      Wonderful experience!
The koala reserve was wonderful, as was the penguin parade. The only down point was that the driver was somewhat grouchy.

A Wonderful Experience and a Wonderful Guide
This tour may well be the best run and most enjoyable excursion we have ever been a part of. Our tour to the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians National Park began on Feb 15th. On Feb 14th, very sadly, the Grampians region was hit by a wind storm and powerful thunderstorms which tore up trees and ignited forest fires with many homes lost as the region dealt with one of it's biggest emergencies in years. In the hours leading up to the beginning of the tour we received an email advising us that the situation regarding our itinerary was very fluid and that visiting the Grampians would likely not be possible. Our incredible guide, Janet "J-Dog" Archibald, in consultation with Wildlife Tours took this bag of lemons that fate had handed us and made the best lemonade ever. She recast this setback as an opportunity to explore some locations that we would not normally have time to see. Janet knows the state of Victoria like the back of her hand and we were all swept up by her enthusiasm as she told story after story and got us to amazing locations with time to explore at length. By the end of the first day our group had become the best of friends and this tour was the highlight of our time in Australia. I highly recommend this tour and our guide Janet. On day three we were joined by Chris who also knows his stuff and made our trip memorable.

Once in a lifetime nature experience
Amazing scenery throughout the bus tour. We had just enough time at each stop. The koala sanctuary was peaceful. The stop at Nobbie’s resulted in dozens of beautiful pictures, even saw some wild animals like echidnas and wallabies. The penguin parade was different than expected, but definitely worthwhile. The penguins come out slowly. Dress warm, even in the summer. Thankfully we had towels to sit on the beach and sweaters but it was windy and cool enough for blankets and heavier jackets. Highly recommend!

Great Ocean Road and Twelve Apostles tour
Great trip, it was a long day but we saw so much. The Great Ocean Road, wild Koalas and Kangaroos, the Twelve Apostles and had various stops along the way to break up the journey. Our guide Gary was so knowledgeable and full of interesting stories, he told us he had been doing the tour just for 12 months but you would think he had been doing it for years. Would recommend as a great way to see more than just Melbourne City. I also left my glasses on the bus and he drove back to drop them at our hotel, so kind of him!

Penguins on parade must go on your bucket list! We took a day tour that left from Melbourne and took us to
This entire day trip was absolutely amazing! We didn’t get back to our hotel till close to midnight because of the long drive from Melbourne but it was probably the best thing we did in the two weeks we were in Australia! We were thrilled to see so many koalas and wallabies up close in the koala Conservatory. There was plenty of time to grab dinner, and then head onto Phillip Island to watch the Penguin parade. We waited patiently for the penguins to arrive, and the first ones came out from the water around 9:15 PM. There were thousands of us, but somehow the workers kept us all quiet, while the penguins screwed out to find their babies waiting for them in the bushes along a walkway. I didn’t realize how small they were until I was actually standing above them on the wooden boardwalk. Taking pictures is absolutely forbidden since the flash and cameras scare them but of course there were some idiots who didn’t want to follow the rules and took pictures anyways. I seriously wanted to knock their phones out of their hand. Apparently looking at pictures on the Internet was not good enough for them. My advice is if you do go, please enjoy the moment and put your phones in your pocket. Who would have thought that watching little Penguins paddle up to see their chicks would be so enthralling. A great tip is once they start arriving on the sandy beach head on over and get your spot on the boardwalk and position yourself right above the path and you will have the best position to see thousands of little blue penguins waddling up ever so slowly listening for the sounds of their young. It truly is a remarkable sight!

      Great Ocean Rd Trip
As a couple we had wanted to take the Great Ocean Rd trip. Our bus was modern and comfortable with AC Wi-Fi and USB outlets. The trip lasted almost 13 hours with many stops and made enjoyable by a well informed and entertaining driver.

      Amazing daytrip from Melbourne
I have visited the Philip Island and watched the penguin parade. Everything was well organized and our tour guide Craig with his helper Barry were amazing. I really enjoyed the trip. Good job Craig! So kind and helpful. He was also explaining to us everything and sharing a lot of interesting information.

