This was an excellent tour. Damo was our guide and he kept us entertained the whole time. This is a fairly new small company owned and run by damo’s nephew. Communication when booking the tour was excellent, price was better than other companies and we spent about 1 hr 20 minutes on the river as damo wanted to make sure we all saw a particular huge male croc as well as all the others we had seen. An exceptional company don’t hesitate to book.

Do you hope to get Close to Saltwater Crocs in the Adelaide River near Darwin? This family owned business will get you there, entice the crocs to jump out of the water, and provide dramatic moments and memories. We booked the tour while our cruise ship was docked in Darwin. We walked about 20 minutes from the ship to a site near the Darwin Information Center where Jay and the minibus driver met us. Jay gave us useful info, a bit of humor and a bathroom break on route to the river. There we got on a boat captained by his brother. Despite high river levels in rainy February, the brothers knew where to find adult male, female, and juvenile crocs along the river. They got them to jump for a raw chicken—giving many photo op’s to passengers on both sides of the boat. Jay identified other animals and birds before we headed back to the ship with a ride through the bogs of Fogg Dam and a stop at the Humpty Do Hotel for a bathroom and brew break! We were then dropped off at our cruise ship—but could have been in the center of town or a suggested eatery. All in all, the young brothers provided a wonderful tour and excellent value for our time in Australia’s Northern Territory. I recommend this tour!

Very rarely do you go on a tour and everything is as advertised.
Pick up, on time. Knowledgeable driver. Family run business.
our driver took us through Fogg Dam where you gave us a birdwatching class and also let us out to take photos of smaller freshwater crocodiles.
Then around an hour of pleasure watching jumping salties jumping for chicken carcasses.
The on water guide, in our case Jase, made sure that everyone on his boat got the full experience.
Then back in Darwin by 12.
Great value for money, I highly recommend this trip.

The tour was a great opportunity to view wildlife in the Fogg Dam before cruising with the crocodiles on the Adelaide River. Dillon did a great job of entertaining us while feeding the crocodiles giving us lots of photo opportunities. Pascal was a wealth of knowledge of all the wildlife we saw along the way..
A fantastic day out, I saw and learnt so much.
Would highly recommend this tour.

Such an incredible trip, really handy being picked up from Darwin township then driven to the river. Lots of interesting facts said. Once on the croc boat you get so close and person with the crocs they are amazing creatures. Dylan and Seth were great entertainers and kept things interesting with funny jokes and took us to see big old crocs as well as younger crocs who can jump high. Definitely worth the money. It is a family run business as well :)

The Croc Bus Tour was amazing!
A family run business that provided lots of local knowledge about the environment , wildlife, bird life and Crocodiles living in the wild.
As a local , Jake the tour operator , also provided lots of knowledge about Darwin .
We saw crocs in their natural habitat in the Adelaide river, a short drive from Darwin.
Picked us up on time at our hotel, for an air conditioned ride out to Humpty Doo and Fog Dam , before reaching the Croc boat ride on the river. His brother is the skipper. He’s also very entertaining , a bit of a young Crocodile Dundee character.
Both guys very safety conscious , but very entertaining with plenty of good humour and smiles. We saw huge crocs , they have names for the several we saw. Crocs jumped up to be fed from long wooden rods with meat , close to the boat and we all got some great photos. Nothing here in captivity , just living in their natural habitat. These operators are very knowledgeable . I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting. So much to be learned and seen in only a half day. Highly recommend doing !
Thanks guys for a great day !🐊

Very well organised from the pickup from our accommodation in Darwin, commentary through the Fogg Dam wetlands from our driver to the absolutely brilliant guide on the croc boat.
We were privileged and lucky to actually see The Dominator - the largest crocodile recorded while learning about these prehistoric reptiles.
So glad we went with this company as we were definitely not disappointed.
