My friend and I went on this tour and had an outstanding time! From the moment our tour guide opened the doors to the second he dropped us off was amazing. I felt so welcomed and relaxed. We had tons of laughs, wine and cheese. The lunch was great too. I couldn’t have asked for better. It was the highlight of my trip to Perth! Thanks so much!

Claude of Out & About Wine Tours was an excellent tour guide - knowledgeable and passionate. He remembered the names of everybody in our group (around 20 people) and shared friendly banter throughout to make the experience more personable and enjoyable. The only downside is that the tour was not culturally-appropriate at times - i.e. describing colonial history. I believe the tour could be improved if the history of just the wine specifically was talked about, or otherwise a disclaimer be provided prior to booking that colonial history will be talked about.

We had a wonderful day with wine/cheese tastings at small/large establishments, including a lovely lunch. We finished at a brewery & chocolate factory. Thanks to Claude for an entertaining & well organised tour. Colin & Marilyn

The best wine tour I’ve ever done to date! Transport was great we were picked up on time and bus was comfortable and cool. All the wineries were beautiful and we had generous portions for tasters. We also had cheese boards and chocolate tasting. Claude was our driver and he made the day! He was efficient but his fun attitude and banter made the day so enjoyable. Couldn’t reccomend this one more :)

What a wonderful experience! My husband and I had the best day out. Our tour guide Claude was tops - witty, knowledgeable and amiable. The wines, cheeses and other food we sampled throughout the day were all exceptional. We also met some lovely people and felt we were part of a fun community. We highly recommend this tour. Amazing day out touring the Swan Valley. If there was an Olympic medal for tour guides, Claud would win gold. Claud was so knowledgeable of the area and humorous with it too, and remembered everyone’s names on the tour! We visited some lovely wineries and had a great lunch at The Abbey. Thank you Claud for deviating from the pick up stop to collect us ,due to our travel plans being derailed by train line disruptions, we truly appreciated it. I have been on a number of wine tours now with Out and About and they always deliver!

AMAZING! We had such a great day with Claude. He was an excellent tour guide, extremely attentive and involved in our experience. I think I speak for everyone today (17.11.24) when I say that it was a perfect day out. Wines, cheese, lunch and chocolate, what more could you ask for! We will be back with friends and family! We’ve done the Swann valley wine tour a few times when family visit. It is a great day out. Claud is a great driver keeping everyone entertained and very knowledgeable of the area and the wineries. Highly recommended

If you are going to visit the swan valley wineries, do your self a favor and use “out and about tours”, it’s our third time with them and each time has been top notch, Claud, our driver and owner was terrific, remembered everyone’s name and even laughed at our bad jokes, he kept everyone involved and was very informative too. Well done Claud, see you next time round.
