This was a perfect escape from the heat. They were easily able to accommodate gluten free for lunch. I would suggest throwing some swimming noodles into the van for swimming at the lake. Esther was a great guide.

Two great trips with excellent, knowledgeable guides. Highly recommended. Hotel pick-up and drop-off were seamless and convenient, and the tours were well-run and informative.

John was an amazing host. We had a smaller group which was great. John was very informative along the road trips between the sights. We had three opportunities to swim and went on some nice walks to lookouts to observe the falls etc. I could see how your experience could differ depending on your guide, the size of your group and also the weather. The weather wasn’t great for us but it didn’t deter our experience. We managed to see two cassowaries and a platypus. The lunch that was included was very average. I would rather have a reduced fee for the tour and purchased my own lunch from one of the nice villages we drove through or they should change the pub that they stop at. I would suggest taking your own lunch and snacks. Overall we enjoyed our day and would recommend it.

Waterfall wanderers was an awesome tour even despite the rainy, cold weather. Damien was a great tour guide. He made an extra stop for us all to grab a coffee & snacks if we wanted on the way, was very knowledgeable, friendly, ensured safety was a priority, didn’t rush as along at any of the stops even when we were running behind and you can really tell that he cares about what he does and goes out of his way as much as possible to keep everyone happy and having a good time throughout the day, thanks again Damien!

A very informative and entertaining day provided by Carlos. A flexible tour to suit the conditions on the day. A great small group of fellow travellers who all enjoyed the activities. Highly recommended.

Our tour guide Carlos was not only amusing but very knowledgeable on the flora and fauna. He took the time to talk to us all and we had a great day out in spite of the weather.

From the start of the tour My Mum, sister and myself were made to feel welcome and part of the group. Stu, our tour guide was brilliant, he was funny , entertaining, informative and managed to include everyone in the tour through some challenging times, my sister had her arm in a sling and my mom uses a crutch to help her walk and we were all made to feel part of the tour and not an outsider! I would highly recommend this tour to all and I will definitely be back for more. Well done to a great time out!

Did this tour a couple of days ago as part of the ultimate group with the lovely Andy. The trip itself is SO beautiful! And the most wholesome day, one of my favourite trips actually and Andy was really welcoming, funny and accomodating. Thank you Andy for being a great tour guide :) will defiantly recommend to friends.

I had a nice day with Waterfall Wanderers. The waterfalls and the lake were amazing. The guide Carlos had a lot off knowledge and was clear is his communication. If could give him a little bit off feedback it would be it would be that he could be less strict. Structure and some guidingrules are good. But the tone in communicating this was for me a bit to harsh and strict. It made me feel less free when we were wandering around. There was a moment that a couple arrived in the bus 1 minute later. And he came barging in the bus looking furious and talking in the microphone agitated about it. I thought this was unpproffesional and an overreaction. People can get lost orr whatever. Also it would have been nice if Carlos would have had more interaction with the group as a whole instead off mainly him talking orr giving his attention to just 1 orr 2 people. But overall I had a good day. Thank you

Mum and I had an amazing time thanks to Damien our driver/tour guide.. Damien showed a great deal of care when 1 of the tour family fell, above and beyond, he has a wealth of knowledge, will get you laughing.. But remember to dive out of your comfort zone, try everything you can experience with the falls, even if the water is icy, or if the boulder slippery dip seems impossible, "DO IT All !!", You won't regret it, for me it was the best tour of our 2 week stay in Cairns.. Oh and if you see that some of your group won't jump in, give them a nudge, no not a push but, tell them this tour is like no other experience they will ever get in their entire lives again.. PS. At Millaa Millaa Falls, don't forget to capture the famous hair flick, and swim to the back of the fall..😍😍

Absolutely the best - waterfalls galore. From start to finish Damien guided us through the day, providing us with all the information and guidance to make this day an absolute learning curve for someone my age!!! Wouldn't hesitate to do it all again. Beautiful area and the waterfalls exceeded expectations.

The trip was great. 6 locations visited, all beautiful but different. Damien (tour driver) was knowledgeable about each site, providing information and facts. He was approachable and friendly. We had a good amount of time at each site, given how many we visited. Picked up and dropped off at our resort Handy hint: bring more than towel, if possible. And swimming goggles as the fish were amazing at Josephine Falls and Lake Eachem
