He was warm and friendly; Enjoyed the many stories he told and the historical perspectives of the people & places we went to. Easy day and we managed to spot some wild kangaroos plus watch some cows waiting in line for their milking! Lunch provided was very nice - excellent matcha latte there.Written 13 September 2024

- spurthid20240 contributionsNicely planned! The hidden view points were amazing and the tour guides Terry and Teresa were very cordial and informative all along. Because we were an Indian family, they made a stop at the temple for us. That was thoughtful. They also assist in taking a lot of pictures. Although, we could have spent more time at Kiama blow hole, 30 minutes was really not enough to explore the place. If possible, they can include a short hike at the sea cliff bridge for the better view and experience. Overall, it was worth it. Thank you.Written 17 July 2024

For a group tour (not private) this is a great tour. There was a total of 11 on our tour. The late start avoids the worst of Sydney traffic and enables you to see the 3 sisters at sunset when the lighting is fabulous and the crowds have thinned. The itinerary is very good. Our guide began the tour with some general info about Sydney, NSW and the Parramatta River area. The first stop is at a wildlife sanctuary where you get to interact with koalas and other indigenous animals along with some farm animals. Then we headed into the Blue Mountains were treated to lunch at a place that has very good meat pies. There was an up charge for certain more expensive choices at both lunch and dinner and alcoholic beverages are not included. From there we visited 4 different scenic spots in the Blue Mountains culminating with the 3 Sisters at sunset. It should be noted that the first stop includes a somewhat strenuous hike down to the best viewing spot of Wentworth Falls. A couple of the people in our group that had arthritic knees were not able to make the hike but did get to see the falls. On the way back, we stopped at very good Pub in Lawson called the Henry. Great food, good service but as mentioned before the pint is on you. Craig was our very knowledgeable and friendly guide. I would definitely recommend this tour if you are visiting Sydney and want to see the beautiful Blue Mountains.

Our small groups allow a much more personal experience and time for Craig and everyone to share in discussions. We do not want to restrict menu selection and allow for people to add just $5 or $10 to enjoy the meal they want, not some limited selection. Many meal options are available without additional cost. Drink, of course are very much an individual choice and cost. Our walks allow everyone to immerse themselves in nature, to see the waterflows, the fragrance of our bush and scenic lookouts. Many thanks for joining us

I went on this tour yesterday and its a must if you are in Sydney and want to visit Blue Mountains. We were picked up on time at our chosen location. Our guide Craig was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. We stopped at a small farm and had a private group talk with an expert about koalas. We were able to get up close and stroke it. (Would love to have picked one up though). Next off for lunch a traditional Aussie pie, tasty. Then onto Blue Mountains. The guide was very good and after the 1st trek he took us to see some wild kangaroos. At 1st we didn't spot any but he was
determined we would and eventually we saw a mob of 8 or 9. Going to see the 3 sisters at dusk was great very few people at that time. View was superb. Finally we went to a local pub for our preordered dinner which was very tasty and then drove home
All in all it was a great tour. I would recommend it to anyone.
The nice touch as well was that I was able to msg the owner with some queries I had beforehand and he always got back to me in a timely manner.

Craig was a fantastic host start to finish, making sure everyone was comfortable, felt included and got from A to B safely and on time. Craig has a wealth of knowledge about all stops on the trip and much, much more! It was a joy to listen to him talk with such passion. The tour did not feel rushed, and we got to spend a good amount of time at each location, taking in the spectacular views. A highlight was spending time up and close with a Koala, the visit to the farm as the first stop is a fantastic way to kick off the day! I would highly recommend this if you are visiting Sydney and have the time, I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the trip, especially the later start time, which lends itself to some fantastic sunset photo opportunities!

I struggle to find the right words to describe this experience, but I'll do my best because it truly ranks as one of the best tours I've ever undertaken in my entire life. It's simply AMAZING! It has everything you could ask for: a fantastic and incredibly kind local guide who not only shares his knowledge of each place we visit but also enlightens us about the customs and traditions of the region. He picks you up in a luxurious and comfortable van for 8 people, and as soon as the ride begins, he starts providing fascinating explanations. You'll absolutely love the way he presents everything. Then, at each stop, he describes everything in such a captivating and informative manner. We even enjoyed a small picnic that he graciously brought from his own home as a gift... Oh my goodness! The places we visited were absolutely incredible, and we managed to take so many pictures, and also with his help, because he´s a photographer! I believe they're some of the best couple pictures we have taken!! He truly has everything you need! The only downside is that we discovered this service when we were leaving Sydney the next day; otherwise, I would have booked more tours for sure. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Terry! You're truly amazing!!

