A good day out for your money
On the whole we enjoyed our day trip. They didn’t appear to be so strict on timings as they stated. We got there at the suggested time and there was a lot of hanging about. Lots of people rocked up near to departure time with no fuss made. The crew were friendly enough all throughout the day. We took up the option of the power boat ride which we did enjoy. Ian who ran it was fun and knowledgeable. However, the main boat did visit most of the places he’d been to but not with quite the amount of access. We also took the option of the trip around Gozo. This did seem a bit rushed but I guess they are trying to cram as much in as possible in the time allowed. There’s no mention of perhaps needing a towel or two so we were glad we’d taken our own as none were provided. The food and drinks were reasonably priced for such a trip. Considering the cost of the trip it was pretty good value for money

Only 10 min in Xlendi Bay. Other than that, great!
I really enjoyed this day. The deckchairs on the top of the boat were all taken by the time I boarded, but this didn't matter as it was a very long hot day and I was glad for the shade on the main deck. The Blue Lagoon at Comino was beautiful. It's a VERY small and crowded beach. If I had been there with a group or with children it might have been a bit annoying as there is literally no space on the beach for the amount of people that go there, but since I was on my own I just left my bag on a rock (there are also lockers available, or you can leave things on the boat if you prefer) and went for a long relaxing swim. Visiting the Citadel in Rabat/Victoria was the highlight of the day for me. The weather was extremely hot but there was enough time to take a slow walk up to the citadel and have a good look around, then explore the city centre for a bit afterwards. I would have liked a bit more time in Xlendi Bay. The itinerary here gives the wrong impression - we stopped there on the way to the city, not afterwards, and only stayed there 10 minutes, not 30. We parked at a lookout point and the driver literally said "You've got 10 minutes, take a picture". There wasn't time to walk down to the promenade. It felt a bit pointless going there at all really. That was the only downside of the tour. The boat staff were really lovely. Great playlist, Kevin!

      Perfect Day Trip
This was a fantastic day for my friends and I. The views were amazing and well worth the money! The staff on board were all polite and friendly, with food and drinks being really reasonable in price. We would definitely recommend spending the extra money and taking the speedboat tour as that was also a really fun experience with knowledgeable guides.

      Wandering Comino isle........
It's worth visiting Comino with its stunning Blue Lagoon and Crystal lagoon. The sea water is completely turquoise and still where you can swim and do snorkeling as well

      Amazing trip
Amazing trip, definitely recommend the additional speed boat trip and coach service into Gozo. Staff were amazing throughout. Slide into the blue lagoon was fun. Very good day out. Turn up early if you would like a top deck lounger as these go very quickly.

Amazing day out great value for money
Amazing day out! We were able to see so many things in one day! A packed activity day, the Blue Lagoon was the highlight of our trip. Would highly recommend the speed boat trip around the caves and the transfer to Victoria, had plenty of time to explore the Citadel, take plenty of pictures and grab food. The crew were so friendly and accommodating, they had great recommendations . I was originally quite anxious of what the vibe on the boat would be but it was so friendly, the crew had a big hand in this. My only complaint was that there isn’t a 2 day version of this cruise

      Simply breathtaking!
This was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Prior to the trip I had a few questions, my emails were responded to promptly and professionally by Katherine. The trip was wonderful, we got there super early to get top deck seats, which was worth it. The boat was busy but not overcrowded, but the majority got off at Gozo. My children aged 11 and 15 (strong swimmers) both really enjoyed their time too. I was expecting cheap nasty food, but was super impressed with the burger, hot dog and salad and so cheap too, 30 euros fed 4 of us. We stayed at Comino and although there's little to do on the island itself, it's nice for a walk, but to be honest, you'll want to spend the whole time snorkelling! Thank you so much Kevin and Katherine!

      Stunning Blue lagoon!!!!
Blue lagoon was stunning! A life time experience!! Very very friendly and helpful staff members. Actual cost would hit €45 - €50 euro to cover all the experiences. So better check before booked. Similar trip offers all inclusive elsewhere for a bit cheaper.

      Great day!
Such a fab day! The captain and staff are great, so friendly and make your day really enjoyable, The boat had plenty of room, you do need to get there early for a top deck chair which we did on way out bit sat downstairs on way to Gozo and back and it was still great. The stops are fab, pay the €5 for the shuttle to Gozo, so worth it. Would highly recommend

      Great way to experience Malta!
The trip was wonderful! The crew was friendly and accommodating, the boat was well equipped, the food and rental prices were reasonable, and the sights were beautiful. I highly suggest arriving early to stake a spot on the top deck. If you like to sightsee, going to Gozo is a must. The citadella was gorgeous. If you like to swim, stay in the Blue Lagoon. Overall, the cruise was worth it for the price!

No favourite moment as it was all superb; the trip, the food, the wine, the live music, the fireworks, the night sky to look at the stars and the planets, the company and all for 20EUR!!! It wasn't Arnie in Terminator that first coined the phrase 'I'll Be Back'... It was Hornblower customers. Absolutely fantastic night!

Very nice event with 3+ hours of firework shows. There will be more events during the summer, but i am not sure if they will be similar to what we saw during the closing of the festival on the 3rd of May. If you are planning a visit to Malta, it is definitely worth looking out for any such firework show.

Yet another amazing night on Hornblower! 20EUR for an evening's live entertainment including a live singer onboard who was superb! I'd upload a video but unfortunately Tripadvisor can't display it as it was too large so you'll just have to see some of my pics. The fireworks were brilliant but word of advice is make sure your mobile phone and camera are FULLY CHARGED or you'll get annoyed like I did, too many amazing photos and videos to record which meant I almost run out of power and memory for the Grand Finale! After the fireworks, the top deck heading back to Bugibba had the added bonus off total darkness which meant a chance of looking at the stars & planets with little light. pollution. I took a friend and it's a memory they'll never forget. See you next year!

Good trip but the pieces of wood on the floor was dangerous, one of my party fell over them and hurt herself, staff was good and did help her but all in all a good trip.
