Our guide Karolis was perfect for the snowshoeing experience; he was funny, entertaining and full of knowledge and stories. We had a fabulous night with clear skies, plenty of stars, the northern lights, fantastic soup, great company, awesome warm thermal suits, and comfortable

Our group of 8, had an arctic and enjoyable evening with Carolis as our guide. He identified an excellent route to help us enjoy the expedition even in the conditions of considerable deep layer of fresh snow. We snowshoed for about 80 mins before breaking to take some photos

Hello Julia W, We have loved hearing feedback about how your experience with us was. We understand the frustration when mother nature has other plans in mind. The Star Walk is a night time snowshoeing hike, we are unable to control the clouds (unfortunately!) so we understand the disappointment you felt when there weren't stars, however sounds like you had extra fluffy snow, which would have made the snowshoeing much more enjoyable. Happy to hear that you enjoyed the factors that we can control, such as the service, our home-made food and your booking experience and we are happy to hear you had a positive experience with these points. These are all aspects that we can control and can improve on, feedback is so valuable to us. We hope to see you again in Tromso! Good luck with your future travels and adventures.

We had an engaging and enjoyable trip out with Carolis to do the snowshoeing 'star walk' activity, in a group of 8 people. Unfortunately there were no stars visisble due to the snowy conditions. There had been 30 cm plus fresh snowfall that day and it was still snowing when we

Dear Ellen thank you for coming back to our fabulous Star Walk, epic indeed! What an adventure it was, and so beautiful, our Facebook post (21.01.2019) is a great reminder of that memorable night. No northern lights but what a show from nature, with generous snow falls and sudden gaps in the clouds, clearing the view and revealing the moon and the stars and the fjords below. Thank you again for joining, and for your review!

Dear Hannah, I didn't know you had booked this tour to get out of your hotel room that night, it makes such a great story! There is nothing greater for a guide to give someone the best experience they've ever had. Although I have to say that even for me that night was incredible! A small group of friendly people, adventurous, enjoying the experience and visibly aware of how lucky we were of having such favorable conditions. And of course, reaching a mountain top 400 meters above sea level, and being surrounded by bright and fast-moving auroras is a one-in-a-lifetime experience for most human beings! I hope the memory of that adventure will accompany you for a long time, cheers!