      Penguin Parade must visit!
Must see on any Melbourne Itinerary! Watch the penguins come onto land for a while then follow them as they waddle along the boardwalk. For best seating bring a blanket so that you can sit in the sand up front. All the entry fees, concessions, and gifts go towards conservation of the entire area!

Great trip to Phillip Island and the penguins!
This was a brilliant tour, thanks very much! We didn't get the name of the driver but please do let him know of our deepest appreciation for his patience and sense of humour throughout! We enjoyed this tour very much, and the driver was indeed the most good looking one of them all, so we could find the bus easily. He might not remember us, my wife was the one that bought the hat. We are from India and this was the highlight of our trip this far, we really liked the penguins and have since been told we can't take one back with us, sadly. Keep doing the good work! To everyone reading this, I fully recommend this tour company for this tour. We'll be doing another one tomorrow, and will review that too. But the Phillip island trip was excellent, and very well organized, and we managed to get a booking seamlessly through their website. Cheers and all the best!

Could be better. Give us more time to enjoy the Penguin parade.
The tour was good. However, couple of things were missed to make it a great experience: We were dropped off at Nobbies without any introduction to the Penguins homes, or otherwise. Second, the time given at the Penguin parade was so short that it was stressful. We needed to rush to see things and couldn't enjoy it.

The trip was amazing from start to finish, and this was helped by our amazing tour host called Fiona. Her passion and excitement of meeting the Koalas and penguins was great. It's totally worth doing whilst staying in Melbourne

More time in the Grampians and less time for breaks would be 5/5. People who don't make it on time should be left behind. We had to wait for people that have no sense of time which shorten or stay in the Grampians. Tour guide was great, not her fault for others behaviour and selfishness.

Hi Bilijana, Thanks a lot for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear the tour didn't fully meet your expectations. The breaks are a legal requirement regarding our driver's fatigue management, and they are necessary to guarantee a safe trip to our passengers :) I understand it's a long drive to the Grampians and there's a lot to see there, so we try our best to show you the highlights on this day tour. It's unfortunate that other passengers were late, I understand your frustation. It's always a bit tricky when that happens because we wouldn't want to leave anyone behind in a remote area, but I agree it can be annoying to everyone else. In any case I hope you enjoyed your day in the Grampians, and hopefully we'll see you again soon on a different tour! Kind regards, Luis

With great landscapes (mountains, valleys, forests, waterfalls) and some wildlife sightings (kangaroos, emus, cockatoo etc.), this day trip to the Grampians National Park is definitely one of the top things to do when in Melbourne!

Our guide (named Wes) was also fantastic and had a great knowledge (past and present) of the area (mines, farms, forests, mountains, wildlife etc.) including some interesting trivia (the gold rush and Bush Rangers, the construction of the roads and the renewable energy challenge, the great dingo fence or the handling of bushfires and damaged trees... to name just a few)!

This was a good day with lots of sightseeing. Our guide, Craig (and Barry) was fun and informative. We enjoyed traveling with him.

The Grampions National Park is cool and we saw wild kangaroos and emus! Unfortunately thr cultural center was closed for construction, but nothing you can do about that.

The drive was filled with stopping at overlooks for gorgeous views. Makenzie Falls was nice, but not sure it'd be worth all the stairs if it's very hot out.

All in all, I recommend this tour.

Nice day trip outskirts. Cosy group size. The scenery however was blah. Appreciated the opportunity to do some walks and to the Falls. But the most disappointing was that we missed the Brambuk The National Park & Cultural Centre which was in the itinerary. Overall, nothing too great and somehow seems like there was nothing more...

Great experience. Yes it a long ride out and back but glad we had a driver who knew the roads and where the best stops were. Much better than renting a car. And our guide Wes had great background stories and clearly explained when and where to get back on the bus.

We really did it for the wildlife - we saw kangaroos wallaby emus many many birds including a Kookaburra and wedge tailed eagle. Great views and a chance to hike down to the falls.

We took a tour with Go West and had a fabulous day. It was an early start at 7.20am being picked up from our motel in Franklin St. The views and the waterfalls in the National Park are breath taking. We had morning tea on the way and lunch before heading into the National Park all included in the tour. It is a very long day as we did not get back till 8.30pm being dropped off and our motel. If you have the time this tour is well worth while doing.
