We spent 2 days with Khalid Alraqadi as our guide. Today We visited Opera House NIZWA souq NIZWA fort Aljabal AlAkhdar (mountain) Birkat AlMuz It was excellent. Khalid made our journey fabulous with his kind spirit, knowledge, suggestions. He took us to places where the tour buses don’t go and we saw scenery and sites that were amazing. He also took a lot of pictures which he shared with us. We would highly recommend Star Tours Oman and Khalid!!!

My son Matthew and I had an excellent 4 day tour of Oman with Star Tours and Hamood as our guide. Oman is a fascinating country with lots to see and Hamood was very knowledgeable when showing us round and explaining the culture and history. Also the car we travelled in was a highlight for me, a very nice Land Cruiser V8.

Excellent tour seeing mountains, hiking and swimming in Wadi Shab, visiting Turtle Beach (real turtles!), sunset and overnight in the desert camp, visiting historic sights and much more. During 3 days seeing the best of Oman outside the capital area. We had a friendly and caring guide and driver Khalil Aljabri with great knowledge of all aspects of life in Oman, introducing us to some very good selection of Omani food during our trip (sambusa, mandazi, luqaimat), preparing for us real tea in the desert dunes. Very good car and accommodations. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent tour with our very knowledgeable guide, Khalid Airaqadi. Our tour included : Grand mosque Mattrah Souq AlAlam palace National Museum ALmirani & AlJalali fort Khalid was very flexible in the schedule and we never felt like we were being rushed. He took lots of photos for us and even put together a short video as a memory. We are looking forward to being with Khalid again tomorrow!!!

We had had a fantastic day exploring the forts and castles around Nizwa. Our guide, Ahmed, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. In addition to explaining the various historical sites, Ahmed enthusiastically shared so many interesting insights into the Omani culture. We have a much better understanding and appreciation for this incredible country. Planning was very easy, logistics worked perfectly, and we had a great overall experience. We’d highly recommend Star Tour Oman and would strongly suggest asking for Ahmed!
