Advertised as all inclusive, but one drink on arrival and then one glass of wine that I thought was going to be charged (wasn’t) doesn’t reflect all inclusive

The food was surprisingly really well done … it was great way to see the highlights of Sydney by water. The staff was super attentive staff during the entire cruise. Highly recommend!

First of all, Romina took care of us and she was lovely. She is an asset and made our night go smoothly. A strong complaint comes to the captain. The main reason to take a cruise in the first place, was to see the Opera House at night; a spectacle you only see in Sydney, nowhere else. The captain decided without asking, to deviate course to watch some fireworks which can be seen all over the world, and quite frankly, a lot better than those we were obligated to watch. We were heading back home next day without fulfilling that expectation. Flying from Spain to Australia is not something you do often; chances are we will never see that. The marketing of the cruise indicated the view of iconic places; I cannot think of any other site more iconic to Australia than the Opera House all lighted up at night. Really bad call. There was a Mexican group in the table besides ours, who felt exactly the same.

We had a great time. The cruise lasted around 2.5 hrs around the Sydney Harbour. There were some great views, especially of the skyline after sunset. The dinner service was also good and it was an overall fun date night. Would recommend.

The day was wonderful. Regardless of the fact my wife was sea sick. The crew and Captian we so helpful. We did manage to get some snorkeling in and that was fantastic. I. Also have to say the crew are so well trained is was a thing of beauty to watch.

Amazing experience. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond what was expected of them. The food that was prepared in the kitchen was delicious. It’s amazing what they did in the small kitchen. The presentation was taste and presentation was restaurant level quality. 10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend.

Needs entertainment when the thrill is gone music or a singer would have been great photos or games or commentary perhaps

Nice boat, nice welcoming crew when boarding, warm and welcoming nice staff serving our drinks and dinner and very good food.

Disappointed !!!!! There was two adults and three children in our party ages 18, 18,and 9 There was no children’s food for the 9 yo and she didn’t like the adult food . We asked for an additional one tiny bread roll for her and was advised there wasn’t any !!!!! . What if one or two were dropped they get used off the floor ? There was no choice of dessert , when we booked it stated choice of two desserts but one crossed off the menu once we sat down for lunch . However we see two pavlova nests being taken to the Captains deck !!!! Hope they enjoyed them !!! The dessert we had was a thick gluggy cake so dry it was awful ! I do not mind paying for nice food , but I get angry paying for food not available , there are no excuses when you can go purchase a pavlova at Cole’s and Woolworths on the day of the cruise ! So no excuses ! The cruise itself was good but we went too far down the river almost at Gladesville bridge , we wanted to see and paid for a Sydney Harbour cruise with sites not Gladesville, Canada Bay and Balmain homes !!! Very disappointed! Def not five Star !

The staff were very nice👍. The boat was clean. And the food was good as i expected! Excellent! Would highly recommend to others!

This dinner cruise was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. The boat was well equipped, with pre-assigned and set seating for each group or couple. We went out past the bridge and opera house then back through the Sydney harbor towards darling harbor area. The evening was spectacular. The crew was extremely attentive and courteous, carefully setting each meal, explaining or introducing each dish, and offering or refilling drinks. As vegetarians, we were impressed with the quality and flavors of each carefully prepared dish. We chose the zucchini, pumpkin ravioli, and chocolate mousse. All were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

Absolutely woeful! Our cruise was for Friday night but due to lack of numbers they moved us to a Saturday night. They boat arrived on time and we were ask to step on board. We were upstairs and our immediate thought was ‘gee, the lights are bright!’. The cabin had zero ambience - no plants, no pictures, extremely basic and stark white, no music upon entering. They later dimmed the lights but not enough. We were greeted at our table by a young Spanish speaking boy. He knew very little English and was in complete disarray. A female waitress took over but she was not a lot better. The whole serving staff seemed to be talking to each other in Spanish. It took ages to get a complimentary drink. It was forgotten several times. We asked for a gin and tonic also and was told later ‘there was no gin or tonic on board’. They don’t have an extensive selection of beverages but you’d think gin would be one of the basics that they would stock. It took us a very long time to move away from the wharf. We were seated for at least 40 minutes before departure. The food was good. My main was barramundi and was very good. It’s the only part of the cruise I can recommend. I think they must be very good at social media but not a lot else. They need to get waiting staff that know what they are doing and look at the ambience of the boat including fixtures and fittings, music, lighting. Fully stock the boat before departure. It’s not that hard. One of the guest opposite us was facing the dumb waiter door which was regularly swinging open in his face with everyone’s dirty plates. I would not recommend this cruise. We do a cruise every year on Sydney Harbour and there are much better options available and value for money.

Fantastic dinner cruise. We had a beautiful dinner and the crew were great. Amazing scenery of course! Very nice new boat, immaculate. A great night out, highly recommended A++

Overall we enjoyed ourselves. The service was great, the nighttime views of the city were pretty, and the food was just ok. I think this cruise would have been better during the daylight hours. To be fair to the crew we were all very tired on day 14 of our 15 day vacation.
