- jackiefW6622UU0 contributionsA wonderful experience!!This was an amazing experience. Peter our guide was exceptional and our group of 6 were the best I could hope for. It was such a good value. He picked us up at our individual hotels and provided a delicious lunch that he prepared. We saw everything promised and it lasted all day (over 8 hours). I highly recommend this tour to anyone going to this area of Australia. A wonderfulWritten 16 August 2024
- W8741HRchristians0 contributionsA Day in Paradise: Perfectly Tailored Rainforest Experience with PeterI had the privilege of experiencing an incredible tour through the Gold Coast rainforests a few weeks ago, and I find myself reflecting on the amazing experiences every day. The guide, Peter, was exceptionally enthusiastic and knowledgeable, which made our day truly unforgettable. Prior to the tour, Peter took the time to ask in detail about what I wanted to experience, and he tailored the day perfectly to my preferences. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my wishes were met, which made the experience even more special. Exploring the stunning landscapes and encountering such diverse wildlife has left a lasting impression on me. The photos I took barely do justice to the beauty we witnessed! I highly recommend this guide to anyone looking to explore the natural beauty of Australia. Peter’s attention to personal preferences and his ability to create a perfect day out are just exceptional. You will not be disappointed!Written 14 May 2024
- csU5102BM0 contributionsAmazing authentic experience of Gold Coast & AustraliaHighly recommend this tour for those who want to experience Gold Coast and its rainforests. I took this and the night hike to see Glow worms and both tours were amazing. Peter was the kindest and most genuine guide going the extra mile to make sure everyone in the tour gets to see the beauty of the sights and the history behind. It's my first time to see Gold Coast and both tours left an excellent impression to me. Will not hesitate to book another trip with Pete. Home cooked food, pickup/drop off to accommodation are a plus.Written 16 April 2024
- Dreamer042582787020 contributionsAmazing experienceSuch an amazing adventure, would highly recommend it. Pete was an amazing host, seeing the gloworms at night was something i will never forget :)Written 8 April 2024

- msbarb50 contributionsGreat tour to Springbrook Nat'l Park!My husband and I recently took a very enjoyable day tour with Peter to Springbrook Nat'l Park. The other people cancelled their tour due to rain forecast, but Peter was very willing to take just the two! We did get wet and were able to see some totally beautiful waterfalls and walks thru the rainforest. Peter was a wealth of information and the day just flew by. We would take another tour with Peter in a heartbeat!!Written 30 March 2024
- lenaz4970 contributionsAbsolutely amazing tour!We had the most amazing experience on Peter's rainforest tour! His explanations were excellent and we visited some truly stunning locations. Peter made everything easy, from previous communication to transportation and his friendly demeanor really enhanced the trip. The snacks he provided were tasty and he ensured the group was well taken care of throughout the day. We wholeheartedly recommend this tour to everyone! It was an absolute amazing tour, thanks a lot!Written 24 March 2024
- M8441KUamyc0 contributionsAn Authentic Experience of Australia! This tour was one of the highlights of our Australian Vacation! We set up our private evening wild life, waterfall, and glow worm tour a few weeks before our arrival because the price for a family of four was similar to group tours and we hoped for a more personal experience and it 100% delivered. I am going to call our guide "Eagle Eye" Peter because he spotted so many things we would have missed. After being picked up at our resort and instantly falling into great conversation, we went to a local wildlife reserve and "Eagle Eye" left us within a mob of kangaroos and said he was going to see if any koalas were in the area... away he bounded as we took photos with the kangaroos who bounced away when we got to about 3-4 feet but still great photos! I saw "Eagle Eye" dashing from corner to corner of the reserve before 20 minutes later he came back having spotted a koala which he brought us to and taught us how to tell is was a male or female and signs of koalas being in the area! it was a nice little maybe mile or so hike through the bush, talking and answering my kids questions all the way, casually spotting 3 more koalas and a "murder" bird, before we hoped in his car again to go to local trail in the rainforest, learning about the local indigenous people along the way (He cemented the Kookaburra as my favorite Australian animal from the information he shared). On the hike out our 9 year old was bit by a Bull ant (which packs quite a sting). Peter handled it very well and provided first aid until our son was ready to continue, Peter was so calm I thought it must happen all the time, but he later shared that it was a first. We all wanted to continue to what we the main point of our tour, the evening viewing of the glow worms. "Eagle Eye" took us into a public trail that was not commonly used by bigger groups so we were the only ones walking the path. We went a mile or so into the forest, all the time chatting about the rainforest, Australia, animals, flora and fauna. It was quite a dark adventure but my family had a great time with the flashlights and Peter helped our boys when they needed a hand. We finally came to the glow worms which were a magical bright blue, like glowing starts in the serenity of the rainforest. He answered all our question with amazing enthusiasm and detail with ease. Reluctantly dragged out of the forest and, "Eagle Eye"not only spotted wildlife in the dark including beetles, birds, and frogs but pointed out the beautiful stars and city skyline in the distance on our way back to the car. We did one last stop at an overlook for a great look at the city skyline but also of the stars in the forest sky that showed the Milky Way down to the stardust. I will always remember the my 9 and 11 year old crashed in the back of the van exhausted from an amazing adventure and taking home memories that they will remember for the rest of their lives. If I am ever back in the area, I would not hesitate to book another tour with Peter!Written 20 February 2024
- U2795LOjimw0 contributionsWonderful experience !This tour is for sure a must-book if you're in the Gold Coast, would highly recommend. Peter was an amazing guide. His experience and knowledge of the park was showcased numerous times during the trip where he would show us many scenic views and interesting facts about the wildlife and history of Springbrook. On top of that, he is also an amazing chef as the lunch catered for was delicious and appetising for all cultures. We left the national park feeling very satisfied. Even though it may be a bit pricier than other tours, the money spent was well worth its weight in gold. Thanks Peter!Written 18 February 2024
- florencev6700 contributionsAmazing adventureAmazing experience! This was the highlight of our Australia trip. Thank you so much. I highly recommend to have hiking shoes/sneakers (that you are not afraid to get dirty) for this activityWritten 17 February 2024
- M772GOelizabethj0 contributionsNational Park at nightHighly recommended. My husband and I enjoyed the tour a LOT! Peter is a great guide. He pointed out walking-stick palms, spiders, crayfish, staghorn ferns and of course, glow worms. Peter is flexible, willing to spend a little extra time if there’s interest. You won’t be disappointed.Written 13 February 2024
- S2231VQmarioc0 contributionsAn unforgettable experience for Australia, the whole environment very wild and incredible! The adventure was incredible, I had never experienced something like this being in the middle of a national park at night, surrounded by so much nature and animals that I had never seen in my life, I want to thank Pete for his experience throughout the journey, his stories and always telling key and interesting facts, I would recommend him a thousand times.Written 14 January 2024
- Culture005772525650 contributionsAmazing! What a great tour and day this was! We were lucky that we were with a small group. Peter was completely flexible and was able to meet all our wishes. He had an answer to all our questions. So amazing. Thank you very much! :)Written 14 January 2024