Picture Me Sydney seeks out the most scenic and authentic locations in our Blue Mountains and Kiama Blowhole tours. I love our Aussie heritage, our weather and our way of life and want to show it off as often as possible. I am so very grateful for your kind words and `the best tour you have ever undertaken' as this is what inspires me to share my tours with people like you. My gift to you are the photos that become precious memories of the moments we traveled together. Many many thanks

Had a fantastic day trip with an expert guide. Craig, a Sydney local, was funny, kind, and adapted the trip to our needs. We were picked up in a small van (new, working AC, and comfortable interior) and escorted around to many local hidden gems. We got to see kangaroos, wombats, and koalas, sniff eucalyptus, see waterfalls, and learn about the foliage and traditions. While the weather wasn’t great, Craig was prepared with raincoats for all and ensured we got to experience everything that was promised while keeping us safe. There were ample toilet breaks, two delicious meals with many options and dietary needs attended to at local faves, cold water, and two local snacks. We also enjoyed the other eight passengers and had a lovely day together. This was my favorite tour in ages. Thanks Craig and team!

Kudos to Craig, our tour guide. He made the tour interesting, was so knowledgeable on everything and had a fantastic personality. My husband and I chose this tour as it began later in the day, gave us a taste of the Blue Mountains without hiking or climbing, rainforest and the chance to see kangaroos and koalas up close. Lunch and dinner were included. Pickup was easy and Craig made special effort to drop us off closer to our hotel. Everything was great except there were no snacks offered, kangaroos were sparse (we only saw two and one was old and laying down, plus the up close with koala was viewing one sleeping in the tree and you could only pet its back. The second one was only viewed through a cage and you really couldn’t see too much of it. In Craig’s defense he did try to get us the best view and photo opt. There were two walks, one of which we passed on doing as it was too steep for my husband and me (we are almost 80) and the second one was paved with steps, which we did. There were two young passengers also with this tour and we all had no problem with them being more adventurous while we relaxed. Craig had brought some sunflower seeds to feed the cockatoos and it was fun seeing them flock around you. Lunch was pleasant enough at a peaceful lake and the dinner was good. All in all I would say this tour is good, the guide Craig was great at finding the best views, taking photos of everyone, answering questions and keeping the tour interesting, but the wildlife encounters a little disappointing.

Craig is super knowledgeable and tries to help throughout the tour. Many good views but we cannot guarantee where the kangaroos appear or if our furry koalas are awake....as they will sleep some 18 - 20 hours a day. Thank you for taking the time to review.

HIGHLY recommend. The experience starts at 10am and you head to see some Kangaroos, Koalas and Emus. You get an opportunity to get upclose and personal with a Koala :) Our guide was Colin who was training so Terry was there as well. Then you head to the Blue Mountains. You go to Wentworth Falls, have a lunch then a bush walk. The walk does have stairs but there are many opportunities for breaks. If you feel the walk is too tough you can always wait at the lookout, which is also great. You head to a few other lookouts and of course the 3 sisters. At the end, you have dinner at The Henry a local restaurant in the Blue Mountains area before heading home. You arrive back in Sydney around 7:30-8pm.
I LOVED the small group atmosphere. I loved that I did not have to worry about when/where to eat. Also loved not being with a huge group of people at every stop.

We recently took a Blue Mountains tour with Craig from Picture Me Tours. The tour was excellent and Craig was an outstanding guide.
Craig was very knowledgeable about the Blue Mountains and he was able to provide us with a wealth of information about the area. He was also very friendly and engaging, and he made the tour a lot of fun.
We visited a variety of different sites during the tour, including the Three Sisters and the Wentworth Falls. Craig took us to the best spots to see each of these attractions and he provided us with detailed explanations of their history and significance.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in learning more about the Blue Mountains. Craig is a great guide and he will make your tour a memorable experience.
Special thanks to Craig for making our tour so enjoyable!

This was a great tour. Craig did a great job showing us all the sights. We got to have a very special encounter with a Koala allowing for great photos and videos to share back home. This is an active tour that requires you to be able to walk up and down steep steps but Craig made sure to take us all at the right pace. We had several very nice bush walks and were able to see the beautiful sights of Sydney’s natural landscape outside the city. We were even treated to a special sunset lookout at the end of the day (dress in layers because it can get cold). Lunch and dinner were included and both very authentic, popular local spots serving up very Aussie meals.

Our guide, Craig, loves this area, knows it well, and communicates superbly. Our group of eight, stopped at a wildlife farm outside Sydney and were able to touch an awake koala, see kangaroos, wallabys, emus and laughing kookaburras. A delightful lunch stop at a pie shop in the Blue Mountains is included. Continuing on higher into the Blue Mountains, we saw spectacular falls, the Three Sisters, and the rain forest bush without any crowds. There is some hiking involved but there are cement pathways and railing if needed. We made an additional stop where our small group saw wild kangaroos leaping fences and racing about. We were the only people in this wide open area and it felt intimate and really special. As a professional photographer, Craig used his knowledge of the area and trained keen eye to
take us to the best possible locations for truly memorable experiences. Heading back down to Sydney, we stopped at a local pub for an easy dinner and relaxed dinner and it was a wonderful way to cap off a fabulous day. Lunch and dinner are included and we found the 11:30 am start to be perfect for avoiding crowds. Without reservation, we wholeheartedly recommend this tour!
