- Our bus transfers are a complimentary service, pickup is available from two different hotels ONLY where guests will be transferred back to Circular Quay after the flight. Transfers are operated on a fixed timetable and are independent to our helicopter flying schedule therefore guests may encounter a waiting period before or after their flight. Alternatively, a taxi can be ordered by Sydney Helitours staff upon request at the guests own expense.

- We operate Robinson helicopters that have a maximum seat limitation of 135kg (297lbs), passengers in excess of this weight will be required to fly in the Eurocopter helicopter which will incur additional cost (subject to the number of passengers travelling).
- All passengers will be weighed upon check in. Bookings for four guests are more than 360kg may also need to upgrade to a larger EC130 (additional costs and payable direct to the supplier)
- Helicopters are collapsible wheelchair accessible, however the pilot is unable to assist passengers with boarding and disembarking due to occupational, health and safety regulations.
- Courtesy transfer is available from selected City hotels. Once accommodation details are provided we will arrange the closest available option to where you are staying.
- You will receive confirmation of your flight time and scheduled pickup time from a City hotel (if required) via email.
- If you do not require transfer or are staying in an area outside the City you can make your own way to our base, check-in is 30 minutes prior to the confirmed departure time.
- Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

- If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

- freckletonchippy500Not as good as Serenity in Vegas. So DISAPPOINTEDFirstly, Avitor didn't inform us what the pick it time was, so we had to pay $50 for a cab to take us to the airfield. All we were told was the start time for the flight was 10.30. When we got to the airfield we were informed tis situation had happened a few times in the past few days. The copter ride was good but the commentary was poor. Mainly telling us what the beaches were, the obvious sights were the Opera house and the Sydney Bridge. So all in all, disappointed.

- 475rudyh00Awesome tourI had a great time here, abit boring during the flight cuz the pilot abit busy with trafic and all so no explanation at all where we are or the great spot to look at, even while we seeing a marathon happening, but nothing from the pilot to make it interesting flight. However the flight it self is so smooth and the pilot handle really well, not making any sudden movement that make it scary, so its best in handling but need more abit talkactive so we can be more willing to spend more on other tour that this helitour offer.

What an amazing experience. It seemed a lot of money but I don't regret a penny. Pick up was on time, nice settling period at the airport. A moment of concern when I realised how small the helicopter was. It was just my husband and I on the trip so he had front seat and I was more than happy to sit behind. Take off was a bit scary, having never been in a helicopter before - you really get a sense of speed and height. We had two laps of the harbour before travelling up the coast towards the Hunter Valley. The pilot was brilliant, pointing out landmarks and answering questions. Felt like celebrities arriving for lunch. First class table and wonderful food with views over the vineyard valley. Ideallic. Brave enough for the front seat on return journey.
Yes, expensive but if you want to tick off the bucket list then this experience would be hard to beat. Beats 4 hrs in a stuffy bus!

Really great staff and service. Efficient and helpful. Beautiful tour as well. Helicopter was well-maintained. Our pilot also did well in explaining the sights around Sydney before we landed.
