We took a private charted from Long Island to Hamilton Island by Lou. Lou was on time, friendly, and got us to Hamilton Island in 25 min. The boat ride was great. Once we arrived. there was a small issue with getting to the accommodation. We were meant to be picked up by a private bus which wasn't there. I rang Reef View Hotel who advised that the boat hand was supposed to advise them when we were leaving the island so that they could pick us up on time. We waited roughly 30 min. Regardless it was only a minor issue. Highly recommend Mars/Boundless Marine

We used Mars Charters to get from Hamilton Island to Palm Bay Resort on Long Island. Despite the slightly bumpy seas we had a comfortable ride there and back. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and accomodating. We had some time between arriving and departing Hamilton Island so we left our bags at the Marina office and had a look around the marina. 10/10 service

What a fantastic day!! Chris and Billy were the best hosts, so much local knowledge, we went to some excellent snorkel spots. As a small group they were able to and did look after all our needs. Exceeded all our expectations and great value for money.

The perfect day! Fast boat getting out to Manta Ray Bay for snorkeling in no time, spotting whales tail slapping and breaching along the way, then over to Border Island for more snorkeling at Cataran Bay with amazing coral, onto Whitehaven Beach for lunch, walk up to the lookout and another swim. Paul and Tom were sensational in looking after us, couldn’t ask for more!

We booked private transfers from Palm Bay, Long Island, to Hamilton Island. Booking was a breeze, and Adele was very helpful- answering all my questions and making suggestions. Today there was a severe wind warning and we were contacted by Adele asking if we wanted to move our transfers to an earlier time, as it would be quite a rough ride with the weather turning later in the day. We changed our time from 1400 to 1200, and really appreciated that they took the time to let us know/give us the option. The boat was great and so was the gentleman that took us to over to Hamilton Island. I highly recommend Mars Charters, and will use them in the future for all my transfers in the region.

Jay and Fraser were very professional and took my family out for a wonderful reef experience. We fed and swam amongst the fish at Manta Ray Bay, had lunch a walk and swam with turtles on Langford Island and snorkelled over a stunning coral reef. The guys were great fun and took us to their favourite spots away from the crowds. Would definitely recommend a private tour with these guys. Today we had a fantastic day on our private charter. The crew Daniel and Like were fantastic and went beyond to make our day very special. We were very lucky to see turtles and dolphins. We would highly recommend!!

Our family of five had the privilege of spending 6 hours with skipper Emily and deckhand Jarrod cruising to their favourite/recommended spots around the Whitsundays while staying at Hamilton Island. Our 4, 12 and 14-year-olds enjoyed our visits to Hook Island (two bays) and Whitehaven Beach as much as us. The water and islands were superb and places we visited were brilliant thanks to the local knowledge of our two highly qualified (marine biology) hosts given this is their playground on their days off. We were possibly slightly less excited than them both when we saw two pods of whales. This is a spectacular part of Australia ... Made all the more special with the local and professional insights, and relaxed bonhomie, of our great hosts. Thanks Emily and Jarrod - and Mars Charters for delivering.

Our vessel required the services of Mars Charters when the steering failed mid voyage in very lumpy seas. The team at Mars Charters swiftly got to our vessel and in an extremely tense situation, stayed calm and did what was required to get us and our vessel safely to Hamilton Island. We cannot thank the team enough for their efforts, professionalism and level headedness. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys as I’m sure what we saw was reflective of all services they provide. If only we had more time on Hamilton Island to use them again for recreation instead of an emergency! Thanks guys!!!! Forever grateful :)

We booked two boats to go to camp to the Whitehaven beach and the service was excellent!! The staff was so nice in all the process and they were so flexible with times, stinger suits hiring and number of people. Everything seemed to be very easy and comfortable.
