      Good tour of Sydney harbor.
This is a good way to get a narrated tour around Sydney harbor. The food served was buffet style, with a nice variety of selections and good quality. The boat's personnel were very helpful. The description of where to find the pickup spot for the tour was a bit confusing to us. We went to the address specified, but, as it turned out, that street address is not where you catch the boat. You have to go down stairs or take the elevator to the pier on the other side of the building. One thing not exactly under the tour group's control is the noise generated by some of the passengers. We were on the first deck. Two large groups of tourists didn't seem to be interested in anything the narrator had to say, and talked loudly and incessantly. We could not hear the narrator over their noise. Fortunately, after I asked one of the crew to raise the volume of the narrator, they did so and we could hear (and understand) the narrator, who was quite good. Overall, we found this tour to be enjoyable.

      Long lunch
Surprisingly bigger boat than it looks. Knowledgeable captain and crewman give information on the harbour highlights. Large glass of champagne to start and coffee later but cheese and biscuits a bit disappointing. We stopped for starters on the beach at Doyles in Watson’s Bay and we had grilled octopus and fried stuffed prawns. Both great but prawns had a sauce which made the prawns outstanding. Service a bit strange. Stopped in Balmoral Beach for lunch at the Balmoral Public Restaurant which is a lot posher than it sounds and overlooks the beach. Staff were great. Seafood paella was good but the best bit was a roast vegetable side. Getting in and off the boat was a bit unsafe and we got stopped by a police boat checking pilot licences but the trip is fantastic and a great, relaxing way to spend 4.5 hours.

      Not a good experience
We went to the Kings Whraff, it is a big place, we found out that the cruse is not on that part of Whraff but on the other side. We were not able to get to the cruise on time, I called Princes Cruises and explained to them the situation, and they said that we needed to contact Trip Advisor, I replied to the email that I received from Trip Advisor and did not receive any responses, it turned out to be one of those emails that you receive emails from but you are unable to send an email to. When I checked the tickets, the meeting point was at a different address compared to what was in the advertisement, and it was very far from where we were. I paid $48 for less than one hour of parking at the King's Wharf and I lost the money that I paid for the cruise. It would be ideal for a trip advisor to advise about the meeting point on the advertisement page not on the tickets because if you are not from Sydney, you probably do not know the places or you may have internet issues accessing your email.

      Wonderful nature
The trip was beautiful, very nice staff with lots and good informatios. We only saw a female whale with his calf, but it's ok. These are free and wild animals. We are not at a zoo or a circus. And we knew also that the season is ending.

Great tour with great host (Ron)
This one of the best boat cruises I have done by a long shot. Ron was a great host and gave a great overview of all places around the harbour and more. He answered all our questions and had a great sense of humour. I would recommend to all.

This tour was not value for money and didn’t achieve anything more than a ferry trip would. The commentary was outdated and was politically incorrect, basically racism toward our First Nations People. I was embarrassed that overseas tourists were hearing the word ‘aborigines’ used when it shouldn’t be and ‘The Voice’ referendum as a ‘protest by aborigines’. Get with the times Princess Cruises! It’s embarrassing. So much more could be included about the history of the harbour and area than a few famous houses! Poor value for money. Tried to book the Captain Cook one. We missed out. For $10 more including wine and cheese board… don’t bother with this one.

Our guide and driver Robert was exceptional. He was very attentive to the group. Through the day he often individually checked in with guests to ensure all was OK. A very nice touch by the Anderson Guides to all come down to the dock to wish everyone well departing back to central Sydney. However given the price of the event, I thought the lunch was disappointing. My chicken was dried out with a pretty lifeless salad. My lunch comparison was a wine tour in Melbourne, the tour was half the price, yet lunch was a lovely piece of Salmon on a good mix of grilled vegetables, plus a glass of wine. Given that this event is mostly sight seeing and riding cable cars, lunch should have been better.

The welcoming staff were absolutely fantastic. They made us feel welcome from first contact and arranged for my Mum to have easy boarding with her walker. The onboard narrative was great and pointed out all the interesting, relevant and important sights and the narrative for each was exceptional. Had a thoroughly good time and we will be recommending this trip and Princess Cruises to friends and family.

A disappointing lack of unbiased historical information mainly focussing on colonialism. A LOT of commentary on the privileged, rich and famous that live/d in the area, their houses and the cost. It was like listening to an audio of a trashy magazine. The harbour views were awesome.

The route they took around the harbour was amazing and thorough, plenty of places to take pictures. Also, you get a good overview of some of the major sights in the city. The live commentary was very informative and interactive. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Sydney for the first time. Also, you get free hot drinks and water as well as other drinks at cost

I enjoyed the cruise thoroughly. The boat took us from the Eastern pontoon near Circular Quay, through different parts of the Sydney Harbour, under Sydney Harbour Bridge, and back to the quay. The cruise commentary by the captain was very informative. There was free coffee and tea, apples, and even sunblock lotion! I would recommend this to anyone who visits Sydney.

Old vessel. Captain was not very attentive, hit a swell incorrectly, knocking several passengers, chairs and other items to the floor. Cruise narrator could hardly be heard. Would not recommend, many other providers in the harbor.

Having suffered a disappointing Big Bus tour the day before I wasn’t expecting much - but this was excellent. First class commentary from Ron the guide and some great camera moments. Much better views of the sights and great value. Would strongly recommend this to anyone wanting an introduction to Sydney Harbour.
