I had a mistake.
I got the day wrong, and I got the audio tickets for Sunday. I realized just after I paid. I requested, assuming my mistake, that I be changed to today Monday. Being downloadable audio, and understanding that you can get the date wrong, marking “today” instead of “tomorrow”. Well, they did NOT meet my request, and I lost 55€. I find customer service disastrous. I think I'll stop using Tripadvisor
