- karenkX5575KL00No. 1 Work Christmas party lunchWe had our first ever Work Christmas Cruise. We all paid for it ourselves, seemed a little expensive at the time, but as soon as we stepped foot on board, we knew it was value for money. We had the drinks package, and it was excellent value. The waiters kept asking us if we needed more drinks, and were bringing them to our table very efficiently. I have done 10 other Harbour Cruises at night, but they were nowhere near this standard. I received quotes from other operators, but felt this was the best, and I was right.
- CindyC441700Nice trip but food was mediocre. Crew and service goodTrip was nice. Mediocre food which was more or less expected for tours of this type. Crew was nice and service good. The dessert was the best part
- Dream1813685530600Enjoyable eveningA great night seeing Sidney from a different perspective and getting a view of landmarks not otherwise available. Food was delicious as well.
- I6291AGvictorian00Taronga ZooThank you very much, I enjoyed my day at Taronga Zoo, which has a wide range of animals and is excellently curated enabling visitors to learn a lot. My favourite animal sightings were the tigers, elephants, koalas and kangaroos.
- philhK2459HG00See the big sights.Very restful, saw most of the big sights, great service from all staff. Comfortable and staff were very attentive.
- jameswM4879XN00Taronga Zoo Tour & Sydney HarbourThe Taronga Zoo is a great place to explore and see all the animals while in the Sydney area. If you go with children, you could easily spend a full day there. They also have a hotel at the zoo, in case you wanted to do night walks to see the nocturnal animals in their natural habitat. That would be very cool to do also! I would definitely recommend this trip, but depending upon your available time, you may want to take a regular taxi ferry, as they run more frequently than the Captain Cook Cruises.
- charlesbC2418BS00fantastici can not fault this two hour cruise from being greeted by the crew the service from the staff to the magnificent Boat /Ship and of course the Beautifull Sydney Harbour Views and the Price very reasonable including two beverages each plus cheese platter , i hope fully will be doing another cruise with some of my family Christmas Eve . PS thank you to the crew for going out of their way to make us Enjoy our selves
- suekU6220FS00Easy way to see Australian animals and others right in SydneyTaking the ferry to the zoo makes for a fun day. There are also great views of the city from the zoo itself. Taronga is somewhat spread out, but you can see most of it in about 4 hours. At the moment, they seem to have several exhibits undergoing renovations, so they seem to be continually improving the facilities. KIds would really enjoy doing this while in Sydney!
- 513LouiseC00Sydney Harbour sunset cruiseThe dinner was excellent catered very well for the vegan in our party. All the food was great. Called a sunset cruise but actually we boarded at 5pm so arrived back before sunset having said that the views of the city, Sydney Harbour bridge and the Opera House were spectacular. Well worth doing.
- Allison F00Nice way to see SydneyLovely tour! Short ferry ride to each stop, where you could wander as you wished. Zoo was very nice and we also stopped at Watson’s Bay which was a cute small town.
- R8327OQginag00A Must See for Animal LoversFantastic way to spend an afternoon after taking the ferry over from Circular Quay. The zoo had a wonderful variety of animals from different continents. The zoo was very clean and had adequate bathroom stations and water bottle filling stations as well. We were able to take in the Free Flight bird show. It was fantastic. The show with the seals was also enjoyable. Unbelievable views back toward Sydney Harbour from vistas within the zoo. Nice photo shots. Would suggest some better signage from the lower part of the zoo where are you depart from the ferry to get up to the area of the zoo by the upper main entrance. Existing Signage was a little confusing.
- TravellerLoggy00Disappointed this timeI went whale watching with Captain Cook back in 2016 and had a great time. We rebooked for today which left us very disappointed as we are at the end of our Australia trip and really wanted to see whales close up before we go home. Firstly, the cruise was booked for 1:15, we did not leave the port until after 1:30. Whereas other companies nearby which were also booked for 1:15 left boarded prior to this time and left the port at 1:15. Following a fellow passenger suffering with sea sickness just as we got out to sea, we returned to Watson's Quay to allow them off the boat with several other passengers. I could not hear what was being said over the speaker at any point outside as it was not loud enough, so had to ask staff when we stopped at Watsons Quay what on earth was going on. We were first told that we would be returning to Circular Quay and could enquire with the booking office to explore our options. However I was then advised that we were going back out whale watching following the drop off at Watsons Quay. They did not mention at this point that this would be for about 15 minutes (having lost about an hour of the trip returning the unwell customer back to the quay and then getting back out to sea) and we would still be returning to Circular Quay at the same time as previously planned, I wrongly assumed that we would be allowed a little more time. We did thankfully see a couple of whales, but just their fins surfacing from the water, however we did not have time to hang around in the area and wait for any more to resurface due to the rush to get back to Circular Quay. I would recommend that others book with other companies who offer 3 hour trips as it gives you a bit more time to see the whales, and should anything go wrong, it will hopefully mean you're not rushing back. These companies also seemed to set off from Circular Quay before us, despite having the same booking time. The problems above were clearly not the staff on boards fault, but I just feel as though the situation could have been handled better and communicated better with the remaining customers on board.
- johnrU1679CX00Absolutely amazing!Really good crew, great commentary with plenty of whale facts, crew was happy to chat with passengers too. Would highly recommend
- Tourist5420278141300Expensive and disappointingOverpriced venue with some really rude staff especially the filipino bar manager who walks around like a storm trooper. Meals were little more than snacks , I asked for a med well steak which was a piece of meat about the size of a 50 cent coin and no joke it was charcoaled and bar prices were high as well and for the $140 price per person without any drinks im sure you could find better value for money! Only redeeming factor was the first officer upstairs who was friendly and great to talk to which made the outing a little better
- danielmZ7863KC00Lovely celebrationHad a love time with my partner. At the time of booking I was a little hesitant, but my expectations were met and we celebrated our special occasion very well. I loved the food selection and selection of wines. Views were amazing too

