I booked a tour for snorkeling and this company took me and my son out snorkeling on August 18, 2019. The weather conditions, current and tide in the water were too dangerous to enjoy snorkeling. The tide swept me over coral which scratched me and the sand and current did not

Crystal, we're very sorry about the situation First of all, the safety of our visitors comes first, so we stick to the instructions that the Harbour Master tells us about the feasibility of the departure of the boats. However, sometimes it is not possible to prevent the weather from changing unexpectedly. So thanks to your comment, we will make sure that a situation that is uncomfortable for our customers doesn't happen again.

For the security of the reefs, the flora and the fauna, it's important to swim to the reef, in that way we don't harm them anymore. We hope we can see you again in other native park. 😊
