      Excellent Tour of the Blues!
I highly recommend Emu Trekkers! While traveling Australia, I had been looking for hiking tours that were more than just bus stops and scenic lookouts, so I was so happy to discover this guiding group! You actually hike and get to see the Blue Mountains with guides who know the area well. The guides, Keyvan and Peter, were so friendly, and fun, and catered the day to everyone's hiking capabilities. Also, the not-for-profit's mission is amazing, so happy to support their cause and have the proceeds go towards Australia UNICEF! Thank you Emu Trekkers!

Beautiful day in the Blue Mountains!
The day in the Blue Mountains was great! We were with a nice group and our guide, Kate, was super knowledgeable and friendly. I liked that Emu Trekkers works with volunteers and for a good cause. I would strongly recommend joining them if you want to do a hike in the Blue Mountains to see the Three Sisters. My only constructive comment is that I thought the hike was a bit short (only 3h) considering that we travelled for approx. 5h to get there and back. I understand however that the tour needs to be accessible for all levels. Thanks Emu Trekkers for a beautiful day!

      Hike up The Three Sisters
I did this hike las Saturday with my partner. It was a very nice hike where not only you test your fitness but also meet people with very intersting stories. The group included couples, friends, solos of different age ranges and fitness which was good because everyone could follow their own pace without pressure. All the guides were really nice, we had 3 of them, one at front, another one in the middle of the group and one at the end. All of them are really good chatting, keeping you company if you are at a slow pace and showing you wildlife. They know the mountains and can spot wildlife easily. For the hike, is good that you come very well prepared with good shoes, food/snacks and water. Oh and don't forget warm but light clothes as this weekend was very windy. The hike was beautiful and green and we were able to see many waterfalls. Totally recommended!

Leura to 3 Sisters Trek 8.7.23
Such an amazing day! Our tour guides, Brad, Sarah & Tony were lovely and did a great job. Lots of knowledge of the beautiful birds we spotted along the way. We did the trek from Leura to the 3 Sisters and return. Majority of the trek was moderate and the stairs up to the 3 sisters was difficult but the guides were so supportive of niggling injuries and respectful of needing to pace ourselves. Overall a superb day, lovely group of trekkers & transport there & back was super easy. And the views and tranquility through this amazing location was unbeatable.

A fun weekend in the Blue Mountains
The Emu Trekkers Six Foot Track hiking trip is awesome. Well organised yet relaxed. The overnight accommodation and food (at the Eco Lodge) were perfect for bushwalkers looking for a rustic night in the bush. We ended the second day with a visit to the Dryridge Winery for lunch and wine tasting. Thank you for such a great experience, I highly recommend it.

Six Foot Track hike - thoroughly recommend it!
The Six Foot Track hike was a great experience. It was a quite steep & challenging downhill trail in the beginning, but the scenery was spectacular and it leveled out to be amongst undulating forest and creek crossings. The guides were great and the food and accommodation was just right. What a fantastic showcase of the best of Australian bush experiences. Raising money for a good cause, UNICEF was an added bonus. Well done guys!

      Six Foot Track and winery!
Amazing trip to the beautiful Blue Mountains. I’ve wanted to walk the Six Foot Track for years and this was a way to do so with a stay in an eco lodge so a light backpack! The group and the leaders were all lovely, the food was delicious and the accomodation comfortable. Gorgeous scenery with a 14km hike the first day then a comfortable 7km on day 2 ending with ploughman’s lunch and wine tasting. Excellent weekend for friends, couples or by yourself if you like bushwalking.

Sydney Harbour Spit Bridge to Manly Hike/Walk
The sun was shining, it was a beautiful day when we embarked on our first time to do the famous 'Spit to Manly' hike/walk even though we are Sydney-siders. We were not disappointed and now that we've done it, we'll be doing it again! It was good to be introduced to this walk by the experienced EmuTrekkers volunteers. They met us outside Wynyard Station where we caught the bus to the Spit Bridge. We then walked over the bridge and then the adventure began where we walked under it and got off the road on a trail walk from there on till we reached Manly. The path was well laid out. It was such a beautiful, picturesque walk. I couldn't stop remarking how scenic and colourful it was. This is what makes Sydney so special and you have to walk it to get the most out of it. A car ride is no comparison. We saw native lizards and plants which were all pointed out by our volunteer hosts. We had a nice chat on the way discussing whatever came into our heads. It was very pleasant and relaxed. We stopped for lunch at Clontarf Beach Reserve at a picnic table and ate our brought lunch. There were a couple of lookouts and many photo opportunities and we weren't rushed. I'd recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the best Sydney has to offer in natural sights including harbour views with ferries and yachts. It was a 10km hike and walk with some steps so you need a moderate level of fitness. One or two 600ml bottles of water were enough for me. If you like seeing picturesque sights and nature, you will really love this tour.

      Hike in the Blue Mountains
Beautiful hike with many amazing viewpoints and waterfalls. Perfect for people new to hiking or solo travelers wanting to hike in a group. Very nice and knowledgable guides. Good to see that the bushfires have not affected this hike. Recommended!!

      The waterfalls are back
Went on a hike with the EMU Trekkers in the 16/02. Right after the massive rain. It was absolutely stunning to be able to see the waterfalls and the mist they created that day. Haven't seen them like that in a long time so it was very refreshing. Had some very knowledgeable guides that knew a lot about the different plants and birds.

      Beautiful and Rewarding Hike
A beautiful hike exploring a part of the blue mountains. The hike down ( and back up) to Empress falls was excellent. It got us beyond the normal tourist look out points to experience the mountains more intimately, The volunteer guides were well informed and did a great job with the group. I was also impressed that this trip is led by a not for profit organization where profits go to children charities.

What a great hike! Only a stones throw from sydney CBD. With an easy train ride away from Sydney we disembarked in the midst of the Royal National Park. After following the rugged coast for 10km we got the chance to walk beneath the canopy, grassy plains and lunch on the beach. Our guides Sandra and Tad were fantastic and provided us with information on the cabin communities and the 'widow maker' eucalyptus.
We got to cool off in the ocean at Garie beach so don't forget your swimmers!

What a great way to see Sydney’s beautiful bush land and natural wonders! The Royal National Park walk takes you through different kinds of vegetation before ending up at the lovely Garie Beach, giving all visitors a glimpse into the diverse range of plant and animal life that Sydney boasts. The guides are great, and are very familiar with the area, meaning that you get the best experience possible! I would highly recommend using Emu Trekkers to anyone interested in exploring Sydney and contributing to a great cause!
