Excellent tour. Guide was multi-lingual and took time to explain in both Italian and English, although this meant people had to be patient. This is a way to get to know the city history through its monuments and public spaces, and put in context the construction you still see going on everywhere, fifteen years after the 2009 earthquake.

Interesting tour full of interesting ideas.
The Guide was a very knowledgeable girl and helped to considerably increase the cultural and historical level of the artistic beauties visited.
Highly recommended to learn more about L'Aquila and appreciate its beauty and particularity.

L'Aquila is a wonderful flower in rebirth that deserves a visit and on the electric shuttle of the company of these young willing citizens you can buy a thousand points. In addition to telling us the history and traditions of the place, our guide Mariangela spoke to us about the inhabitants' desire for rebirth after the earthquake. To say that this is a 10/10 service is an understatement! Keep it up!

beautiful city, to discover, very prepared Guide. We visited the city in about an hour and a half, for us it was optimal as the girls (and her husband) were not bored and did not complain all the way. For those who have a limited time like us (for logistics and for endurance) excellent choice.
Too bad we didn't go down to the Spanish fortress to take some pictures.

Best way to see the highlights of this beautiful midievil town. Maria, our guide, spoke fluent English and was extremely knowledgeable about the history of L'Aquila and the sights we stopped at. She gave us as much time as we need to see each stop and accompanied us inside to show us particular interests in each building.

This tour was worth every penny. Our guide, Maria, shared with us the history of L'Aquila and its many earthquakes, plus told many stories and anecdotes about the various buldings and sites we visited. We want to go back on August 28-29, so we can earn plenary indulgences just by walking through the door of Basilica of Santa Maria di Collemaggio, as decreed by Pope Celestine V in 1295! The city has some challenges due to rebuilding after the last earthquake in 2009. Maria was delightful and informative. The shuttle was a perfect transport!

The visit to L'Aquila was much appreciated, a wonderful city from all points of view: historical, artistic, cultural and even gastronomic. Our guide beautifully illustrated the city's treasures to us with skill, competence and personal kindness. We will repeat the visit!

This is a wonderful way to get an overview of L'Aquila. Maria is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions in fluent English. The tour covered the high points, then she gave us recommendations of other places to go and eat in the city. Highly, highly recommended!

10/10 for an excellent and informative trip with an excellent English speaking guide. Bought us up to date with tetrodotoxin problems but left us with a very positive feeling about the future of his town. His knowledge was amazing and shared in an interesting way. We were not rushed in any way and we are grateful for his help/patience with the group. We worried it may have been cold on the day but the plastic curtains on the buggy made it ok. Will recommend the trip to others.

Our talented Guide and driver, made us discover L'Aquila, taking us through the streets of the city between history and visit to the main monuments.
In almost two hours she managed to make us appreciate every aspect of the city. Beautiful and appreciable idea of the Electric Shuttle, you move quickly and everywhere. It would have taken us a whole day to see the same things on our own.
    Thank you Mariangela!
