Incredibly authentic and fun experience - can not recommend this enough.

We had original booked the experience for our second day in Rome but unfortunately missed our train to Frascati so missed the experience - Simon was incredibly understanding and allowed us to reschedule for another day we had free at no extra cost which I’m so glad was possible as we had the best time!

We started out with a short tour of Frascati and some of the history about the town before heading to the wine tasting and pasta making.
The class is hosted by a local family who were all so welcoming, chatty and informative. This was by far one of my favourite activities I did in Rome.

This is also a much cheaper alternative to other pasta making classes and wine tastings, however this definitely does not reflect on the quality. Can not recommend it enough - we loved the wine so much we bought a bottle of each to take back home with us!

Irene arrived to greet us shortly after our train arrived (make sure to be on time because we left right away). She gave a charming tour of Frascati including some history of the nearby castle (Princess Diana's cousin was married in Frascati's castle).

After arriving at the Pasta making venue, everyone was invited to try the local wines (my wife and I don't drink so we drank Fanta; but everyone seemed to love the wines). You'll get to try a red and a white wine.
Irene walked and coached us through making pasta from scratch -- it was fun, relaxed, and charming to be there.

The pasta itself was fantastic and my wife and I are excited to do it at home. The pasta sauces and our guide was excellent. Irene is the best and a fantastic host.

I highly recommend this experience for anyone traveling to Rome!

The pasta making experience was one of our highlights of our Italy trip. We booked this to do something outside of Rome and couldn't of asked for more. We met Simone at the train station and our group of 8 walked back with him to Tinello 28 where we had glass of white wine and red wine. Both wines were wonderful and tasted great. We had some time to talk with other at our table as he talked to us about his families wine making history.
We then began the process for making pasta and had a great time making our food.
Once everything was cooked our food was delicious and having a bottle of wine to wash it all down was fantastic.

Better than expected, this is a must do excursion. We went as a party of 4 and had an amazing laugh from start to finish. Angelo was very informative and entertaining. We now know how to make great pasta from scratch and will def make it at home.
Wine tasting was great also and we bought 2 bottles to drink at home

I'd booked this for my first evening in Italy and I'm so glad I did. Frascati was beautiful and not far from Rome by train (which cost nothing to get a ticket on). Simone guided us from the station to the restaurant telling us the history of the area and how long wine making had been in Frascati. We were given a white and a red wine to try before our pasta making class which was great fun. We were talked through each step easily and then got to watch ours be cooked while enjoying more wine. You do everything at tables with others so you meet lovely people and enjoy the night with them. Definitely would recommend this

Great fun pasta making.
Tried 2 wines - would have been good to have more included.
Wine after that we needed to buy.
Your starts in Frascati - so you need to make your way there - 30 min train from
Termini

I enjoyed my pasta making and wine tasting experience with Simone. He made the class so much fun! I loved the visit to the subterranean cave. He shared the family history and his love for making pasta.

I appreciate Simone for allowing me to reschedule after missing my train ride. He was extremely understanding.

You will enjoy the pasta making and the pasta dish created yourself!!! ❤️🇮🇹🍷

Taking this class was an experience my friends and I will always remember. Simone gave us an authentic Italian experience paired with fabulous wine. Simone's knowledge of his family history and experience in the kitchen brought an enjoyable presence to the class. He guided us through the pasta-making process in a way where it made everyone's dish feel like a winner. He also kindly stepped in when it looked like someone needed help without controlling or taking away from the customer's experience. Everyone should take some time to make some pasta in Frascati. Thank you, Simone, for a wonderful experience.

We had an amazing time at the pasta making experience. The food was delicious, the staff were so friendly and the wine was amazing.

Would absolutely recommend and excellent value too at 3 euros per extra glass (we all got very drunk) :)
