The great people at the Port Douglas bike shop couldn't be more accommodating setting out a bike and giving us ideas of things to do while we're here. Also fixed my bike which I brought with me.

2 self-guided tours over 2 days. So much fun. Great bikes - pedal power mountain bikes one day and e-mountain bikes the next. Digital map and plb included. Really helpful staff. Fabulous scenery, river crossings. Even the rain on the second day added to the fun with a lot of mud. I’d recommend having some mountain biking experience.

We rode the self guided Hartleys Falls - Black Mountain - Bump Track trail. Bikes, navigation device, safety & basic spares all supplied and were great quality. Friendly team that were very helpful - highly recommended. The Hartleys Falls - Black Mountain - Bump Track offers some great scenery, it’s a challenging ride so make sure you up for it before heading out.

Would highly recommend this business over the unreliable beam scooters for rent at many hotels in Port Douglas. Keep money in Australia. The owner is lovely and very helpful. A big thank you for helping us yesterday you saved our lives !!

A couple of things - We hired an ebike and scooter for the teenagers and the assistance from the staff was really great. The battery on the e scooter died - I contacted them via PM and they replaced the battery at 20:00 - well after their closing time!!! Thanks - that meant a lot. The second thing I'd like t mention is my mate and I hired a couple of Mountain Bikes to do the Bump Track - again top class hire equipment and the drop off at the top was so worth the effort. They were very friendly and helpful all the way. That's why they get 5 stars

Hired 4 bikes from here and staff were really friendly and helpful. Reasonable price, decent bikes and they have set up a really good treasure hunt around Port Douglas which is worth doing regardless of your age as it takes in different sites. Only regret was not hiring the bikes for longer and earlier in our holiday.

My e scooter ran out of battery so I had to walk it back. I booked it for 4 hours and no-one said at the time that it wouldn’t last, however that was the response when I returned it. They said it wouldn’t last for 4 continuous hours. We didn’t do that - we stopped for morning tea and then for lunch so would have been lucky to go for 2 hours. My daughters scooter was fine. There was no apology or offer of some of my money returned. Very disappointing. Try to find the purple scooters - they looked better than the ones we had. These were weak and slow in comparison to the ones we had in Cairns.

A must do we are family of 4 and 1 P plater. We hired the 50cc for 2 hrs $40 each. Easy ride, learn in a big car park if needed. Very friendly people. 2 hrs out to 4 mile beach park and checking out Marina etc. plenty of time…😃

Fabulous Bike shop with staff who were fun, knowledgeable and really helpful. Great suggestions of itineraries and things to look out for. We hired Mountain Bikes for 24 hours & felt it was the best value for money in Port Douglas! We saw so much (through late afternoon & early morning rides). Cycling along Four Mile Beach is a must-do, it’s a great way to see all its beauty.

We hired mountain bikes and were shuttled to the hills above the Bump Track for a 35 km return trip to Port Douglas. The staff were all very friendly. The bikes were top quality dual suspension mountain bikes. The ride was a great way to take in some local sights and ride the Bump Track.

We hired to two bikes to get around. Couldnt believe how reasonably priced their rates were ($24 for 24 hrs each) for good bikes with helmets, and very friendly service.

Hired 2 bikes from here for 2 days Good value and good service with bikes in good condition and being able to be taken into the beach to ride the whole length of 4 mile beach Will hire again next time in port Douglas

The bike shop was extremely helpful in explaining to me the safest way to get to the Bump Track some 13km from their shop. They drew maps and highlighted landmarks so I would not get lost. I am a keen 70 year old walker so found the steep incline up to the top of the Bump Track quite manageable in 40 minutes. The hardest thing was the ride out and back - it is pretty flat- because I had not ridden a bike for many years and had saddle soreness! Earlier in the week I rented bikes for my wife and me. She lasted 200 meters so I sought to return the bikes and they gave immediately offered us a full refund. Also the bikes are in good condition.
