My family loved this experience, the staff are so friendly and helpful, would highly recommend. And to receive breakfast after yummy 😋

I had a fear of heights that this trip help undo. The pilot and crew were professional, safety conscious, knowledgeable, light-hearted, and fun. Worth every cent. I even left my cell phone on the bus and they went the extra mile(s) to have it returned some 1.5 hours later. A great outfit. Would do it again!

They were very professional and we felt safe the whole time. The views were amazing. Thanks for helping me fulfill my wife’s dream. The only reason for not 5 stars cause I haven’t received any pictures they promised yet.

Wow - what a day ballooning We were picked up from our hotel (if you get travel sick might be easier making your own way to closer pick up spot) 2 hours later we get to a field and hop in the inflating balloon 🎈 🎈🎈 The take off was smooth and the scenery was spectacular. I could hear dogs barking and cows mooing 🤣🤣 The ride was about an hour and we had to land in a field. Before the balloon deflated we took some cool photos inside. We were asked to help pack up the balloon, too big a job for just a few guys We got back in the bus and had a brilliant huge breakfast at a nearby winery We got to feed alpacas too - that was so much fun 🤩 🤩

朝早くの集合でしたが、眠気が一気に覚めるくらい楽しいひと時を過ごすことができました。当日は少し曇っていましたが朝日も綺麗で、飛び回る野生のワラビーも何頭か見ることができました。 着陸してからは参加者みんなで気球を折り畳んで、軽食と一緒に乾杯。大満足なツアーでした。当日の風は穏やかでほとんど揺れることはなかったですが、念のため酔いやすい方は酔い止めを飲んでおくことをおすすめします。 また、スタッフの方がとても明るく元気で、親切に接してくれました。参加者がほぼ日本人だったのですが、「英語しか話せないけどみんなが楽しんでもらえるようベストを尽くすよ」とバスでアナウンスしてくれていました。現地に着いてからもいつも笑顔でジョークを飛ばしたり、実際に自分達を楽しませようとしてくれているのを感じました。本当におすすめです。 We met early in the morning, but we had such a good time that we were able to wake up from our sleep all at once. It was a little cloudy but the sunrise was beautiful, and we were able to see several wild wallabies flying around in the nature. After landing, all the participants folded up the balloon and toasted together with light refreshments. It was a very satisfying tour. The wind that day was calm and we hardly swayed at all, but just to be safe, I would recommend that those who get easily intoxicated take anti-sickness medicine. Also, the staff was very cheerful, energetic, and friendly. The participants were mostly Japanese, but they announced on the bus, “We speak only English, but we will do our best so that everyone can enjoy the tour. “ When we got there, they were always smiling and cracking jokes, and we felt they were actually trying to entertain us. I highly recommend this tour.

Fun, majestic, safe, professional, spectacular. These are a few adjectives to describe our amazing first time balloon experience. The staff and organisation of this company is exceptional. Such great communication and care shown to all participants and well worth the early morning effort to be a part of this fun and unique morning. HABC are a very professional and caring team. Highly recommended for all ages.

What an amazing experience for my first ever hot air ballon ride. It was great and everyone on the tour was very friendly. The staff from pick up at my airport to my departure was very friendly. What a fun early morning and great ending with some mimosas and snacks.

Actually it was my wife who took the trip, an inspired choice as a present from family and friends for her 80th Birthday . From the pick up to return to our accommodation the staff were amazing, the flight over the Atherton Tablelands exhilarating and exciting. The finishing touch of a gift from Hot Air to remember her trip provided the exclamation mark. Certainly a major contender for anyone's bucket list.

Loved this hot air balloon adventure! Saw the sun rise over the lovely town of Mareeba while watching kangaroo and wallaby in the paddocks below! The crew and pilot were entertaining and fun! Loved the bubbles and snacks provided at the end of our ride! Well worth a visit!

This was a great event. Abit of a drive to get there but absolutely well worth it. Got to see a lot of the voubtryside and several farms. Capt Josh was friendly and informative. The landing was skilled and soft. Snacks and champagne super at the end. Experience of a lifetime.

Thanks to the expert Bob for his piloting skills. How you land a balloon on an access road between two sugarcane fields? Tony and the third guy who helped wrapping the envelope up. Apologies to third bloke but he was in a talent quest at local pub? Weather was ordinary but that’s the way it is. Definitely do it again in peak season. Well done people👍

Wonderful hot air balloon ride for my husband's 30th. Pick up was on time in a comfortable airconned bus, pilot Bob was funny and knowledgeable as he showed us the world from above. Landing was very smooth and packing away the balloon was great fun. Champagne and a "happy birthday" song at the end was really special- thanks for helping us make amazing memories :) we were home by 10am so could nap before brunch

Wow what an experience from the minute we got picked up from our hotel and dropped back. The staff were laid back and entertaining, you were welcomed like family. Bob, Brian and Tony were amazing we had juice on arrival, Brian and Tony were pros at setting up and photographing our day. Bob was our pilot and his knowledge of the area was excellent and the flight was so smooth. After the smoothest landing, we celebrated our trip with some bubbles Watching the sunrise was just breathtaking, thank you again for making our day a memorable one.

What a fantastic experience. A professional team made a very early morning flight look so easy. Our Pilot Josh executed a perfect landing and take off, his comments about the area were well informed and interesting. Suzanne helped us in and out of the basket, hot on our heels to follow the balloon when it landed, quickly jumping into action to turn the basket of the balloon and guide it through a small space to position the basket ready for deflating the balloon. Professional at its best. The photos of the whole experience forwarded to us were excellent. The nice touch of being able to go inside the balloon made us feel very special. A nice tough to receive a certificate from Josh of our experience. And of course the lovely glass of champagne at the end of the flight. What a memorable morning. I would recommend this hot air ballooning company to anyone. Get out there and experience it, your in safe hands.

Absolutely amazing. Can’t recommend highly enough. All of the staff are amazing, professional, fun and informative. From Brownie our bus driver to Bob our pilot and all of the other staff they were just the best.
