Mike the tour guide was awesome! Several stops and saw koala, kangaroo and penguins! Spectacular day and I would highly recommend! I wished I had more time at every stop! Mike gave a lot of information along the way. Great tour! I would highly recommend this!!

The greatest experience to see some great things in Australia to maximize experience. Our tour guide was Bluey and made the trip fun and knowledgeable to share about each area.

The little penguins at Phillip Island were adorable! I was there during the low season but they were still so cute to stare at! Jono was an excellent guide and wealth of knowledge. Would 11/10 recommend him and this tour.

Bob, our guide, was absolutely incredible! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Bob is a rockstar! We booked the tour for the penguin parade but were pleasantly surprised with the additional stops, especially the Moonlit Sanctuary with a koala encounter and kangaroo feeding. (You will pay for the koala encounter at the sanctuary & you can buy the food to feed the kangaroos - absolutely worth it) We visited in October and had a wonderful experience seeing the Penguin Parade. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Melbourne! (I’m submitting my review months late because I just noticed that I never submitted my review. So sorry!)

Mark k, our guide, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, very good. Only point is that depending on the time of year, there are drastically different numbers of penguins in the parade. We went during March and we saw about 20 walking up the beach.

Great trip, highly recommend! We saw almost any Australian animal you could imagine at the sanctuary (plus a few I couldn’t have imagined existed) and seeing Phillip Island and the Penguin Parade is a must see, and our guide Sherif was amazing.

A brilliant tour jam-packed with fascinating wildlife encounters, very well planned and executed. Our guide Tim was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He kept joking with us, maintaining a good mood and he added a little personal touch in the form of a disco ball so that it would be easier for us to find our bus in the parking lot :) He gave us multiple options and was willing to adjust the content and length of stops based on our preferences. During lunch break he found out about a surfing competition nearby so we made a little detour and that was really cool. Much appreciated. We also got to pet a koala, feed kangaroos and wallabies, we saw an echidna and an opossum and a bandicoot in the wild. Best tour ever, would definitely recommend to everyone.

It was great, Tim was the best, really helpful, great energy and great to have him with us. He explained things really well and overall activities were also good.

Although I was nervous finding my way to the meetup spot since it wasn’t at/near the cruise ship port, it was a short taxi ride (or probably a 20 minute walk), and was so worth it! Mel was our tour guide and she was knowledgeable, accommodating, and funny. In addition we had Simon with us who was a guide in training so we had double the knowledge. We visited several sites with ample time to enjoy them. Some were traditional tourist sites (the memorial Victoria’s fallen solders, the Olympics sports complex, the beautiful cathedral with the massive pipe organ, and Fitzroy Gardens), while others were quirky and fun (the one street in Melbourne where graffiti is allowed, and the site of the old brothel on Madame Brussels Lane). Mel went above and beyond several times. For example, even though food was not included, she made sure we knew which stops had coffee, toilets, or a cafe and the allowed us ample time to see the location and/or eat at our own pace. When we visited the graffiti lane, she actually offered to take pictures of us in front of a section! Meanwhile Simon explained the relevance of the various artworks. We learned a lot about Melbourne, and thanks to Mel and Simon, it was a memorable experience.

{17 March 2025} That's my first day and first time in Australia, and I am really glad I've joined this tour. Massive thank you to Jon, our polite and enthusiastic guide, clearly explained everything and took care every one of us. Not very interested in the bathing boxes, but the view in Woolamai surf beach is stunning that is quite unforgettable for me. Moonlit Sanctuary isn't that big but really worth a visit observing native animals. Nobbies has penguin burrows under the boardwalk and we could spot few of them, also have great sunset view there. Also can see some wallabies and penguins when the bus was moving around the island. I could only see few tiny spots heading back from the sea in penguin parade, but when it was dark, it became very easy to see and hear them up close near the boardwalk. It was amazing!! But hope there were less people taking photos especially using flashlight! That was cruel when I saw the light directly flashed on them.

What a fabulous afternoon and night viewing and learning about the beautiful little penguins on Phillip Island. Alexs provided great info, was a safe and organised driver. Thank you for offering such a unique and special experience

The tour was lovely. Although the weather was not great, it was raining most of the time but it is just one of the many things that are out of our control. Despite the bad weather, it was amazing. Mr. Robbo, made the day fun and he is very accommodating and nice.
