- Neil S0 contributionsBrilliant trip, well worth itBrilliant trip. We liked the half day option as it was perfect for our family. Dale was great with all his local knowledge and experience of the areas. Morning tea was superb especially as we were dairy free, he had a great option for us which we really appreciated.Written 9 December 2024
- jessA3143TF0 contributionsAmazing Tour, Somehow Even Better Due To GuideBen, our guide, was truly the best tour guide we've ever had and really made the experience for us. He was so knowledgeable and understanding The tour itself was great - there are beautiful nature walks and a plethora of activities. The lunch and breakfast was also great. Everything was communicated clearly and there was time to do things on your own as neededWritten 3 December 2024

- Maxwell A0 contributionsExcellent trip. Our guide was knowledgeable, funny and reflective. Not a great time for crocs on the Daintree river, but that was no one’s fault. Still enjoyed the river trip enormously. The river guide was very good.Written 18 November 2024
- mcculloch_celeste0 contributionsFantastic way to experience the Daintree areaWonderful tour. You get to see a lot, without feeling rushed. Dale, our guide was very passionate and knowledgable about the area, explained a lot as we went through the different pasts of the tour. Got to see a croc! The ice-cream was amazing. Lunch was lovely too. We went as a family group - highly recommend!Written 22 October 2024
- Fearless453078284710 contributionsWonderful trip to the Daintree and Mossman GorgeExtraordinary tour to Mossman Gorge and the Daintree Forest. Ben our guide was excellent and incredibly knowledgeable giving us unique insights into the forest and the area. Our grandkids were captivated - and loved the half day experience. Thoroughly enjoyable and a must do on any holiday to Port Douglas.Written 14 October 2024
- Guide693820 contributionsHighly recommendThis was an unreal day out in the Daintree forest areas with a small group and our amazing guide Ben. We chose to head out on a slightly rainy day, perfect for this experience. 3 different spots explored- Cape Tribulation where rainforest meets the reef, Daintree and Mossman Gorge. A boat fide on Cooper Ck was a highlight with 3 crocks sighted, one huge 5m one. Easy access to all activities, suitable for anyone. Ben shared his vast knowledge along the way and we learned a lot about the history and beauty of this World heritage area. A great lunch was served in a rainforest restaurant and fresh fruit in between. The forest is unique and the whole day was great. On a sunny day a dip to the crystal clear waters of the Gorge would have been amazing! Thank you for bringing us this beautiful experience!Written 20 September 2024
- sarahdE9007ZP0 contributionsGreat day outMel was a fantastic, entertaining and knowledgeable guide and I would highly recommend this tour to all age groups. One of the highlights of my holiday.Written 11 September 2024

- 16dessam0 contributionsAmazing half day tour for familiesWe had an amazing time with grandparents and our 11 and 13 yr old sons visiting from the UK. The tour guide (Ben?) was fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly and relaxed. He really made the rainforest and the region’s history come alive for us, my 11yr old was captivated (“I loved it!!). We got lucky and saw a platypus in the creek! The river tour also surpassed our expectations- gorgeous scenery and seeing a 5M crocodile was spectacular. Half day perfect length. Highly recommend.Written 26 August 2024
- spocky19570 contributionsA good day outThe trip was great. Our guide Tiaen (?) was great. Very informative and knowledgeable. The walk through Mossman Gorge was very scenic. The river cruise on the Daintree river was pleasant and we got to see some of the local crocodiles in their natural habitat.Written 15 August 2024
- Enj0yers0 contributionsAwareness Raising. Immersive. Fun.Yes. A great half day tour. Picked us up at the hotel at 10 am. What a very reasonable holiday hour? Just 13 on this tour. Our guide, Ben, quickly connected with each of us and had a very good knack of bring people together on this journey. We headed off to Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre at the entrance of the Daintree. The boardwalk experience with Ben was excellent. At Wongan Beach for morning tea. Simple fare under a shelter on a picnic table. Tea, coffee and some fresh pastries. Perfect. Part of the experience was sharing time with fellow travellers. Quite a diverse group from all parts of the planet. Great fun. Off to the Daintree River for a bite of lunch and a short river cruise. Nice flat bottom boat. Skilled and informative captain. The highlight, of course, was crocodiles in their natural habitat. Certainly wouldn’t want to mess with these guys. Think I’d want a bit more than a lifejacket if I fell in. Apparently, no-one’s ever fallen in! Headed back to Pt. Douglas and the Wildlife Habitat (an optional extra). It’s a bit like a zoo really. A bit tired. Great though if you've got the kids. Ben was back at 3 pm to gather us, have a chat and return us to our accommodations. The tour was great and made even better by the socialising and conversations with others. Thanks Ben for sharing your understandings and for your great people skills in bringing this diverse collection of people together to form such a cohesive group of ‘happy campers’. So glad we ventured out to the Daintree with Ben.Written 14 August 2024
- Lynley D0 contributionsAwesome, must do experienceI don't normally book tours but the experience we had was amazing. My 13yo daughter learnt more in one day about Australian history, the remarkable Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Forrest than she would have learnt in a year at school. The time that our tour guide, Mel spent on history, the diversity of the rainforest and the general good feeling you got on the tour surpassed our expectations. We will be back...thank you for a great experience 🤗Written 10 August 2024
- Alison E0 contributionsRain forestThis was an enjoyable half day, and the guide was great. We swam in the gorge, the boat trip included was not as good as the Lady Douglas trip and very similar. The trip felt rushed by the time the bus picked everyone up, and we had very little time in the rainforest to explore before we were back on bus returning to our hotels. The trip felt rushed and in my opinion expensive for a family trip.Written 8 August 2024
- phillie550 contributionsThe Daintree, cape Tribulation and Mossman gorgeThis was a brilliant tour hosted by Kerry only 5 of us on a full day. Last minute cancellations due to worldwide internet Glitch. The Daintree, cape tribulation a one hour crocodile cruise and finally Mossman gorge. A very knowledgeable Host lovely morning tea and lunch and international companions made for a wonderful day.Written 30 July 2024

