          Superb Drive
Really enjoyed the drive. The ocean views were fantastic! I was pleased to see some wildlife as well. Arrived at the Twelve Apostles at sunset which was a perfect time to see this highlight.

Amazing host, A 10 for animal lovers
Smooth logistics in pick up and off, and there’s plenty of bathroom breaks for anyone concerned… My host Jaimes is extremely funny, knowledge about Australia and absolutely love the animals! It was a great pleasure to spend a day with him and all the way to and from Philip Island!

          Truly unforgettable experience!
What a fantastic trip this was! Aaron our tour leader was extremely knowledgeable about the Penguin Parade and also the previous three stops we made on our way to Phillip Island. First stop was the colourful beach boxes in Brighton Beach, Melbourne then we went onto Moonlit Sanctuary to see native Australian animals then onto a beautiful beach on Phillip Island called Woolamai Beach where we paddled in the surf of the Southern Ocean! We then went to Cowes for a dinner stop before visiting the Penguin Parade. I’ll never forget seeing these beautiful creatures come out of the sea and walk up the beach past the boardwalk. Truly unforgettable experience and for me a must do if visiting Melbourne!

Great Experience with a Great Guide
Our guide, Aaron, is an energetic and passionate man who lifted the mood of the tour a lot. The drive from central Melbourne to Philip Island was as long as around 3 hours, so during the ride Aaron did a great job to tell us about the background knowledge behind the animals and the history of the lands. He also told us about his recommendation for dinner before the penguin parade. Watching little penguins coming home from fishing was a truly wonderful experience! The facility is well designed so as to make sure visitors are able to stay close to the penguins as much as possible along the way penguins get home! With the admission fee included plus the transport, pricing is reasonable.

Wonderful tour to the Phillip island and other places of interest
Amazing trip to the Phillip island and other places of interest. Apart from the scenic beauty of the various spots we visited, I shall fondly remember this trip because of the warmth and the hospitality of Emily who was not only the driver of the tour bus but a very helpful person who went out of her way to make this trip truly memorable and enjoyable. Cute penguins walking by your side
Love the penguins parade. An experience no one should miss in Melbourne. Overall trip is good, just the two spots looking over to the pyramids rock were a bit too windy

          Iconic Experience!
The trip duration was just about right. I loved the visit to the Moonlit Sanctuary. The Penguin Parade was, of course, a one-of-a-kind experience. Terry, our driver & guide, was terrific, with insightful and humorous tips, and his diversion to Cowes for dinner (after a short visit to the Nobbies) was a perfect choice. My only issue (which makes me give this a 4/5 rating) was the cramped seating on the minibus - there was not enough legroom and there were no overhead bag racks. Luckily, the longest trip was the two hour one back to Melbourne after seeing the penguins around 10:30 PM. I was beginning to cramp just as we reached Melbourne. One plus about the vehicle was the air conditioning, which was superb.

Well run and operated . Felix was really nice and very informative. Long day and may be best to have one central pick up and drop off as this slows the day down. 12 apostles brilliant !

Must see if you enjoy nature its finest!
A full day of nature! Even though we saw all the Australian animals at the sanctuary, was great seeing so many Swamp Wallabies “in the wild.” The “Little Penguins” at Penguin Parade were a treat to watch as they swim ashore and make their way to their burrows. Elise was a great guide/driver—very informative and enthusiastic 👍

          A memorable journey!
My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were able to see so many different things in one day. This is well worth the money and is a good mix of sightseeing places. Our tour guide Ebony was the best, she was the happiest all day, always helpful and informative. I would do this tour again and can absolutely recommend it!!

A must if visiting Melbourne. Our tour guide Kevin is very friendly, professional and accommodating. Kevin’s demeanour didn’t dampen our energy even though there were parts of the tour where it rained. I highly recommend this small group tour because you won’t feel that you’re being rushed to finish the itinerary. 10/10 for the Bunyip Tour Team!

The tour is wonderful. We were amazed by Mel’s (the tour guide) being knowledgeable and informative talks about the areas. She excited all the guests, making the tour less tiring even though it’s a long day trip. I highly recommend Mel if you can request her for your tour.
Thank you Mel for us having a memorable trip.

