      Must Do City Tour 5-stars!
I did the Urban City 90-minute walking tour with Guy in Brisbane recently, and it was hands down better than the free city tour I tried a while back. With the free tour, it felt pretty rushed and surface-level, but Guy’s tour was completely different. He really takes his time to dive into the history, the architecture, and all the unique details that make Brisbane special. It felt like he genuinely cared about giving us a meaningful experience, not just ticking off landmarks. He shared stories and little-known facts that made the city come alive, and he had great recommendations for places to check out and eat after the tour. Honestly, if you’re deciding between a free tour and Guys Urban Tours, I’d say go with Guy. It’s a small price for a way more personal, engaging, and memorable experience. It's totally worth it. I highly recommend it.

      Heaps of fun!
We had a blast doing the spy game! It gave our interstate colleagues a chance to walk around the city and to compete against each other in a fun way. The clues were clever and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend Brisbane Street Games.

      Great fun with friends
This was the most fun I have had on a Saturday morning in years. There were four of us (two couples) who have known eachother for years and we laughed and scratched our heads the whole way. Half way through we realised we hadn’t paid attention to the most important piece of information we had been given at the beginning - everything you need is in the bag!

Spy Game - A great way to spend an afternoon in Brissy
A fantastic way to spend an afternoon in Brisbane and a great way to see parts of the city. The games definitely brought out a competitive streak between the two teams but we had such a laugh. Guy was fantastic. He is professional and friendly. I definitely recommend trying out Brisbane Street Games.

Oh YEAH! We solved it (just!)
I love puzzles! First, we were trying to solve the puzzles so fast, but we had to really focus our problem solving to crack the riddles and codes. The detective kit you get was interesting - like a true detective. And the best part was I got to show off in front of my friends how smart I am at seeing clues inside clues. It took a team to solve them but it was my leadership that helped (don’t quote me in front of my friends haha)! This was heaps of fun to do in the city. Felt like we were on an adventure. I would suggest it to anyone who is tired of the beaten track, this is for those wanting to do something original and fun. And my tips for Brisbane: wear a hat and sunscreen! I brought my water bottle but there are heaps of shops in the city centre for snacks or hydration.

I booked this 3 hour walking tour of Brisbane through trip advisor in advance of my visit to Brisbane for myself and my daughter .
the ratings were high on trip advisor and this tour came as a trip advisor recommendation .
Guy Watson runs urban tours who facilitate the tour .
Guy sent up to date information about the meeting point before the tour .
Guy arrived early and ensured we all had sun cream and provided his own if people didn't have any protection.
Guy was very pleasant and welcoming .
there were people of different nationalities on the tour and he was very inclusive to everyone .
the tour itself was brilliant .
3 hours seems along time but it went very quickly ,at the 2 hour point guy produced a special local treat of lamington cake for all his walking guests ,with an explanation on how it came about in the process .
the tour itself covered the whole of Brisbane central and was full of all sorts of information that you can only get from a walking tour like this , fun facts , historical facts and details you would never get just wandering around on your own .
I would absolutely recommend GUY WATSON OF URBAN TOURS .

An excellent tour. Our guide - Guy - was well informed on both historical and current aspects of the city. The meeting point was easy to find and the whole tour was at a comfortable walking pace. We would recommend this tour to tourist and locals.

Guy was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was the only customer this time. I very much appreciate his accommodation of my pace and interests. We had a couple of unique experiences—a school jazz band and a kookaburra snatching a grasshopper less than a meter from my foot in the Royal Botanical Gardens.

Really great tour. Super interesting. The guide was knowledgeable and really friendly. As a women travelling solo I felt at ease and included. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and the guide even walked me to the riverside area where restaurants are when the tour had finished as it was my first day in Brisbane and I just asked where there are restaurants that I can go for dinner. The guide told me which water taxi to get to go to the university when I start work etc. Absolutely above and beyond. Completely worth every penny and more. I totally recommend. In our group there were also children who the guide engaged really well so this really is a great tour for everyone. Couldn't be happier.

Arranged a 3 hour walking tour on our first day in Brisbane to get a lay of the land for the next two days. Guy, who is also the owner of urban tours met us punctually at our hotel. He is personable , easy to talk and very knowledgeable. The time went by quickly and finished with a cold ginger beer along the water front. A definite must do.

Super amazing experience! Very hot day but tour guide made sure to find us cool shaded spots to stand in and water fountains to drink from, all while he very carefully explained the history of significant parts of Brisbane. Truly a delightful experience with the enjoyment of Lamingtons! Even gave me food recommendations for later on and pointed out some really cool hidden public art. Such an amazing city to tour with a fabulous tour guide!
