Hayden made a special trip even more special
This group was highly recommended by the Four Seasons concierge. We did an all day private tour (3 of us) of the Blue Mountains, with a stop at the wildlife park where we saw all of the native and unusual Australian animals (except the platypus). The scenery, and animals, alone, would have made this trip special and worthwhile. But Hayden made it even better. On the way to the Blue Mountains we saw wild kangaroos and wallabies. The Blue Mountains are spectacular, and the mine train ride was as good as any amusement park ride. Hayden was knowledgable, friendly and funny. He also could not have been more accommodating. Apparently there is a running debate about who is the better tour guide - Hayden or Chappo. Would be hard to pick a winner as they are both fantastic.

        Blue Mountains Tour
Loved this tour! The Blue Mountains are absolutely stunning. We got to visit some wonderful lookout points before heading to scenic world and riding the worlds steepest railway. Our tour guide Sean was amazing. Made us feel right at home and shared some amazing knowledge about the Blue Mountains. Lunch was delicious in a cute town nearby. Afterwards we had free time in Featherdale to explore and take pictures with the koalas as well as feed the kangaroos. Can’t wait to go back and visit again!

        An amazing day!
This was one of the best tours I have ever been on! I knew we were in for a great day when I received a text 20 minutes prior to our pick time to let us know our tour guide Sean would be arriving on time and the vehicle license plate number. Sean was an amazing tour guide and made sure we were one step ahead of the crowds in each location. He was also very knowledgeable about each area and also told some great jokes along the way!

        Take the tour!!
We had a great time on our tour!! Our tour guide, Amy, was amazing! Our daughter got motion sick, and Amy went out of her way to help get her comfortable and able to keep going. The scenery was breathtaking!! The Blue Mountains are worth the visit. If you’re thinking of booking the tour, do it! It was well worth it. And special thanks to Chapo for helping us figure out the best way to get to a pick up point. I kept asking questions and he answered them quickly.

Amazing scenery, amazing adventure, Amazing guide!
We did the Blue Mountain adventure Aug 21 - 2024. This was the Most Amazing day, made complete by Sean, our guide! Every detail for our successful day was planned out perfectly from our food choices, the two great restaurants and of course the Blue Mountains. Sean is a wealth of knowledge and has a personal connection to the Blue Mountains. He gave us great details of the area and it was the perfect mix of info and time to ourselves. He knew how to bob and weave around the lines of people, when he saw a line of people in queue, he’d take us a different route and sure enough, we never stood in line. He had tickets purchased for us so again, we kept moving along. The incline railway and the Sky tram were great too. The animal park was out of the world and a bucket list item of petting kangaroos and a koala was achieved. :) This is one trip not to miss and I would 100% recommend this company!

Excellent Trip with a great guide and itinerary
The trip was excellent. Breakfast in Glenbrook was great, then we went to the Blue Mountains Park, then got lunch and wrapped up with the wildlife park. Mick, our guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to see the scenery and wildlife of NSW.

        Very kind tour operator
We actually didnt get to go, as we had an unforeseeen issue through the night that prevented us from going. However I wanted to thank the tour opertator for their kindness and understanding when we had to cancel. They approved a full refund even though it was a last minute cancellation. If their kindness is a reflection of their tour I'm sure it is great. Thanks again and hopefully we get to go next time!

There are SO many companies out there and I cannot tell you what they offer, BUT I will tell you what you’re getting with Chapo.

Pickup / drop off your hotel or one close by

Breakfast at a cute little cafe in Glenbrook

A trip up to the Blue Mountains including a Scenic World entry and guided walk about

      Lunch at Baxland

An hour or more at Featherdale with many opportunities to feed the kangaroos! 🦘

Chapo will keep you engaged the entire trip with stories and local history! You will pay a little more, but you will not have to pay a cent after. All food, fees and entries are included in your ticket price and there will not be any surprise costs!
Chapo is fantastic, you will not feel gypped and you’ll have a fabulously full day!
He’s a kind and passionate man who loves what he does, wants your trip to be something you’ll remember forever and something you’ll hopefully recommend!

Just loved our say to the Blue mountains. Took the 1/5 hr train ride from Central Station - too easy and hopped on the city bus once at Katoomba station. There is a guide hop on/off bus for about $60USD but the city bus is $2 and gets you everywhere you want. Scenic World was awesome but recommend you getting the tickets online as the purchase on site has quite a line when we went. Our scenic world tickets had a time frame indicated (1000-1100) but were still good all day. The food options aren't a lot at Scenic World or at Echo Point, so please take note of that.

Wow. What an incredibly well-organised and fun-filled day. Our tour guide Chapo regaled the group with tales from his younger years while teaching us about some lesser-known historical figures from Australia's past. It was such a unique way to run a tour and it felt so much more personal than if he simply recounted facts and figures. The hour bus ride to breakfast flew by and we were served almost immediately when we arrived. Everything was organised with military precision but somehow it never felt rushed or like we were being herded around.

The Blue Mountains are breathtaking and the tour is great value for money as it includes three rides at Scenic World and a ticket to Featherdale Wildlife Park. There are many options to tour the Blue Mountains but this is the one to go for. Thanks Chapo. Top man.

