A great day trip with a knowledgeable guide
The Wineglass Bay Tours day trip up to Freycinet national park was a highlight of our trip to Hobart
Geno was a great guide, picked us up nice and early and was incredibly informative on so many topics on our trip up to the park
His passion for Tassie and sharing knowledge complimented the visual spectacle perfectly.
I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for an engaging and knowledgeable guide to to show you around this beautiful part of the country.

Gino's experience as a guide, and his contemporary and history knowledge of the East Coast, Greater Hobart and Western Wilderness adds depth and context to the magnificent and extraordinary beauty of tasmania's land and sea-scapes. This tour brought joy and many awesome WOW factor experiences to our holiday.

Perfect Wineglass Bay Day Tour
Mar. 2020
I went on the Wineglass Bay Day Tour with Phil and had an incredible time. Phil has a deep knowledge of the island. He told us very interesting stories and I learned a lot about the wildlife of the area. It was a sunny and clear sky so we took beautiful pictures from the lookout, I also had the chance to go down to the beach and have a nice swim into the sea. It was a perfect day tour!

Great Experience, would recommend!
Mar. 2020 • Solo
As a solo traveller this was a fantastic way to explore the Freycinet area in one day and at an affordable price! Phil our guide + driver was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. I'm from Australia and I didn't know 90% of the information Phil provided! Easily the highlight of my long weekend trip to Hobart. Even though it was a bit overcast, the views and places were still fantastic. Going on this trip makes me want to come back to Tasmania to explore the coastline for even longer.

Fantastic guide and beautiful beaches
Mar. 2020
Gino, our guide was fab! He made us feel welcome and comfortable. He made us laugh a lot. So knowledgeable of the Swansea and Wineglass Bay regions. We also enjoyed the challenging walk down & up Wineglass Bay beach. A must to see and do! Highly recommend Wineglass Bay Tours to all!

Excellent tour
Mar. 2020 • Solo
Excellent tour of Wineglass bay by a group that only does Wineglass bay tours. Small group tours which is nice. Maximized sights in the National Park, going to the overlook hike of course which was stunning. Then had option to either hike to beach, or as our whole group did, see other sights which included Sleepy Bay, Honeymoon beach and lighthouse area. Friendly and informative guide!

Excellent Day Out
Mar. 2020 • Solo
So beautiful. Our guide Gino was very enthusiastic & knowledgeable about the State as well as the area we were travelling in. Lots of lunch options & options for how to spend your time in Freycinet. The walk is very manageable. A really great day out.

Beautiful day seeing Tasmania
Feb. 2020
Jack was an excellent and very knowledgeable guide as we drove around the coast of Tasmania, stopping at various beaches and lookouts along the way, along with an excellent lunch stop. As there were just two of us on the tour, Jack tailored the visits to our interests and energy level (as some hikes were more strenuous than others). I thought the bay itself, while beautiful, was a little underwhelming after such a long drive and seeing so many other lookouts. Nevertheless, the trip was worth it to see a good portion of the island's coastline in a single day.
Note that if you choose to actually walk down into Wineglass bay, it's over 1000 stairs and takes perhaps a two hour round trip.
