About the operator
- ChefSue100Great way to start your visit to MelbourneFriendly, knowledgeable local who loves to share his experiences of Melbourne. Excellent way to familiarise you with the landmarks and laneways, and history of the city. Great donuts.
- O9435SQjeanm00Great TourBoy what a great morning tour. Our group was small so the guide adjusted and were able to spending more time talking about local history spots that we were interested in (Mitre Tavern, Hoiser Lane Grafiti, the old Victoria Club where the Great Bookie Robbery occurred). The additional stops for coffee and donuts were perfect.
- I3427HVpaulaf00So much to seeThe guide was friendly, knowledgeable and humorous on this tour. Paced well for being able to stop and observe the history of Melbourne. Donuts were great! Would highly recommend for those who don’t consider themselves fit walkers but can manage a few hours.
- carolinedK4224QY00For visitors to Melbourne good way to find out information and locationsDid the tour with friends as a way to see our city but we would have liked to see inside some of the historic buildings to get a better understanding rather than just walk past, for example instead of standing at the Cathedral talking about Young and Jackson’s cross the road and see Chloe, maybe a good idea also to go into some of the arcades or The Forum or the State Library where possible . The concept is great but I think the delivery can be improved. Maybe look to drop QVM to allow more time at other places as it is a fair way out of the way and you actually need time to appreciate that part of town. Also would be great if the guide had donuts at the start so you really feel like it is a donut and history walk. We did learn a few things but we were a little disappointed with the delivery
- Scenic1144575393100Tasty Tour!Going "walkabout" on this tour was an excellent way to see parts of Melbourne I would never have found on my own. We visited significant buildings, meandered down the famous laneways, and checked out some fabulous street art. Ants was a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide who really knew his city's history. A fabulous way to spend a couple of hours.
- gcyayas00Great insight to Melbourne that not even the locals know aboutWhat a lovely tour I was unexpectedly alone in Melbourne and wondered what to do. This tour was perfect.
- susannegM2085OE00Walking Tour Two hoursWe really loved discovering things we would never have found on our own or known the history of. Our guide (Tony) was very well informed. And I am still remembering the taste of that donut!
- Oliver G00The unknown side of central MelbournePunctual, polite and full of interesting sites off the tourist track. Doughnuts were unbelievable! Our guide lived in Melbourne all his life and showed that he knows his history.
- SalehAhmad280200Lovely walk, suitable for childrenSavoury and history. Loved the tour with our lovely tour guide Tony. He was informative and entertaining. The tour takes you through interesting parts of the city and you definitely know it well by the time you finish it.
- KevinChow1800Really Great Fun History & Donuts Walking Tour!First time in Melbourne with my family and it was a great and fun way to learn about the city. Our tour rep (Mark) is fun, friendly and very knowledgeable. Really like the donuts & coffee during the city tour...thank you so much for the great experience! Highly recommended.
- R7490PBjessicab00Fun, delightful, and deliciousAn interesting, fun, and well-paced tour! Our guide, Miles, was engaging, delightful, and struck the perfect mix of history, chatter, and recommendations for experiencing Melbourne like a local. The donuts and coffee (hot chocolate for us) were yummy and perfect for a fresh Melbourne day. And for myself and my friend, who don’t particularly like doing typical “touristy” stuff, it felt more like walking around the city with a friend for a couple hours than a typical tour.
- hc29800Great running and overview of MelbourneSam was a smashing guide - knowledgeable and friendly throughout our running tour. Always cheerful and took us at a pace we were all comfortable with. We heard all about the history of Melbourne which was fascinating, fun and unique. Highly recommended- would definitely come back.
- malcolma36000OKI enjoyed seeing parts of Melbourne City I hadn't seen before and hearing some stories of people and places I didn't know about. I thought the donuts and coffee could have been higher quality. I thought our guide should have done more research. He didn't need to tell us stories about his personal life.
- Travel5526744155900History and Donuts - A Great ComboWhat a great experience! This tour is a fun and unique way to learn about the city. Very friendly and accommodating - thank you so much!
- M2713NHmicheled00Definitely a must when in MelbourneTony was excellent as our tour guide. He knew so much information about various sites and experiences. He adapted the tour to meet our needs. One thing I loved about this tour was although we did do the streets in the heart of the city, we also got to experience further a field. This tour involved a lot of walking but at a very comfortable pace. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne

Loved this sunrise tour of Melbourne and the Yarra river. Tim was a gracious and knowledgeable tour guide, who accommodated my running pace and requests (I was lucky to be the only one on this tour). It was a glorious day out there with brilliant sunlight and a slight breeze. Got to see the "G" and the "Tan," the Australian Open venue and the river, some of the street art works and we finished at a brilliant coffee place. You don't have to be a runner to do this tour, but it'll be just the right thing for runners or anybody enjoying the outdoors and being on the move to see things. Thank you, Tim and Matt - can highly recommend!

If you're a keen runner and you want to see Melbourne by foot especially in the morning, this is the go to group to show you around the city with a passion for running and extensive knowledge around the City Of Melbourne!!! Thank you so much Matty for the solo tour on Aussie Day, I've got a bit more knowledge about the city itself but especially made another like minded runner/friend/contact for good 💜. You'll get bang for your buck I can guarantee you!!!