Truly an amazing day!!! We compared so many blue mountains tours and this was such a unique itinerary, including everything we wanted to see in just one day! Chapo (the tour company owner) communicated with us via text from the time we booked with updates and confirmations as it grew closer, which was so comforting. Then we lucked out with the best tour guide, Amy! She was knowledgeable, warm, friendly and so accommodating! She learned everyone in the groups name, made an effort to connect with everyone, and connect us with each other as well! She was a wonderful driver, the van/bus was comfortable, she played some fun Aussie songs for us and gave us so much information in a fun and interesting way! The tour included breakfast and lunch both of which were yummy! This was a true highlight of our time in Australia and I could not recommend this company, itinerary, and tour guide more!!!

Excellent tour! The trip starts early and ends right before sundown (winter) to ensure you spend less time in traffic and lines at Scenic World.

Sean was an excellent tour guide who provided an excellent overview of the Blue Mountains, and personal touches from his vast experience living and growing up in the area.

Transportation was safe and arrived promptly at the scheduled meeting location.

Breakfast and lunch is provided with your tour fees, which is an awesome perk!

After completing all three rides at Scenic World and taking plenty of photos at the lookout points, we were provided a special tour with kangaroo feeding at the Sydney Zoo, which was special and much better than going outside of a tour group.

I went solo, but this trip would be perfect for couples, solo travelers, and families with older children. Highly recommend this company!

Chapo was a great tourist guide. He kept the group engaged and making sure everyone was well.
As described, the tour started from been picked up at your hotel and then get breakfast at a small town in the Blue Mountains.
Everything goes on schedule as Chapo mentioned from the very beginning, which helps you keep your night plans on track.
If you prefer to explorer and walk around the paths at the Blue Mountains, maybe this tour might not be a good fit for you. It worked for me even though I am an adventurer person that likes to see as many places as I can, but this tour gave me the opportunity to take a break and relaxed on this day during my visit to the Sydney area.
Perhaps, a little bit of more time to see the Blue Mountains views might be a bonus on this tour.
I highly recommend this tour and best of all, you will get the opportunity to touch a kangaroo and a koala at the Featherdale Wildlife Park, which was part of the stops on this one day tour. This park is even better than Taronga zoo from my perspective, if you are interested to see Australian animals only.
Overall, the tour was great and relaxing.
      Good job Chapo!

From the moment we were picked up at our hotel until the minute we were dropped off back at our hotel this was one of the greatest adventures my wife and I have every enjoyed!!! First off we had a smaller group of folks 6 to be exact, Chapo made us all welcomed and set the expectations for the day clear and right up front. The drive up to the blue mountains he shared with us his passion for the history of his country which in turn made us enjoy and learn so much about Australia. Then we made our first stop and I wish I could remember the name of the place, but we had the best cup of coffee I have had in such a long time. The breakfast was absolutely delicious to boot. Then we went to the blue mountains and visited the legendary 3 sisters. We got to see them at 5 different angles. Another great adventure as I had to fight my fear of heights. We then made our way to the zoo, which was what my wife wanted to go to the most so she can pet the koalas and kangaroos. Oh I forgot he took us to find wild kangaroos as well. I just cannot tell you all how much fun and all the things we did during this wonderful day of adventure. I am running out of space so I will definitely recommend this tour to everyone who love a good adventure.

We had the best day out with Chappo. The weather was inclement but that certainly did not out a dampener on our day! We were picked up from our hotel at 7.00 am and discovered that the tour participants were just my husband Don and myself. We had Chappo to ourselves! We stopped at his hometown in the Blue Mountains for a wonderful breakfast and it was obvious from the many comments Graham received that he was one of the best! It was a privilege to spend the day with such a knowledgeable person - I don’t think there was anything he didn’t know. We then headed off to the Three Sisters but unfortunately the weather had plans to spoil our view and the mist was so thick that we couldn’t see them. Not to worry we’ll come back later said Graham. From there on in he made it his business to ensure that we would get some of the best views available to us. Chappo went above and beyond on our day out to ensure that we would not be disappointed by not seeing the Three Sisters. We went all over the place to secure amazing sights and create wonderful memories. We visited Scenic World and enjoyed a one on one historical tour of the mine and it’s workings. We stopped for lunch at Leura and then back up the mountains! We did call in again at the Three Sisters on our way home but it was still very misty and it wasn’t to be! I cannot recommend Chappo highly enough. His personality, knowledge and passion for Mountains was amazing.

I went on this full day tour with my partner and my mum and I can say it was the best tour I’ve been on. From the start, Chapo our host was in fine form giving us a full Australia history lesson as we drove up the blue mountains. The stories he has are inspiring and adds to the overall experience. The views are spectacular and with chapos experience he knew exactly where to go. The tour was never rushed and you have plenty of time to see the views and experience the rides at scenic world. The final part was a trip to featherdale an animal sanctuary were we saw all types of animals including a photo with a koala. The overall experience was brilliant and the best part was Dave with his fake cockatoo’s all lined up lol. I would highly recommend this trip and ask chapo about the kookaburra bird sounds!! This is from the Sydney Jamieson family, Donna, Ian & Kathleen

The Jamieson family 💕 I’ll never forget you. We brought your dads memory to the entire group. I’m glad you found me inspiring that’s the greatest compliment of all. You may be back home now and Australia just a memory but I know it’s the greatest memory. Oh and Dave and his cockatoos are still working hard to impress our international community.
