Pass By: Douglas Promenade, Douglas
After pick-up in Douglas we begin at the Grandstand and Start-Finish Line: marvel at the 100 year old scoreboard that is still in use. The 37.73 mile course passes through pretty villages, wooded valleys, and open countryside. It then climbs up to 1,400 feet to pass Snaefell then descends past the iconic Creg ny Baa pub to return to Douglas. We also visit the sites of the start of the very first TT in 1907 in St John's and its 1905 motorbike race predecessor. This is a very scenic tour in its own right and provides a great experience of the beauty and character of the Island.
