          Amazing trip
One of the loveliest trip have made, the bus trip compliment everything,Paul thumbs up 👍 you are amazing, you win the tour guide of the year, the way you presented the whole trip was more than we could ask for. Despite the weather beeing bad, you still made it work with the exemplary review of the history of Sydney, the cruise eventually capped it with the wonderful lunch on board, thanks to the entire team. Asked if l could do it? My answer is definitely yes and yes ,we we're able to capture memorable moments from the harbour Bridge and the Opera house .

          Entertaining and engaging tour
Graham, our tour guide was friendly an well-informed. He gave us great tips on other sites in Sydney that we might be interested and the best way to see them.

          Failure to Honour Booking
AEA failed to pick us up at 07.10 this morning. They said Trailfinders had cancelled. Trailfinders called and they confirmed not cancelled and they also spoke with AEA. Either way pretty grim experience. Up at 07.10 no trip and no solution from AEA. The trip might be good but they have got to collect you first

          Great tour
Nigel was a great tour guide. Loved that he imparted his local knowledge about Sydney - in addition to the sites it was nice to get a feel for some of the neighborhoods in Sydney

          Check the weather before leaving!!
Our driver Hedler was wonderful and did everything he could to make our Blue Mountains day tour good BUT the weather was awful so we saw nothing. All the look out points were covered in clouds and even the botanic gardens were impossible to visit (the one indoor exhibit was closed). Other buses at least had umbrellas for their guests. The weather should have been checked by the tour company before we departed and we should have been given an option - other tours we have taken gave partial reimbursements when the weather did not permit the full experience. Given the option my husband and I would not have wanted to spend the day on a bus to see clouds and would have happily done ANYTHING else in Sydney on our last day. SUPER disappointed!

Excellent overview of Australian Wildlife and Nature
We had a wonderful time on this tour! It was a great way to see some of the beautiful wildlife and scenery outside of Sydney, especially since we had limited time. The weather was a bit overcast and rainy, but we still got to enjoy many of the sights. Helder was an excellent tour guide! He kept everyone engaged throughout with details about the sights, historical information about Australia, and local recommendations. He also did a great job offering alternate options when the weather shortened some of our stops.

          Full Sydney Experience
Nigel was excellent tour guide. Enjoyed being on the water and seeing Sydney from a different perspective. Only suggestion - boat greeters need to pay attention and communicate more clearly when participants are boarding the ship. A few people tripped and could have taken a tumble

          No help in tough situation
All was fine until I tested positive for Covid 22 hours before the scheduled tour. I immediately notified AEA Luxury Tours that even though I wasn't horribly sick, my wife and I shouldn't go on the small bus tour to protect the health of others. AEA Luxury Tours was not helpful at all and borderline rude - their response was basically "tough luck" no refund. Went on to whine to me about how they are a family business blah, blah, blah... I was just trying to do the right thing but they wanted no part in helping us out. Other tour companies we had scheduled the following two days were much, much more understanding and helpful. I guess this company is ok if you have no problems but...

          Think twice
The tour guide was not good. He didn't clean the used water bottles from the prior tour group, nor did he offer our group any water, which per description should have been included. He would talk about sites without pointing them out to us. He was frazzled because of the weather, but even after it stopped raining he didn't improve.

          Touring Sydney with Sam
We were only in Sydney for a couple of days, so we wanted to see/do as much as we could in our short time. Our tour guide Sam J. Was just what we needed to get a taste (history, sights, culture, etc.) of Sydney. Sam took us all around Sydney, giving us the best vantage points for photos, showing us interesting historical sites and even brought sone Australian foods (ex. Lychees) for us to sample. Sam was fun, engaging, and informative. We have to give him the highest marks..it was one of the best tours we’ve been on.

          Disappointing, uncomfortable and frustrating
The trip was 9 hours in length and we were on the crowded mini bus for 5 of those hours. Due to the extreme fog in the mountains we were unable to view any of the sites that had been advertised. While I understand that one cannot control the weather the tour company was able to tell us on pick up that it would be challenging to see the views that day as it was predicted the weather was settling in. We would have appreciated the opportunity to cancel or rebook. No such offer was given. Throughout the day the guide kept making statements like “to your right you will see . . .” When of course there was nothing to see. At two of the stops we were able to go into very crowded visitor’s centres and see videos or pictures of what we were missing. Very disappointing and a waste of a valuable vacation day.

Really good tour, spoiled only slightly by the smoke from the bush fires. Our guide was entertaining and knowledgeable. Because of the fires we weren’t able to visit the Botanical gardens. But had many stops at viewpoints. The trip included lunch at the Hydro Majestic we both had Meat Pie and Pavlova and really enjoyed it .A really good tour, thank you Tyler

Our guide Paul was very knowledgeable & he shared lots of little stories about many of the sights we saw. This tour was a good overview of what the Blue Mountain area has to offer. Beautiful scenery, interesting walks, & entertaining commentary. Loved the "farm " visit as it was the only opportunity to see Australian animals!Lunch spot was excellent with good views & tasty food. We saw some of the devastation from the bush fires & this gives a tourist a good perspective.

A very comfortable bus with 8 people in our group. Our tour guide, Dane, was extremely knowledgeable, loaded with facts, making for a very interesting tour. First stop was at Featherdale Wildllife Park where we had our photo taken with a Koala and saw up and close many native birds and animals. The remainder of the tour took us through the Jamison Valley in the Blue Mountains with several stops to take in the views. A delicious lunch at an historic hotel and a final stop at the Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens. I highly recommend this tour.

I took two tours with this company and was pleased with both. The first was a half-day "Panoramic Sydney" tour with driver Paul. He was knowledgeable, well organized, and a good driver. The second was an all-day "Blue Mountains Wildlife Day" tour with driver Steve. He was excellent, and managed to get us early to all the stops so we beat the crowds. The highlight for us was a visit to the Featherdale Wildlife Park to see koalas, etc. We visited several lookouts in the mountains, stopped for lunch at the Boiler Room, and visited the botanic gardens. It was a full day, but broken up well so that we didn't feel cooped up on the bus.

What a great tour! We had the best guide, Mario, who went above and beyond -- literally! My hat flew off in a gust of wind, and over the cliff. Mario actually lied down on the ground at the edge and reached to a ledge and rescued the hat! He was fabulous overall too --lots of great info on Australia and his recommendations at lunch were spot on! (best ice cream ever). The farm visit was also a highlight.
