What a great day out! Andrea makes you feel like she’s your good friend showing you around her favourite local spots, just so happens there are a bunch of other friends on the bus, it’s the perfect balance of casual and professional.
Everywhere we went we were greeted by the staff with big smiles and quick service, and the products we tasted were top knotch, they have really procured some fabulous products to showcase.
Round that out with the wealth of local knowledge shared while on the bus, and great stories about some of the characters of the deep north, it was just such an entertaining and enjoyable day. I’d go back and do it again tomorrow!
I highly recommend doing this tour… and if you love good food like I do, bring an extra suitcase to take home some goodies (though I got a cheap one at Kmart Smithtown on my way to the airport 😉).

WOW! What an unbelievable experience that was. Incredible value for money! Dale was an outstanding tour guide - you could tell he really loved the area, and continuing to increase his knowledge to be the best informer, and have the most fun facts to tel! The comedy also helped as well.

What a great way to experience this part of the world! 100% would recommend this tour over any other tour!!!

We did the tasting tour from Cairns - today and had a fabulous time. Brett is passionate about the places visited and the food tastings that are offered.

Angela was brilliant in accommodating our change of plans and made a great first impression.

We spent the day with a fun group who enjoyed the tastings as much as we did. Brett gave a comprehensive commentary with interesting insights into the history and development of the region. He has extensive knowledge on a variety of farming as well as wildlife & plants.

The food was amazing; quite diverse & unique to the Tableland. We were super impressed and grateful for a marvellous day out...and terrific value for money.

Thanks so much.

My wife and I were seeking a care-free scenic tour of the Atherton Tablelands and we were not disappointed with Brett's tour.

Throughout the day we visited numerous farms and sites to visit and graze on various food delights. Brett took to us places that we would not have spotted or considered and we were pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed them.

Brett shared his vast experience and knowledge of the local area. Again insights that we would have missed if we self-toured (although his 'Dad' jokes sometimes go to new low :) )

Overall - great day out and I recommend booking the tour directly from their website and not through resellers.

Brett took us on a guided tour to Atherton Tablelands. He picked me up from my accomodation @Thala Beach on time and introduced me to everyone on board. He spoke about the places that we passed along the way which showed his extensive knowledge of their history. He has good relationships with local businesses and only liaise with those who work with integrity. This shows the kind of values that he upholds in his services and how much he cares for his community. As a vegan, he made sure that my dietary requirements were taken care of. I, for a moment, did not feel left out. The people who I joined on the tour that day all knew each other. They were fun to be with and made me part of their group. Thank you, Brett for making my pre-birthday tour a memorable one. May you have more blessings coming to you, your business and your community.

This is a great way to travel around the tablelands, tasting the wonderful food and wine available, and not have to worry about who has to drive. We enjoyed this tour so much back in Sept 2020, we have just returned to do it again in April 2021, and it was just as enjoyable. Thanks Brett - who knows, we just might do it again!

A fabulous day vIewing the beauty of the Atherton tablelands and sampling a wide variety of the foods and drinks produced there.

Our driver and tour guide Dale was brilliant. He had a comprehensive knowledge and deep passion for the history of the area that was both interesting and informative. He was always on the look out to point out landmarks, wildlife, plant species, and share facts and statistics wherever possible. He had an engaging sense of humour that endeared him to everyone, except perhaps for the couple of super corny dad jokes hahaha.

The locations included in the itinerary were delightful and varied. Every stop was unique and I enjoyed every single one of them. If I had to pick a top 3 or 4 they would be 1. Sunset Ridge - the hosts, the fruits, the food, and the views were all exceptional. 2. Platypus Park for the impressive Aussie lunch and wine/cider/beer/liquor tastings. 3. The array of delicious cheeses and chocolates from Gallo Dairyland 4. Tasty coffee at Jacques coffee plantation

Great value for money with the time at each location just right. For me it was the perfect way to experience the delights of the tablelands. A big thanks to Brett’s Outback Tours for the unforgettable experience. It gets a big thumbs up from me !!

We enjoyed our day trip - and the hosts Andrea and Chris were excellent. Places visited provided a vast array of experiences - well thought out itinerary. Loved the last stop - private property on a creek hoping to see a platypus in the wild. The only negative would be having 4 adults needing to sit on the back seat of a Commuter bus. This either needs to be reduced to 3 or careful smart rotational allocation of seats so that all guests enjoy the experience without having to feel guilty requesting a seat change.

Glad you enjoyed the day, we NEVER usually have 13 passengers onboard but as my guide called in sick at 6.15 am in the morning with Laryngitis and my guide Chris in training offered to help out with out his LR licence it meant I (the owner) had to drive the bus or cancel the whole tour.Swapping seats on that day only was so no one group had to sit at the back all day.

OMG, everyone just HAS to do this tour. Best tour I have ever been on in Australia.
Where do I start...I really don't want to spoil it for anyone so just trust me, .. book and go on it as it is truly well worth it.
Our driver was so informative and very witty and obviously loves his job.
I still can't believe we visited so many places in one day!
Excellent day out although possibly not really for small kids.

We had a great time on this tour. Some of the places we visited are not usually open to the public. The food was of high standard and plentiful. Brett's knowledge of the area is second to none! Would highly recommend, it won't disappoint.
