The Barossa Valley is one of the most popular wine-tasting destinations from Adelaide, and this tour covers lots of ground there, visiting four wineries in one day. Discover the secrets of Barossa Valley wine during guided tastings, savor a delicious winery lunch, and visit attractions such as the Whispering Wall and Mengler Hill Lookout.
What to Expect

After being picked up from your central Adelaide hotel, set out on the scenic 1-hour drive to the Barossa Valley aboard a comfortable minibus. Admire the views as you head north through the Adelaide Hills and stop at the Whispering Wall, famous for its unique acoustics.

Arrive at Chateau Yaldara for your first wine tasting of the day. Sample a selection of red and white wines as your guide talks you through the different varietals for which the Barossa Valley is known.

Visit Tanunda village, then continue to nearby Peter Lehmann Winery for another wine tasting followed by a delicious lunch of fresh, seasonal produce, regional cheeses, and cured meats.

The next stop is Langmeil Winery, celebrated for its long history and fine shiraz wines. Enjoy a guided tasting before continuing to the final winery of the day, which your guide chooses depending on availability.

Along the way, make a stop at Mengler Hill Lookout for a superb view over the lush valley and its vineyards.

On return to Adelaide, your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel.