Really great value for money. Our guide (Kirsty ) was fabulous. She was pateint, time conscious, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I am particularly impressed by her ability to talk for that long on the bus ride. The morning tea had a bit of everything for everyone, fruit and desserts and tea/coffee plus snacks. Highlight was definitely the Zipline tour with photo options - kids seemed to love it too. But I also got to see 3 crocodiles on the cruise.
The lunch was advertised as a picnic but was just a choice of 3 wraps. When everyone lined up the people at the end just got the cheese and tomato wrap (ie. me :() - I also saw a couple of kids have meltdowns over not liking one of the ingredients in their wrap.
It seemed very rushed at some of the locations (the swim was not really possible, and we didn't get long to walk along the beach) but it could have been the big groups of families on that particular day. I also usually like to go on big walking tours and this one was definitely not that.
Compare this to the price of actually getting a hire car, paying for the ferry, paying for all those experiences plus petrol and food and you'll find this tour is VERY good value. Plus some of the information I learned from having a guide vs going solo completely changes the experience. Also it's great to be able to sit back and view the scenery (there was LOTS) instead of having to drive and pay attention to the road.

On the 22nd of July my best mate and he’s kids and I went on a guided tour with Kirsty to the Daintree rainforest and cape tribulation.
The knowledge Kirsty had was phenomenal, able to answer all our questions and just provided the best guided tour. She was able to cater for everyone and was awesome with the kids.
She made our whole day trip amazing, the day was full packed with laughter.
Kirsty just was outstanding and amazing. At the end of the day we had a group photo and everyone on the bus was so so happy with the service she provided it was so professional and she made all our day so much better.
So on behalf of myself and the group I wanted to thank her for her awesome service she provided us, and giving you guys a really really good name, definitely will be remembering this for along time and recommending your company because of her.

We had an amazing guide called Sam. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He knew so much about the plants and trees of the Daintree Rainforest and the local history too. My son loved his dad jokes. The ziplining is highly recommended and a highlight of the day. Also need to commend the head office for rearranging our day and ensuring we still experienced all the elements of the tour after a tree fell across the only road to Cape Tribulation blocking access in the morning.

I am still buzzing from my day on this tour, what an experience that I certainly won’t forget.
My party of 5 had teenagers.a very nervous mum, someone scared of height and me looking for adventure
We were met by Sean and Dionne at our pick up point and immediately felt at home with these guys . Very relaxed and immediately you could tell loved what they were doing.
As we drove to Daintree Rainforest we picked so much local knowledge about the area and information. No formal guidebook these guys knew their stuff and it was all part of the conversation. Loved the way the guys gave us all a heads up on the day and how it would be spent.
Then to the Rainforest wow wow wow. Amazing unique a one of World Heritage Site.
Zip lining at Tree Top was awesome. This is not a massive thrill seekers challenge. It’s a way to be up amongst the ancient trees and at same time learn a new zip lining skill. Ted our instructor was calm. Patient Professional and really inspired confidence. She explained to our small group how the zip lining worked. It felt 100% safe . No pressure and help wad always at hand. Highly recommend
The river ride had us see a wild Croc
Finally we stopped for beautiful ice cream.
Highly recommend this day

What a fabulous adventure... can't recommend it enough!! While we were spoilt with a private tour (we lashed out for our honeymoon), we had the same itinerary as the group tour. Thank you soooo much Monika for making this happen and kudos to our AMAZING guide for the day, Kirsty!! We had such a ball with you... you were so knowledgeable and such wonderful company. The trip was so well planned and the ziplining was a spectacular way to see the Daintree.

We had the best day on this tour! Picked up from our accommodation in Port Douglas and driven out to the Daintree. Our guide Dale was so informative, funny and knowledgeable. We loved hearing the history and quirky facts he knew. The stops were all so different and also awe inspiring in their own ways. The zipline tour was so fun and the swim at the lodge was just magical. We would definitely do it again!

We really loved our experience today. Shaun was a great host, he was very knowledgeable and told us lots of stories about the Daintree area. He was organised and made us all feel comfortable. My kids loved him and his stories. We really loved the zip lining course at treetops, our guide jesse was so enthusiastic and also gave us valuable information about the Daintree rainforest. We really enjoyed the rustic uniqueness of the croc tour and we’re very excited to see a large croc sun baking. The tour was great as it included many stops and places of interest including a local fruit farm where we had the most delicious ice cream. Thanks once again to our host Shaun

Definitely and experience to be remembered! We were impressed from the moment we were picking up. Dale, our guide, gave a fantastic commentary. He went above and beyond to let us know all about the country we were visiting. It felt so relaxed, but we managed to fit so much in. Morning tea at Cape Tribulation, zip lining through the rainforest canopy for a couple of hours was absolutely amazing, a great lunch and a quick dip in the beautiful clear water in the forest with jungle perch swimming around us, then closer to the salt water, a pleasant cruise up Coopers creek to spot at least one large croc on the bank. Great ice cream to finish up before driving back to Port Douglas. Five stars and two thumbs up.

A great experience! Sean, our guide, was informative, great with our grandchildren and full good stories about the region. The day is well organized, with every stop on schedule. spotted 3 large crocks during our spin along the river. One of my grandkids really enjoyed the zip line, and she is only 7.
Overall a 5 star experience.
