my trip an amazing one.

James the guide was fantastic! We were a small fit group so it did not take us so long to take picures at the view points or hike so he asked if we wanted to use the extra time to visit another waterfall. Also he spotted some Emu in a field and stopped so that we could get out and take photos. He also gave us a quiz on the wildlife which was fun and serenaded us on the way back.

Hi There, Thank you for your amazing review! We're thrilled to hear that James made your tour fantastic with his thoughtful gestures and knowledge. It's great that he made use of extra time to visit another waterfall and stopped for you to photograph emus. The quiz on wildlife sounds like a fun and engaging way to learn more about the area, and James's serenade must have added a special touch to your journey. We hope to welcome you back on another adventure soon! Kind Regards, Autopia Tours

“We had an amazing experience on our Grampians National Park tour with Utopia Tours. The highlight was the wonderful interaction with kangaroos, and despite the mist and light drizzle at the Balcony Lookout, the views were breathtaking with a refreshing cold breeze. Mackenzie Falls was absolutely stunning, and the walk down to the falls made it even more memorable. Special thanks to our driver and guide, Joe, who was not only informative but also incredibly helpful throughout the trip. He made sure we had a great time. Thank you, Joe and Utopia Tours, for an unforgettable experience! Highly recommended! 😍”

The experience was 100%. I’ve fallen in love quicker than I expected with Australia. Had such a warm hug of a tour guide, Misty is magic, a warm hug personified, carrying the most amazing informative stories, and illusions and we never missed a bird or kanga or emu as she made sure we all saw them.
Having come solo, I couldn’t have felt more like I had family with me. Very grateful and lucky for the experience. Thank you forever x

Craig and Barry were amazing and made my trip to the Grampians magical. Craig has an abundance of knowledge regarding the nature and culture of the Grampians. Also his care for his customers was at a high standard regarding water and travel sickness techniques.

He made a stop at a cave to see some ancient Aboriginal art which I had asked about. Really appreciated that bonus stop and would highly recommended traveling with Craig and Barry the platypus. Thank you so much!

It was a rainy day on September 6 2024 when kiwi picked us up at the bus stop in Melbourne and everyone thought that this trip is going to be horrible in the expected weather condition but not with kiwi!
We started driving and as we left Melbourne he started withe some fact of the surrounding areas.
When we arrived at the Grampians national park kiwi gave enough time not just to use the restroom but also at the attractions.
It wasn't a Problem if you take 5min more too enjoy the Wonderful views.

I personally think this tour is completely worth it! On a day with good weather it has to be even more fun..there was no question to hard for kiwi and he's overall a kind and very Social person.

    Thanks Kiwi :)

It was a downpour when we did the tour but our guide Chris - ‘Kiwi’ - made sure we were having a great time and provided countless insights on wildlife and indigenous culture. The Balconies and MacKenzie falls were the highlight and still enjoyable amidst the rain (kinda liked the vibe more to be honest). Thanks Kiwi!

I had a lovely day out in the Grampians National Park.
It took 3 hours to get to the park but the journey was broken up with a brunch stop and commentary from the guide about various towns/views we came across.
Upon arrival we first headed to an open area where we saw a mob of kangaroos and could get quite close to photograph them. There were also Emu to be seen. We then had lunch in the town of Gap Hall accompanied by some cockatoos!
After lunch we headed into the mountains to visit a few lookout points where the views didn’t disappoint. One of these points was a 2km (return) walk. Before returning home we visited the McKenzie Falls which included a walk down some steps to the bottom and/or a flatter walk to a lookout of the waterfall.

The trip catered wonderfully for a mixture of fitness abilities and all were welcome. Joe, the tour guide was great. He made me feel very welcome and comfortable (since I was solo) and made the day very relaxed while moving things along at a good pace.

The trip would be suitable for families, backpackers and beyond!
