Pre-purchased tickets for myself and my Wife before leaving Sydney which was straightforward. Arrived in Hobart off a Princess cruise and the Red Decker pick up point was an easy 10-minute walk from the ship with directions from friendly Red Decker staff at Constitution Dock. The bus was clean, the driver and staff were very friendly. The trip around Hobart was a perfect introduction to the City and I would recommend it to any visitor at any time.

Great service took us to many places with excellent commentary and value for money. I would recommended it anyone visiting Hobart.

Purchased tickets on line, went off Cruise ship and had easy directions to the pick up point. Very informative history of the area, we especially enjoyed the Botanical Gardens.

Went on the Richmond tour. JASON was the excellent driver for the trip, full g information, history and anecdotes. Richmond was so enjoyable with so much to see and do, as was the Puddleduck winery. A different way to spend the day and well worth it.

My wife & I came to share our g'kids' birthday celebrations. Our g'daughter had always wanted to do the bus tour. We'd done it 6 years ago with my late mil, who'd also enjoyed it. The weather was kind to us, the drivers were great and we saw parts of Hobart we'd not seen since our last Tour. It's a lovely little city with much intact heritage on display, provoking lots of 5yo questions and joy. Hop on - hop off worked very well too.

We did the Hop on and Off in Hobart and the bus to Mt Wellington and would thoroughly recommend both. We had a great time, learnt alot about Hobart and the freezing visit to Mt Wellington was amazing.

The driver was excellent , very helpful with information helping with members that required help and assistance with details on walking and distances.

The service was fantastic. All the drivers were professional, with a, helpful and happy demeanour. This is reflected in having a good boss,which was commented, by one of the drivers.The combo package is good value.

The experience was great, lots of interesting historical facts that were enjoyed by myself and family. We did the full tour without getting off the bus. We would do it again but get off at various stops and further explore

Great way to see Hobart. If you’re only in Hobart for a short time the red decker gives you a great snap shot of Hobart. It was an overcast day and when it started to rain they gave us ponchos as we were on the open roof top. A great way to get around to different sites, we caught it from the information centre up to Cascades Brewery.

We were fortunate to have Jon, usually in the back office, but today driving and commentating. A special trip up the mountain with a clarity of description shared in a friendly manner. The weather made it special- sleet and hail came down on cue and created quite a blast- literally. Well worth the investment of $ and time.

We purchased the combined Red Decker & Mt Wellington bus. We did the Mt Wellington bus first which was advertised as 90 mins return. The driver took his time going up the mountain, chatting to customers and acting like we had all day so the 90 mins turned into 2+ hours. The 11am Mt Wellington bus didn't return til nearly 2pm. For cruise passengers who are on a time limit and want to do the red bus too, this meant we had to cut our time short on the red decker before returning to the ship.

the experience was amazing. Got to visit historical sites added with the narration. You get to know more about the places and some trivias. Would definitely recommend to tourists!

The recorded commentary was great but it the extra commentary from driver Paul escalated the service from great to excellent. I’d recommend it in your furst day in Hobart as it helped us decide what else to do while we were there.
