Great trip up to the Dandenong hills. Coach driver Matt was a laugh a minute, great personality and informative too. Puffing Billy steam train ride through the hills then a stop at Healesville wildlife sanctuary

What a wonderful trip! Our lovely guide,Gary, could not have been more friendly and helpful in making sure our day was memorable. Sovereign Hill was worth the trip and the volunteers simply amazing and stayed in character. The underground tour was fascinating and the volunteer very knowledgeable! The trip was lovely with Gary giving information and a little drive through Ballarat also. Would highly recommend this trip and company!

Our whole family had a great time on this tour! The Puffing Billy railway was a blast, and the conductor Rob happened to be in our carriage and provided interesting details about the trains and surrounding area. At the Healesville Sanctuary we saw at least 6 koalas, several kangaroos, wallabies, echidnae, a platypus, and more, and the sanctuary staff were friendly and knowledgeable. But perhaps most importantly, our tour guide Gina was incredible — she was friendly from the moment she picked us up, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and kept us on schedule. Thank you for a great day, Gina! Tip: plan for unpredictable weather!

Tour was changed without contacting me by phone, even though the booking requires phone number so they can contact you. Was placed on a tour I had no interest in and only became aware of it when what the tour guide was talking about didn’t marry up with what I had booked and paid for. Further to this, the original booking included a meal, which the changes booking did not, so we had to make unplanned alternative arrangements. Very disappointing.

Trip was great and it was good even if traveling with small children. The timetable and scheduled of the trip was well planned. Tour guide Michael was great!

Tour guide Darren was so nice to show us around and he actually remembers our name and will check on us if having a good time. the Guide fom Sovereign Hill Debbie was also so professional that she told us so many fun facts about the past gold mining experience. The whole tour was so interesting and educational with a unique experience in learning about gold mining in the past.

Phillip Island and French Island Wildlife Expedition You just can't beat the experience. We signed up for this trip and couldn't have been happier. The tour was well organised, all pickups and transfers were clearly explained and went off without an issue. Matt was the ultimate tour guide and driver. He made everything fun and kept us all in good spirits. The king of Dad jokes also had a resume, which allowed him to give us great insight into the area, its history, flora, and fauna. 15 years as a tour guide, and the history of research in this field meant he could tell you anything you wanted to know. Don't be mistaken people there is brains behind the beauty. The trip to French Island was fantastic. Our guide was Scott, who served with Vic Parks for 20 or 30 years, and much of this was involved with ecological projects on the island. Eradication of invasive species, koala population management, and many more. We also visited a farmhouse with a local who shared her experiences living in a community that is totally off the grid. You'll also see all the koalas you could hope for. Finally, on to Phillip Island! The Penguin viewing, which was like a dream. The facilities are first class, the staff are friendly and very interactive, and the penguins are the star of the night. You can't ask for a better time. What a unique experience within Melbourne. The train ride was fantastic, such a unique way to see the countryside, and getting to sit on the window ledge was so much fun. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a unique view of Melbourne.

Would highly recommend this tour. This was a great day trip, suitable for everyone of all ages including our children ages 4-9. Bus was comfortable and clean, Puffing Billy was a great experience (especially hanging our legs out of the train), and the Animal Sanctuary was one of the most well maintained and friendliest zoos I’ve ever been to. Sam was a great host! Friendly, informative and great with the kids. Thanks for having us Sam 😀

Me and my wife had a cool, nice avenger on are way to puffin Billy and wildlife sanctuary this past Wednesday with one of the best tour guy Gerry yes with a G that what he say and we laugh all the way to our tour thanks to my guy. Great day trip. Aside from the penguins and the train we were able to make multiple stops along the way to visit beaches and see the amazing views. Our tour guide Sam went above and beyond with his knowledge and making sure we got to see all the best stops. Would definitely recommend.

We took a lot photos, enough time for us to see an awesome views and the tour arrangement so good! The tour guide Mr.Sam so funny and patience, I’m really appreciate and thanks for him driving safety😂

The time spent on each stop is fair enough so we can enjoy our lunch and doing sightseeing at different spots and taking great photos, Sam is our guide and he’s very nice. Besides sharing story about loch ard gorge with us, he also helped to “scan” a wild koala for us :)))
