Found our guide charming and well Informed. A great time for a novice visitor and her Aussie friends.

We really enjoyed this tour. The meet up location was easy to find and the bars were all very close. The guide was very polite, informative and friendly. The three bars we visited were all very different and definitely hidden. My only criticism was that for the tour cost I feel more food and perhaps another cocktail should be included. I did like that the guide had inside knowledge and could recommend cocktails. The food that we did receive was delicious. It would've been nice to visit another bar, three was great but four would've been even better. We really enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend it.

Jess provided a excellent tour of Sovereign Hill and Ballarat surrounds going the extra mile to show the old architecture of Ballarat. We could not fault the tour Jess's efforts and knowledge that she passed on to two older Australians already well versed on our history. We learnt a lot. Jess was a safe driver and always prompt Jess also gave us space for our own appropriate amount of time without prompting. Well done Jess

Amazing tour and very knowledgeable guide. Taken to lots of different areas and finding out about musicians from the area we didn't know about.

We had a fabulous day on our Gin Flight. Discovered places I’d never heard of and tasted some beautiful Gin. A relaxing day with a beautiful lunch provided. Our guide was friendly and it was a lovely way to spend time reconnecting with friends after so long. Lots of laughs and drinks. We honestly didn’t want to come home. I couldn’t recommend this tour more highly.

We went on the gin flight and were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the places we went to. I couldn't have discovered these gems myself. Great food, great company and of course fabulous gin! We weren't rushed and had ample time to relax and enjoy our surrounds.

I thought I knew a lot of the bars in Melbourne, but I do not. Behind the most inconspicuous doors, in quiet laneways are those intimate bars that we search out for taking someone special or just show off to your friends that you know the hip places!! If you want to know these places, then this is the tour for you. Loved learning about how the bar came into existence (Melbourne has a very chequered history), not to mention the delicious cocktails. Tour guide was very knowledgeable about the bars and Melbourne in general. Great night.

After a technical hitch in February we had rebooked our Sporting tour with brewery tasting for today. And can I say what a great day we both had. Tamara our driver was very knowledgeable as was Jess. The flemington race course was outstanding with the great sunny day. A trip around part of the Albert Park F1 track in the Hiace at full noise lol. Then off to the MCG for a sporting tour with Rod our guide who was great and showed and explained everything to us. Then a very nice lunch at a pub in Richmond followed by a beer tasting. A most enjoyable day and we are looking forward to booking another tour in the future. Thank you guys for a very memorable day. We highly recommend this tour.

My Wife and I were lucky to be the only passengers on the Live Music Melbourne Bus Tour. We found our host/driver to be Fun, Informative and Friendly. The tour is very relaxed and casual with little time pressures to keep moving on. We were disappointed that we couldn’t get into the band rooms at the Corner Hotel, Richmond and the Gershwin Room at the Espy, St Kilda for a behind the scenes look.

My friend and I enjoyed the day and the variety of shops we went to. Tracey our guide was very friendly and helpful. The Bonds shop was great as a lot of the sale stock had a further 40% off. My friend got some good bargains at the TS shop and we both got great shoe bargains at Diana Ferrari. Lunch was tasty. The only thing we found was that some of the staff in the shops weren't that friendly. The staff at Hilliers chocolate were an exception being very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a much needed coffee there too. Overall it was a great day and were pleased we did this at the start of our trip as it meant we could go to the DFO at South Wharf and Spencer St outlet and carry on our shopping. We would do this tour again and recommend it.

While in Melbourne we booked a shopping tour through The Outlet Tours. Was not overly impressed with the choice of outlets and boutiques we went to. Thought we were going to DFO’s. Most of the boutiques were overly priced. Our driver Tracey was lovely and did a good job chauffeuring us around. Was a good way to see the city but can’t say that I would book one of these hours again.

We had a lovely day however did feel, like other reviews, Tracey did take us to places were she would get a commission. We did provide information about what we were looking for and these were not necessary covered. I had previously done this tour 2 years ago. Basically other than a couple of different shops thrown it was the same. On the positive my Mum who is + size managed to get some great outfit.

We had limited our shopping everywhere else waiting for this "Oultet Shopping" experience. What a dissapointment. Only 5 people on our tour but ages 21-55+ so I can understand it would have been difficult to please everyone. I felt like we were only taken to places that Tracey could have clipped the ticket on. She wasn't very good at reading the mood of the group for the places we wanted to go etc. Went to 10 shops and purchased from one that wasn't even on the tour (It just happened to be across the road) and from another one that we specfically asked to go there. The shops we were taken to were not that cheap and you felt extremely pressured to purchase items as the designers were standing right there. One of the shops which was classed as a "Jewellery" Shop, made me feel like I had stepped in a time machine back to 2004 in the time of chunky plastic bangles and headbands. I was so so gutted at the end of this day. I felt like I had wasted an entire day of my trip. I had been expecting something more like the DFO outlet shops but it was far from anything like this. I felt like we were taken to all the places where comission could be made on our purchases rather than where we had asked to go and this annoyed the hell out of me

Melbourne is known for its outlet shopping malls. This tour takes you to the places you have never heard of. Lots of time in the bus, some items hardly discounted, felt like tour operator more interested in her commission at friends retail outlets than meeting customers needs. Very disappointing as this was the day I was most looking forward to.