- Man Wai C0 contributionsBest tour guide for the rainforestPeter is probably the best tour guide you can find in Gold Coast. My wife and I joined his Glow Worm night adventure tour. He is an absolute expert of the rainforest and has a lot of patience in answering all questions you have about most creatures you will find in the forest. He is friendly and enjoys getting to know each and everyone of his guests. He is responsive with any pre-tour questions and requests. Plus the tour van is new and comfortable, so don’t worry about a longer ride to the forest. Definitely a 5/5Written 5 January 2024

Our pick up went extremely smoothly, and it was a great right there. The car we were in had a speaker we could connect to do it made the time fly on our way to Springbrook. Our guide Peter was great! He was super knowledgeable about historical parts of the tour as well as different species and such. We enjoyed our time with him and would highly recommend the waterfall tour! We saw many amazing sights and made many memories! This is great for any type of group!

Awesome experience! Peter had detailed knowledge about the waterfalls, lookouts, and creatures and it was so much fun to hear all the trivia. We had lunch near an outlook and Peter cooked the food himself which felt so personalized. Overall, a great activity to do in the Gold Coast!

It was such a fantastic day! A wonderful experience in all respects! Peter was a brilliant & knowledgable guide who took us to places ‘off the beaten track’ so we saw nature at its best - flora as well as fauna. A bonus was having some great company where we shared lots of laughs as well as learning about each other’s countries. An incredible experience we highly recommend! Thank you for an awesome day, Peter!

Fabulous! We had a great time with Pete and saw some magical waterfalls and explored the Springbrook National Park in the Gondwana Rainforests of Australia. The main waterfalls that we visited were Purling Brook, Rainbow & Twin Falls after commencing the tour at Natural Bridge in the Numinbah Valley. The other places we visited: The Canyon Lookout (coastal & waterfall view), Goomoolahra Falls (where we had lunch) and the Best of All Lookout with the famous Antarctic Beech Trees.

From booking to pick up to drop down, Peter went the extra mile to make sure this was a friendly, informative and interesting day. Walking at a pace to suit the slowest (!) and pressure free. Plenty of rest room stops and an easy lunch to set everyone up. Lots of snippets about the area and even ideas for the rest of your stay in the area. I went for a wander around Burleigh Heads later which was a good call and popped to Currumbin Sanctuary too so thanks for the travel tips. Absolutely happy to recommend.

We had a fantastic, jam-packed day with Peter. Got to see some amazing views and waterfalls. We got caught in some rain during one of the walks (couldn't be helped), but the visit to the kangaroos to cap the day made up for any sour feelings. Well worth it and would recommended it to anyone visiting.
Thanks a bunch Peter!

Thank you Peter for such an informative and picturesque tour. We appreciated all the information you provided, and your care in trying to make your guests comfortable, and to tailor the tour to what your guests wanted to do. The kids will always remember their freezing cold swim at Twin Falls, and the amazing views of waterfalls, rainforests, and valleys. Thank you for helping take some family photos in the most amazing of locations! We would definitely recommend your tour to others. A memorable way to end our Queensland holiday.
