I had the most fantastic experience on the Adelaide City Highlights tour and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we hopped on the bus, Peter, our driver/ tour guide, made the entire trip unforgettable. Not only did he have an incredible depth of knowledge about Adelaide, sharing fascinating details and stories about the city's history, but his humour was absolutely top-notch! The pace of the tour was perfect, giving us enough time to take in the sights while keeping the energy high and lively. If you’re looking for a fun, informative, and genuinely enjoyable way to explore Adelaide, this tour is an absolute must.

OK, but this is a "big bus" tour, not the same service as you get with a good guide on a 10-12 seater. Also targeted at retirees. Not fantastic for younger travelers, but some good sight seeing.

Athol was a wonderful tour guide. Very knowledgeable although his kiwi jokes left alot to be desired ( I'm a kiwi) . 🤣. Great places visited with a spectacular shared lunch.

This was a wonderful day with Peter as the drive and guide - he was fabulous. The journey to the Murray River was very pleasant through the Adelaide Hills. The Proud Mary was gorgeous - a very pleasant sail on the river and a delicious lunch with very welcoming and service oriented staff. Thank you everyone who made this a special day.

I tried to book on this trip on an available date but was declined as a solo traveller. I consider this unfair discrimination that prospective tourists need to be aware of.

We really enjoyed yesterday’s trip. We had a group of 13 which was ideal. Everyone (really) thought it was a very worthwhile and good value day. Peter was an extremely knowledgeable driver and good company. The times spent and locations visited were pretty close to ideal. The chocolate factory and Maggie Beers were the only exceptions. The chocolate factory had its wine section closed and they both were really just a “stop at a shop experience”. Meal was excellent. Wine tastings were good and generous, especially at Chateau Tanunda! If you are into wine at all and interested in seeing and experiencing the Barossa area, this is the trip, at around $190 pp

I saw so much of Adelaide then off to Hahndorf. What a beautiful village. The trip include a visit to the Beerenberg farm.

We enjoyed our day trip to the Barossa Valley and Hahndorf, certainly thanks to our driver/guide Mike who provided us with interesting information all day long. A delicious wine tasting with the necessary descriptions and historical information about the Jacobs Creek wine estate. In the afternoon a special delicious lunch at the Lambert Estate. We were always welcomed by friendly people. We ended the day with a visit to Hahndorf. Christa and Marc , Belgium

The cube was the least impressive stop we made; we still enjoyed how quirky the cube was. From a wine experience lens, the wives at the cube matched my palette the least but the wineries improved along the way. Such a wonderful day! Very glad we booked.

Good tour to get bearings in city, but not big on info/history. Sometimes not sure if sight of interest was left, right or in front of us.

Fantastic day out. Lots of fun. lots of great local knowledge. Roger was a great driver and host. The lunch provided was amazing.

A highly enjoyable day starting with a drive past Callington, Strathalbyn and Murray Bridge on the way for a two-hour lunch cruise onboard the Proud Mary. Our driver/tour guide Phil gave great commentary during the drive and was good humoured. The Proud Mary was recently renovated and looked fantastic on the inside. We had self-serve coffee/tea and cake or fresh fruit immediately after boarding and the staff brought out the mains and dessert. No more buffet lunch due to COVID-19. The mains was a small portion of chicken with vegetables which tasted delicious. It might be too small a serve for some people though. The dessert was caramel crème brûlée which tasted amazing. Captain Peter hardly gave any commentary during the cruise but we were offered photo ops and wearing the Captain's hat. Mannum was lovely but quiet and we spent most of the time in the Visitors Information Centre and the Mannum Hotel. We love Melba's Chocolate Factory but the Cheese Factory was closed. Maybe due to the 40 degrees C weather? Our chocolates melted on the way home but they still tasted great. Thank you driver Phil and Adelaide Sightseeing and the crew onboard Proud Mary for a wonderful day.

The trip was just right. Lovely scenery, we stopped at Jacob Creek winery, tastings and delicious morning tea, then Lamberts for lunch including wine tastings. The 2 course lunch was superb. Hahndorf was delightful and seeing koalas in the wild on the return to Adelaide a real highlight. Thank you to our wonderful driver Peter.

It was a very good nice experience. The driver chris is very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the life and history of adelaide people.