22/8/2022 tour experience was absolutely fantastic, there is nothing negative to comment about this trip. Tour company prompt and efficient, they have called to advise first thing in the morning that bus will be a few minutes delayed due to traffic. That is excellent service. Tour guide Chris Hill is outstanding with his professional, friendly, efficient and caring service he has provided. He has gone beyond and above with his service and he should be awarded. He was training Max and Max is an excellent young professional, he has proven himself to be confident and will be a credit to company. Even though, it was a very long day tour, Chris and Max made themselves available at all times to make journey comfortable to passengers. Chris putting customers first all the time, very polite, friendly and willing to accommodate to everyone to keep everyone happy. I have not experienced such a great service until yesterday and i have been on many tours before with other companies, other places. Overall, it was a perfect day experience.

I did this tour on the 16th of March and it was absolutely amazing! It started off with an incredibly warm welcome at my hotel from Chris who is one of the best tour guides I've ever had. He immediately made me feel right at home and got everyone excited for the day ahead. As we headed out of Melbourne he told us the history of the area and all about the aboriginal nations who once ruled the land. We stopped at some beautiful places throughout the day and Chris even prepared morning tea for us! You cover a lot of ground on this tour but it never felt like we were on the bus for long as Chris kept us thoroughly entertained with jokes, stories, and general good craic. This trip hits all of the must-see places on the Great Ocean Road including the famous 12 Apostles and my personal highlight, Cape Otway Lighthouse. The way the tour is run takes all of the hassle and guesswork out of your day, leaving you free to relax and enjoy the view. If you are thinking about doing this tour then go right ahead - I promise you won't regret it!

Chris N. did a wonderful job of narrating all the amazing sights that we saw on the Great Ocean Road tour. It was awesome to get out of the city and truly see the beauty of Australia. I am glad we went in a small group and we truly enjoyed our day. I highly recommend this tour. Oh, and Chris played awesome music on our journey. I think ABBA would be a nice group to add to your playlist :-)

It was a great way to celebrate Christmas Eve; went on the tour guided by Paul, who shared good stories and let us plenty of time to enjoy the amazing scenery. He also put together quite the playlist to fit the history and particularities of the places we visited. We don't know about the other guides, but Paul definitely had the perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism which put us at ease and made for a wonderful, highly enjoyable day.

I am not much for tourist attractions but I was recommended to go on The Great Ocean Road while in Australia. The reason why I went on this particular tour was that it fit everything in a day returning to Melbourne in the evening since I couldn't afford to spend 2-3 on it. My tour guide Chris N was extremely knowledgeable doing this for a long time and was friendly to take pictures for his guests.

This trip was fantastic - great value for money! The sights were absolutely breathtaking.

Jon C was the best guide I've ever had for a tour - I would happily do this exact tour again with him (or any other tour). He was courteous, knowledgeable, personable, fun, and flexible to the group's needs.

I did the optional extra helicopter ride, which took my trip over the top and gave me even more special moments from this adventure. If you love flying or want a unique experience that you'll remember forever, highly recommend this extra as well.

We were apprehensive about 13 hours in a van, but there were frequent breaks. Tea, coffee and cakes were provided at the first stop. Felix did a great job of explaining the sights, recommending lunch spots and best trails. The twelve apostles were magnificent, but Felix said the Loch & Gorge would be better. He was true to his word. Try to make time for this trip if you’re in the Melbourne area

I took a tour with their sister company. This review is for Bunyip. Their sister company Go West was perfectly OK. The driver of this bus basically almost ran over an old lady at Port Campbell. When people yelled and called him out, he basically did not seem to care.

More specific information: We pulled in for lunch from our tour in Port Campbell. We were walking towards the restaurants to grab something to eat. This van coming behind us did not stop for pedestrians and basically almost ran an old lady over using the pedestrian walk so that he could grab the parking stop fast. HE did the curve at round about 50 KMPH endangering folks in the van and outside. When I checked I found out that this was a sister company of the tour I took a photo of the tour van. This is really dangerous driving. I would avoid this tour.

We have made contact with the reviewer via the TripAdvisor messaging service to try to find out their date of travel & so that we might identify the tour driver-guide responsible for the actions described above. Regrettably - and somewhat astonishingly - TheSeattleTraveller has refused to advise us of their date of travel, even though it is impossible for us to identify if the individual responsible and take appropriate disciplinary action to ensure the described incident is not repeated. The safety of our guests, staff and the general public is our absolute number one priority, and we're truly disappointed that any of our team would be driving in a manner than is not 100% safe. We're perhaps even more disappointed that the reviewer is more focused on telling the world to avoid our organisation, than on helping us to achieve a higher level of safety by assisting us in identifying the responsible driver.