Somewhat of a disappointment. The boat itself wasn’t bad. A little worn but nothing too bad. The main problem I had was the filthy windows. We paid a premium price for an inside space to view the sites of the harbor, but literally could not talk a photo through the streaked and dirty windows. Also, there was not commentary unless you download an app and listen through you phone. If you didn’t bring ear buds this was sort of useless. The food offerings were okay and reasonably priced. All in all not a terrible disappointment but certainly not what we had expected ether.

This 2 hour Sydney Harbour Cruise is very informative and enjoyable. The tour guide narrated everything we were seeing giving history of the area along with current events. She was very personable and would walk around the deck and answer questions. The boat was very comfortable and the ride very smooth. The scenery was beautiful and many wonderful opportunities for pictures of the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. Snacks, coffee, and tea were provided. It was a very pleasant experience.

Our cruise was cancelled twice. Such a waste of half a day. Our guided tour cruise with charcuterrie and champagne was scheduled for 2pm. We got our tickets early at 12:30 pm. We were told to board at the dock at 1:50pm. We waited at the dock at 1:50pm until a few minutes after 2pm to find out that it was cancelled because of engine problems. The office rescheduled our cruise to 3:30pm. We walked around until then. We watched the boat arrive and unload passengers. As we were about to board, the staff told us that our 3:30pm cruise was cancelled because they ran out of food. They offered us a full refund and a free rocket express cruise at 3:50pm. The rocket express cruise was not a guided tour. It was literally a ferry service to Manly Beach, Watson Bay, and Shark Island. We couldn't get off the boat until we returned to Circular Quay at 5:30pm. I would recommend booking a tour with another company rather than dealing with the cancellations. The only positive was that they didn't fight us on getting a full refund. However, we wasted 5 hours when we were in Sydney for only 2 days. Definitely could've spent our time elsewhere.

We specifically wanted a cruise during the daytime that did NOT involve a meal, and this tour fit the bill. It was a beautiful day to sit on the upper deck and see the entire Sydney Harbor, with excellent commentary by the Captain Cook guide, Elizabeth. She not only pointed out landmarks, but included very interesting historical facts and stories that made the cruise very enjoyable. So enjoyable that we never went down to the dining room to partake of the coffee and sweets that were included in our tour! I would highly recommend this tour, no matter how much time you have to spend in Sydney.

Lovely 90 minute cruise onboard the Captain Cook. The cheese platter was fabulous and the glass of wine included was average but appreciated. For $55 it was good value but we were very disappointed there was no commentary. We tried to listen with the app but it was slightly difficult to follow and not loud enough for us all to listen. It would of been anti social if we all used air buds. Overall staff, vessel, value & experience was great.

This is a 2 hour tour of the Sydney Harbour. The tour guide provided a lot of interesting information about the Harbour and all of the surrounding area. It gives a visitor an idea of how big the Harbour is. It also give good views of the buildings built on the Harbour. A good tour for any visitor to Sydney.

The cruise is a relaxing tour around the harbour of Sydney which took us about 2 hours. A tour guide explained history and scenic places as we drove along. At the start of the tour we were handed a glass of sparkling wine each and coffee was free throughout the tour. A great and relaxing start into the day or the Sydney holiday.

Did the morning Harbour Story cruise with free tea, coffee and biscuits. Had a very enjoyable 2 hours. The lady (don’t know her name) told us all about the history and local stories etc. Just the right length (2 hours). Gorgeous views of the harbour, Opera House, bridge etc. Well worth fitting this in if you can

Loved the harbour cruise. It was just the right amount of time. It could be said that the interior of the ferry was a bit outdated, but that was not the primary reason. Staff were very helpful and obliging at each stage. Great views of Sydney.

Nice ride to see the main Harbour with the bridge and Opera House. The tour takes you a bit behind the Opera then comes back and passes down the bridge and goes to Darling Harbour where it stays for 10 mins there. Then back again to the main Harbour with the bridge and Opera house. Fast and nice to take some photos and videos or to enjoy for 1h and 20 mins.

We will be staying at the Holiday Inn at Darling Harbour. Can we get on the tour there? or would we miss too much of the sightseeing.
